representative, [Name Removed], failed to ensure clear coordination regarding the delivery. When the driver initially called, I specifically requested if he could deliver an hour later, and he said he would get back to me. Instead of following up, they simply canceled my delivery without any notice, leaving me stranded without a mattress. If I had known that was the only available time, I would have made arrangements, but they completely failed to communicate this crucial information.

To make matters worse, when I reached out, they showed zero accountability and instead told me I had to reschedule. No urgency, no apology, just pure inconvenience—as if sleeping without a mattress wasn’t an issue!

This level of poor service and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. If you value reliable delivery, clear communication, and customer care, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. This company is clearly more interested in sticking to their schedule than actually delivering what customers pay for.

Save yourself the frustration—go with a company that actually values its customers!

your order from another state which takes around 7-10 business days for delivery however new stock would be incoming to our Perth warehouse by next Monday which we can organise delivery on the day it arrives for you. This would be a faster way of your order being delivered to you instead of coming from another state. We will inform you once stock arrives and schedule your delivery, if you require further information please do not hesitate to contact us. Apologies for the inconvenience and delay of your order being dispatched".

Sleeping on the floor for days, is not going to end well. The website has ZERO information about current stock availability, which is quite deceptive, and one way for them to draw in potential buyers.

Will cancel my order, and proceed to advise as many people as I can of this company.

Great bed, poor delivery logistics, poor quality assurance on base – The queen bed is comfortable, I like the firm edges. The price is also good we got the bed and base for half the cost of our previous bed. Be aware the bed box is quite heavy. It's very hard for one person to carry it upstairs. You really need two fit people.

The delivery experience wasn't great because the logistics company delivered the bed but forgot to deliver the base. After I called to ask what happened we got the base the next day.

When I opened the base box to put it together I discovered the centre beam was warped. The replacement part took best part of a week to arrive and I didn't get a tracking code so I had no idea what day it would turn up.

PS please publish your phone contact hours on your site.

form, they delivered it by around 3 pm. I know that there are other countries in the world where same-day delivery is the norm... but we live in Australia. You have to wait at least 3 days for delivery.... even if its from your neighbour. This was really amazing.

My partner and I have been sleeping on this mattress for around 8 weeks now and I can confirm that the support I feel in my back when I'm lying on this mattress is something I haven't felt in a long time. When I lie down, I feel all of the pressure in my joints fade away. If you've ever been mattress shopping, that feeling you get when you find the ideal mattress, when you immediately notice the pain in your joints disappear, when you don't have to keep certain muscle groups tight in case the support is not good enough... that's the feeling I get when I lie on this mattress.

I was previously sleeping on a completely foam mattress and am a tummy sleeper. I've never been very good at sleeping on my back. When I'm sleeping on my stomach on this mattress, I feel as though my back is arching a bit too much. It's definitely not as comfortable to sleep on my stomach, but I wouldn't say that this is a bad thing. I can sleep on my back with this mattress and it is very comfortable to sleep on my side. It's probably time I kicked the tummy sleeping habit anyway.

I would definitely recommend at least giving this mattress a try. Gone are the days when I will ever purchase furniture from a retailer again. They are over-priced and unsupportive if something goes wrong. With online purchases, they will only succeed if their service is exceptional and Sleep Republic is definitely exceptional.

A few suggestions for improvement:

- Would be nice if there were handles on the sides of the mattress. My bed-frame has raised sides, so the mattress sits within the frame, instead of directly on top. Due to the weight it is quite difficult to pull the mattress up to rotate it without a handle, and I feel as though long-term this will damage the stitching

- Don't know if it is possible, but it would be nice if the mattress were sealed in a bio-degradable bag. Even though there's not a lot of cardboard waste with the "mattress-in-a-box" concept, there's quite a bit of plastic waste. Just trying to do my part for the environment...

