Nifty little device that has helped me get off to sleep & block out other house & street noise. I love the thunderstorms sound. Quite compact & lightweight so I hope to take it travelling. Lots of different sound options which is great. Has rain sounds which I love but it they're more like a trickle sound rather than rain per se. Just an observation!

We purchased replacement filters for our two ION Pro Air Purifiers. We couldn’t have been happier with the service from Sleep Solutions. Customer service was first rate and our filters were dispatched the same day. They were beautifully packed for travel so that they were not damaged and they arrived in super fast time. Definitely could not fault this service.

I have Tinnitus and need a sound generator beside my bed to help me to sleep, you were the only company that I could hear what the sounds sounded like and on that I brough a machine and it's going great Noel

I felt quite warm after putting the headband on for sleeping. So I couldn't wear it for too long. The noise reduction capability seems not making much different as I can still hear the snoring.

years on they are still doing their job. I recently purchased another 2 to put in the cupboard for that rainy day when they fall apart, no signs yet. The delivery was due just before Xmas & when they didn’t arrive, I past it off as Australia post having way to many parcels to deliver, & forgot about it. Little did I know the Aust. Post truck delivering my parcel & everyone else’s Xmas presents was involved in an accident & caught fire. I contacted the company to make sure my parcel has left & told them my parcel hadn’t arrived & they were contacted by Aust. Post & they sent another 2 mattress protectors to me. use), and they work very well. I opted for a smaller sized headband which is a bit tight but I haven't used them for long so I think they just need to be broken in. When I contacted customer service and explained my issue they promptly responded and asked for pictures to highlight my issues. By the next day they had dispatched a new replacement set.

Definitely would recommend Sleep Solutions for promptness with original order and then excellent service in relation to my faulty product. Based of these two experiences I would definitely purchase from Sleep Solutions in the future and would highly recommend them.

Illegal practices! AVOID!!! – Not only are they not even well priced, I ordered something that as per their website was able to be returned and refunded. Nowhere are the two subsequent costs listed on their website, when I explained this to their female staff member she said well of course you have to pay them. Which makes no sense at all because Consumer isn't made aware of these hidden costs when you are placing the order, which actually goes against Australian Consumer Law. Explained all this to them and their response was to simply stop replying to my emails.

I contacted my state based Consumer Affairs who advised they've been contacted before about this company doing these illegal practices !

Wish I had never bought from them in the first place. BUYER BEWARE!

Queen size, electric blanket- Dreamaker 100% Cotton Quilted Electric Blanket Recently purchased- speedy delivery This is a very comfortable electric blanket- deep stretchy skirting and a generously plumped cotton quilt cover. The electrical connection is placed at the top of the blanket, and is therefore on top of the pillow area - no more bumps on the side. Blanket controls are well designed and easy to use. When I have rang and enquired about any product information I have always received prompt up to date details about items I have wanted to purchase. The staff at Sleep Solutions are professional, polite and nothing is too much trouble for them when ordering and the ongoing communciation with 'products in transit' is second to none. I purchased the Wireless Bluetooth Headband. Frustrating from first use fiddling around with the control panel and the cabled buds inside the band. sent them a short video of the charging error lights. Despite the product being less than 2 months old they sent me a pre-paid consignment note, to send the control panel & charging pad back to them - I was instructed to include a detailed explanation of the problem and of course my contact details. They would investigate and come back to me. I was also to ensure the product was packaged in a manner to prevent damage. What they should have done, given the age of the product is apologise and sent me a replacement. Unit is useless, I'll throw it out.

The Ripsnore device has been a disappointment for me. I have used it for over a week and found it extremely uncomfortable with little to no improvement to my snoring. representative, they had no hesitation in supplying a refund for the Ripsnore device. I cannot complain at all about the service I received from Sleep Solutions. Very quick delivery and happy to refund. It's just unfortunate the the Ripsnore was not suitable for me.

Excellent product, excellent customer service and very fast delivery. I will say, however, that I find the headhand too hot at the moment. This can't really be helped. But if you tend to run hot or get hot flushes, consider this.

I really like this product as it is ligjht weight, dries quickly (especially helpful in winter), is cooler than heavier bed protection and sufficient to absorb any pad leakage we have experienced.

sleep on (for a side sleeper, with a softish pillow) for most of the night and has reasonable sound quality. It just takes a bit to adjust/position the speakers in the right spot.

Would happily purchase from them again, if ever I needed to.
