Electric Bed – I waited for a few months after using the electric bed . And I will have to admit I'm in love with it. My back no longer aches due to a slight recline while sleeping . And my sleep apnea has improved. The staff are wonderful. David & Joel were really respectful & showed me all the setting. I got mine through Seniors Plus . Hopeless customer service – Very uncomfortable chairs and mattress . Hopeless customer service very pushy sales once you purchase from them if anything goes for about customer service there will help . The chsis break very easy

second thoughts – I loved this at first, however now I have been feeling that the mattress is very spongy to the point that when I get out of the bed the mattress has my body imprint in it, this I believe could be because of my weight and is not appropriate for some one of my weight (103kg) size? has it doesn't support my back or hips. David & Joel the delivery/installation men were excellent. They delivered and installed the bed. Removed the old bed base and mattress and even took ALL of the trash away. All included in the price!

I would HIGHLY recommend the SleepHive bed. It has helped my husband who has Parkinson's with getting in and out of bed independently! We both find it super comfy and such a great investment.

Great Service and a Terrific New Bed! – I am loving my new bed. The only downside is that I don't want to get out of it. Seniors Plus were terrific and walked me through the whole online process. David and Joel were great - they explained how it works etc. And Annette was fantastic - she put up with all my questions (some were way out there) and helped me get the best bed for me. Highly recommend using this company.

relief from a very bad back condition. I find 15 minutes (auto cut off) of the vibration mode (pre sleep) is contributing to a better sleep and some relief of my back condition. I have just turned 80 and this bed is a life saver. My wife believes this bed is easier to make than our previous heavy King Bed. Thanks SleepHive.

First buy on line – Just wonderful people to deal with from the sales assistant Annette to the assemble men David and Joel. They were all professional,knowledgeable about the product,but best of all they treated a pair of elderly people with great respect. Duel king single beds are so very comfortable and we love the castors as we can move the beds and clean underneath plus the castors also lock.A big thank you Sleep Hive.

Great installers – David and Joel removed my double bed from my spare room, then relocated my queens size bed from my bedroom to the spare room and installed the smart bed, gave a great rundown on operations on the remote control.

storey house & nothing was too much trouble in getting the bed set up in the position I wanted in the bedroom. Joel did an excellent job of demonstrating how to use the bed & obtain more help if needed. David even put the bedside cabinets back in position. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting a perfect nights sleep in one of their beds.

Great Bed . Does what it says it does – The bed is comfortable easy to use remote and ticks all the boxes. The 3 men that delivered were courteous,efficient and friendly.