Extremely impressed – After much research and scepticism of the 'mattress in a box' concept we decided to try Sleep Republic. To say we are impressed is an understatement. Sleep Republic uses terrible delivery companies – Well over a week later and still cannot use my mattress as the base has still not arrived. What is the point of next day delivery if the base takes two weeks to arrive? I found the service I received uncaring. I would love to give better review but their customer service and delivery was appalling – The delivery driver called me when arrived and was rude and belligerent from the start. He made my husband help him unload the box from his vehicle and bring it to our front door while he followed him complaining about a bad back. has a bad back, which is why we purchased this mattress in the first place, yet he was the one doing most of the unloading. One of our helpful neighbours who happened to be passing held the entrance door open for them and questioned the driver on why he was doing this delivery with a bad back. When she did this he started to raise his voice and become very aggressive towards both her and my husband, all while my four year old daughter was present. Upon hearing the shouting we asked for his name so we could make a formal complaint about his behaviour. He point blank refused to give us his name. I then immediately called Sleep Republic to make a complaint all while the driver could still be heard shouting outside our window.

I then had the great misfortune to find myself talking to someone who somehow tried to make the situation our fault and shame us for not reading all the fine print about delivery rather than focusing on the problem at hand - an unprofessional delivery driver who was acting aggressively and inappropriately. She also, both times I spoke to her about the matter, refused to pass me on to the supervisor or manager as I felt she was inadequately equiped to deal with the problem and had very poor customer service skills.

After I got off the phone with her I had a look at the delivery info. It clearly states that the bed will be delivered to your front door. That is all we required. We live in a ground floor apartment. There are three steps to get into the entrance of the building. That is all that was required to make a proper delivery. I have never encountered the like with any of our previous deliveries from other companies. It’s should be pretty simple. You pay for an item. They offer delivery. They deliver it to your door. End of. Not this crazy making drama.

In purchasing this mattress I spent hours researching, reading and watching various reviews. Based on these I was confident in our purchase and was very excited at the prospect of receiving our new mattress. This whole episode has left a bad taste in my mouth. With employees like this the Sleep Republic brand will become tarnished very quickly, which is such a shame as their products seem to be excellent.

They need to retrain their customer service team and employ a different delivery company that better reflects the quality of their product. I’d much rather pay a bit more for straightforward calm delivery that’s free of shouting and have a better customer service response.

I hope I receive a response soon from a manager or supervisor in regards to this issue.

Shirley – The bamboo sheets do feel fantastic HOWEVER the bottom sheet has worn very thin in one (weird) place and developed a very large tear and because they are over 12 months old, I have been left with a $200.00 pair of sheets which are useless. I don't think the 100% bamboo is very durable unfortunately.

Like sleeping on a cloud – After biting the bullet and purchaing mattress it was sleeping on a cloud. Had been tossing and turning on old mattress trying to get comfortable. the mattress! I would recommend them based on their customer service alone! But I am really happy with how comfortable it is, nice squishy pillow top, a little firmer than my last mattress but I have quickly gotten used to it and have been having the best sleep. Good quality and overall very happy with our purchase!

Give it time! – The first time I slept on this mattress I hated it! After a week it was completely different and now I love it! It definitely does need time to adjust fully. Its a very good quality mattress.

King Single – Awesome service from Sleep Republic and their delivery contractor Capital. I am seriously impressed that I was sleeping on my brand new bed the day after I ordered it. The best mattress I’ve ever had – I was suffering from an aching back and hip and since I’ve had my sleep republic mattress I don’t suffer from this anymore. base is not quality but serves the purpose, I would choose another base if I knew what the base was like but it works. Mattress is really good, hubby likes firm and I prefer the softer side but we both think this mattress is comfy as. Both excited to go to bed in a bed tonight.

unfortunately, after our holiday was over. Unsurprisingly, it wasn't delivered by then. It has now been more than 4 weeks since we ordered, and I'm still having to call, repeatedly, to try to get answers...with no one calling back when they promised to. The response has been that it's the fault of the delivery company used, but that excuse might have been good for the first 2 weeks...now it's just insulting. This has been one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had, and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Customer service was great, even – Customer service was great, even though the delivery company missed it’s scheduled drop off times on two occasions and delivery came 15 months later every time I was on the phone to them- (Racheal I think I spoke to) they were very polite and helping to rebook the missed delivery ( usually within the same week)

We are happy with the – We are happy with the mattress so far but have only had it for 3 weeks. However, it sure does make us realise how unsupportive our old one was ! Ordering was easy, delivery was perfect and communication great. Can't ask for much more than that.

The overall experience with sleep – The overall experience with sleep republic has been good. The mattress is very comfy at the same time provides a good back support till now. Hopefully it keeps up to the hype and doesn’t sag for the next 5 years.
