our brand new one. We have had ours for about a year now and not a night goes by where I wish we had a different mattress. With a perfect mix of firm but still cloud like. The previous mattress we had would dip in the sides where my partner and I would sleep and was causing us to wake up with stiff backs but with our sleep republic mattress we have never had this problem. Since we have bought our sleep republic mattress our sleep has improved immensely. For my partner and I this is the best investment into our sleep we have ever made. All concerns were immediately put to rest from the time of purchase through to the first nights sleep. Emails and updates regarding the purchase and shipping information were regular and timely. Mattress arrived on time and as promised, unboxing went as described and expected but the real surprise came from the mattress itself, the quality of workmanship is instantly evident as soon as you see it and lay on it. It is by far the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on, exactly as described, firm enough to offer amazing support, regardless of sleeping position or body weight, yet feels incredibly soft and comfortable at the same time. The fit wasn’t quite right, but returning them was a breeze, and they were replaced quickly at no extra cost. They’re not cheap, but honestly, worth every cent! Real luxury.

Now, the big one—the mattress. I was skeptical about a “mattress in a box” and did my research and looked at online reviews (Koala, Emma, etc.), and I’m glad I chose the Sleep Republic mattress - the quality is unbelievable. At a fraction of the cost of what we tried at Forty Winks, it’s been super comfy from day one. We did want a mattress that was slightly on the firmer side as our old mattress was too soft. This mattress delivers and I’m having the best sleep ever.

There was a tiny issue with the mattress when it arrived—not a big deal, but I wanted it to be perfect. Sleep Republic immediately swapped it over, no questions asked. That kind of hassle-free return policy is rare.

Finally, a shoutout to Tanya who has been great. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she always made me feel valued, never like I was complaining. If you want a top-quality mattress at a really reasonable price I’d really recommend this company.

It’s been great for my back and hips — I wake up without stiffness, which I didn’t realise had become my “normal” until it was gone. It also stays comfortable through the night and doesn’t trap heat, which matters more than you think.

Delivery was easy, setup was straightforward, and it expanded beautifully. Overall it feels like a genuinely high-quality mattress without the ridiculous showroom pressure or price tag.

Love the Sleep Republic Luxe Mattress. It felt comfortable from the first night with a proper medium-firm feel and strong support, especially for side sleeping. Movement transfer has been low so you don’t get jolted when your partner turns over, and the edges feel stable so you can use the full mattress. Very hard mattress. I could feel the hard springs and it definately caused whole body pain for me, felt like I'd been beaten with a bat most mornings. Caused pinched nerves in my shoulders. 2 stars for a very easy return process. Make sure you have the correct base and use a mattress protector. Charity picked it up within the week on a day convenient to me. Sleep republic refunded the next day.

Don’t be fooled – Incredibly disappointed. We bought a queen mattress and base in 2021 for our guest room with great reviews from friends and family who stayed. it’s because we are bigger people? Perhaps it’s our bed frame? Tried to send it back after 3 weeks, well within the 100days, thinking we had the right to do so. Apparently not, because “our household” purchased a mattress 3 years ago, even though we never slept on it, we are not entitled to a return. Granted, I should have read the fine print, but when the big bold text claims 100 days and we don’t stuff you around like the other guys, you think you’re dealing with a decent company. You’re not.

This mattress has been comfortable from day one. I have multipal issues with my back, hip and neck and this mattress feels so supportive but still nice a soft against the sore points. I haven't woken up as stiff and sore as I did with my old lattex mattress. administration/delivery of the order. I also find it hard to lift the mattress to tuck the fitted sheets in so keep this in mind.

Have been using the King mattress for almost 3 weeks since it was delivered. The mattress is heavy, but since the package has 2 wheels, it is possible for 1 person instal / unpack - its weight, sturdiness and apparent quality is likely indicative of its durability and long life. with a softer top layer that makes it comfortable and supportive. It takes a while for the body to get used to the mattress, but I have already noticed an improvement to lower back and leg pain and expect further future improvement. The mattress is quite tall, so mattress protectors and fitted sheets will need deep walls.

Mattress has been good but not great. Definitely more support and comfort than our 12yo previous mattress, and it is a comfortable bed to sleep in and also sit in and read a book. beds. The question marks on the actual mattress are it seems to retain heat, and is very hot very quickly. We would have loved a flat surface to lay on rather than the undulations of the mattress stitching. Also of note, we are already rotation the mattress to account for the indentation of the body’s from sleeping. So we are concerned about a bit of early sagging. The 100 night free trial offer seems fantastic but in reality can you be bothered? What would we do in the meantime if we sent it back? Anyway. Happy but very much watching this space as can see another upgrade in the future.

So happy with purchases from sleep republic. Mattress is firm, but so comfortable. I wake up feeling rested and don’t have sore neck or back. I strongly suggest taking off the wheels attached to the delivery box before bringing it inside if you do not have carpet, because they scratched my new flooring. One point down for that!

Apart from that, the mattress itself has been excellent, and I highly recommend it.

This is the second mattress I’ve bought from sleep republic as we upgraded to a king from a queen. Aches and pains are so much less in only a week of using the mattress. We had upgraded to a king but the mattress was not supportive and could feel each other movement through out the night. Now we are sleeping through the whole night and not waking each other up. I have had back surgery and lower back issues. I was waking during the night with back pain as my back was unsupported. I now sleep all the way through with my new mattress and don’t wake up sore and stiff. The mattress is quite firm so as a side sleeper initially my shoulders got a little sore.
