decided we want more room, so I’m returning our current mattress purely to upgrade to a King and will be ordering another Sleeping Duck.

I also have to mention the customer service because it has genuinely been wonderful. Organising the return has been incredibly easy, communication has been friendly and helpful, and at no point have I felt like they were making the process difficult just because I was using the trial/return policy. Considering mattress returns can be a bit of a process, I’ve been really impressed with how straightforward they’ve made everything.

So, despite technically being a “returning customer,” I’m definitely not leaving Sleeping Duck, I’m just coming back with a bigger bed

Since purchasing our sleeping duck mattress we have had the best nights sleep. I have medium my husband has firm. From our first contact with sleeping duck to ordering the mattress adjustments, sleeping duck customer service have been amazing. We've had a sleeping duck king size mattress for about 3 years now, and all I can say is DON"T make the same mistake I did, don't buy one! have given a good review back then. But after that, and conveniently after to trial period, the mattress deteriorates fast. It begins to sag and you can visually see the sagging when you take off the foam layers.

It has destroyed my back, and my partners back. I wake up in pain most nights and can barely walk. I have seen a physio, but we have to replace this mattress. We have all the different foams, firm, medium, soft, and the little ones you can put together. Nothing changes the issue. But I can see the sagging underneath, so it looks like some of the springs have collapsed.

So, please look at the bad reviews before making this decision. Look at how long the person has had the mattress. Those who have had it less than a year haven't experienced the real poor quality yet.

that you can have a half-and-half setup, allowing two different firmness levels in the same bed, it makes such a difference.

I also purchased the side-sleeper pillow, and it’s excellent. It’s the only pillow I’ve used that actually maintains its height, so I don’t wake up with shoulder or neck pain.

On top of that, the customer service is outstanding. I had several questions and requests throughout the process, and every time I received prompt, kind, and helpful responses. This has genuinely been the best customer service experience I’ve ever had, I wish all companies operated like this.

I would absolutely recommend giving the Sleeping Duck bed a try. If you’re looking for real comfort, customisation, and great sleep, this is it.

had comfort issues with both the product and the mode of operation of the company, so we continued to search for alternatives. Inevitably, we would come back to 'the duck' as our perceived best option. But what about all the sales promises, 100 days of adjustments, etc etc. We continued to search. Again we came back.to the 'duck'. We finally took the plunge of faith and placed the order. Can I tell you.... It was the best descision ever!!! The transaction was easy, delivery on time and as expected. Removal of old mattress .... no probs. We ordered a half half. King and the Base as well. After one night...I was in Heaven!!! Firm suited me perfectly. My partner 'R' was not there yet. We tried swapping the sides, but no..... so.made the call to SDHQ and like lightning our 'soft' order was on it's way. R was also in heaven! But as she has other issues (reflux etc) we contacted SDHQ again to request a segmented pack of adjustment foam. This was also on it's way in no time, but not only that, some excellent advice as to what else we could do to alleviate the problem. Happy to say, I believe that with the help of the 'duck' team, we are both loving the bed and base!!

So...we would rate the product as 5 stars without a doubt. Customer service and living up to expectations....10 star if it were possible!! As stated....to anyone unsure and wondering.... DO IT !!!

We bought a mattress and a base, the base is incredibly solid and heavy which has pretty much eliminated partner disturbance for us. After some fine tuning of the foam layer (great, fast after-sales support), it's the most comfortable bed we've ever had. Show details ·  1

We viewed and tried this mattress last year at the sleeping duck showroom in Melbourne. All staff were excellent and knowledgeable. We purchased the mattress in April and have been loving it. No more hip pain and just overall extremely comfortable. Show reply

Disappointing – Purchased the mattress and pillows in 2019. Called to buy a replacement of the pillow protector that the pillow comes with. It’s fundamental as the actual foam is really hot so the protector that it comes with really allows for the pillow to work great. can’t just buy any brand as it won’t fit snug. They just shrugged me off - not really caring about the situation.

DO NOT BUY! I read all the good reviews when I bought this mattress thinking it was going to be great. multiple times. I haven’t had a good sleep in 2 years. Never have I had a mattress that fails so badly after a short amount of time. Spend the money on a proper mattress. I will never buy a sleeping duck mattress ever again and I’ll definitely make sure to tell other people about it. Also good luck getting any kind of real solution from them. Their “warranty” is useless.

that helped. But over time, the mattress softened again, and the back pain came back with it. I even tried adding a firm topper to avoid having to replace the whole mattress, but it didn’t solve the problem.

More recently, I saw a specialist and found out my hips are now misaligned, which is what’s causing the lower back pain. I now need treatment to get things realigned.

I toss and turn all night and rarely sleep well. Honestly, I sleep better in hotels. It’s frustrating to be back at square one just three years later, needing to spend serious money again on a proper firm, supportive mattress.

I never had back issues before this mattress, and I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re after long-term firmness and support.

The mattress is outstanding, it is very comfortable. work different shift hours, the mattress is very good at isolating the other person's movement. When I was looking for a new mattress I had shopped around for a while at bedding and department stores. The things that made me try Sleeping Duck was the offer of the trial period and different firmness options, the option to have two firmness options on one bed was very good for my situation. Now that I have slept on the mattress for a few months I am very happy I chose this mattress. I also spent a lot less money than I could have on other brands that didn't have the options that SD has.

I honestly have never slept in something that's as comfortable as this sleeping duck mattress. The half - alf was a necessity for myself and my SO and has not disappointed. have previously spent way more on other brands. We love our new mattress and would highly recommend it if you are shopping for something new. We’d definitely buy one again.

I am trying both sides of half & half. Med & firm. I have found the first side ( medium) very supportive. I am having a more consistent improvement in sleep duration. My greatest concern was comfort. That is why I ordered a 50-50 (firm and medium). This was a unique advantage. In the end, the medium was the best result. Sleeping Duck even provided a soft so I could try it out. Maybe the best thing was - the company was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Over the last couple of years, we the purchased 3 different mattresses. The first we sent back the 2nd we gave away and the third was the most expensive and we had to fight to get our money back. Tried a previous well known mattress in a box and it was a failure. everything about Sleeping Duck was great. Delivery, packing, quality of mattress and HO support was excellent. We needed to tweak the mattress slightly with varying levels of foam but nothing was a problem. Show details ·  1

recommended by the manufacturer but all of this has made no difference. No point claiming on their ridiculous warranty as visually it looks perfect, it's only when you lie on it that you feel the sagging. Will stick with Sealy from now on who don't have ridiculous caveats in their warranty.
