We are hoping these 2 beds will also last 15 years and help with any stiffness in our back or neck. Recently purchased - comfortable and supportive – I purchased this mattress last week and so far I have not woken up with a headache or sore neck. I bought the Medium but it is still quite firm. hard but an oven!!! Both my partner and I experienced pins and needles in shoulders with this product, never had this before at home or in hotels.

Very disappointed, had 5 sleepmaker mattresses, this will be our last based predominantly on the phone department ( would love to call it customer service, but there was no service, and they were unable to get names, phone numbers or email addresses correct)

The store display was much softer – We chose this mattress because it felt soft on top and I like that feel especially as I quite often have pain on one side of my upper back and shoulder. Great mattress, still getting used to it – Tried many brands and types at 3 different retailers. We found the Miracoil Advance Comfort Plush the best one in our research for both myself and my wife. Had to wait 3 weeks for delivery as Harvey Normans had no stock. Very comfortable mattress, but it doesn't feel as soft as the demo one in Harveys. The best and most comfortable mattress I have ever had – The best and most comfortable mattress I have ever had. yes I have a health condition but since I used this mattress I feel much much better. Finally I've got a new sleepmaker mattress – Finally upgraded my old sleepmaker Miracoil (over 10 years old) to a new sleepmaker miracoil advance comfort plush from Harvey Norman. durable! We bought our last Sleepmaker bed in 1995 and replaced in December 2018. The old bed is now the bed in the spare room. Extremely happy with our purchase.

refused to sleep one it again, now using the old spare room mattress and back pain disappeared,

Went through the warranty process they determined it was the contour of the mattress and nothing wrong with it.(determined from a overseas call center) well you try sleeping on it for a night)

So the 10yr warrentys not worth the paper its printed the last sleepmaker mattress lasted 15years.

I expected alot more from this mattress as i am only home half the year it doesn't get alot of use

Well if nothing elce it kept my chiropractor in business,

as it was explained to me all the support functions etc etc. It looks like I was conned into thinking this and they were only on a huge sale so they could flog them off. I have since bought a memory foam topper, to at least alleviate my back ache. It will only get better once i get rid of the bed for not even half what i bought it for. Prior to buying this bed i would only on occasion suffer from a stiff back but nothing to the scale of what i experienced over the last few months. I had to stop all sport, yoga and only walk. Since my boyfriend started sleeping on it too, it just sinks in the middle with absolutely no support what so ever. I would have been better off keeping my 8 year only trusty bed. I can't recommend this bed or brand in any way and I hope it's a warning to other potential buyers.

Horrible experience – Very poor mattress, sagging in after 1 year, had it fixed once and 3 weeks later sagging in again, has dips of more than 5 cm, they refuse to acknowledge and claim it is normal wear, as if i have never used a mattress before in my life and don’t know what is normal, and if this dipping is considered normal then it is a rubbish product. Update They got me to pay 100$ to fix it after I contact the ACCC as they had refused to do anything, anyway after the 100$ fix it was still the same sagging poor quality mattress that i will never ever recommend, i threw it out and bought a mattress in the box brand that is way better.

Don’t buy anything from this company it will be of poor quality.

Worst mattress ever! – I have had this mattress 10 days and it’s supposed to be plush but after a few hours of sleeping it becomes very firm and you can actually feel the springs digging into your hips. disappointed as l have always owned a Sleepmaker Mattress. I have just contacted Amart and the customer sales person that spoke to me was wonderful. She has already sent the link through to Sleepmaker and receipt of purchase. I now need to take a Photo and send through. Unfortunately, my back problems have become worse than ever and I have not had a good night sleep since. I wake up every day in pain and am pretty much in tears daily from lack of sleep and pain.

I contacted sleepmaker in February 2015 and after a few emails back and forth, they said the mattress may be too hard or too soft and they change the feel for another $400 (which even then won’t be guaranteed) They said unless there is a manufacturing fault there is nothing they can do! After looking at this website and seeing all the bad reviews, it seems I am not alone.

When spending a large amount of money on a mattress from a brand that is very reputable I would expect a good night sleep, not to be in this agony every morning. Since then I have purchased a topper which sagged after a while, even put a doona in between two mattress protectors to try soften it a little and then went back to just the mattress and a protector which is worse. I am completely disappointed with this whole situation, I am definitely not satisfied with the emails from sleepmaker in response saying there is nothing that can be done either. Stay away from sleepmaker.

Amazing bed! Trouble with delivery – It's very comfortable and supportive, I used to have bad neck and back pain with my old bed and now I am fine. Yes it has been very durable. My only issue was the delivery as the drivers were late and frustrated that there was a minor typo on their form for my address. rotations, and considering this is the firmest mattress I could purchase it's very dissappointing. We've reverted back to our 15 year old mattress with a topper and are sleeping much better. Am trying to return this mattress for a store credit to purchase a different brand.

Waste of money terrible edge support – I am disappointed in purchasing a sleep maker. Every morning when I get out of bed I almost slide out of it causing me to almost fall. The edge support is too soft and collapses when you sit on the edge. The mattress is ok but I don't feel my hips are supported enough, it almost like I'm sinking in? Worst mattress and service, avoid sleepmaker – I have purchase the miracoil plush mattress, slept on it for 2 nights and had a disc prolapse. For an extra $300 we have had the plush topper changed into the firm topper as we had no choice but to try if that might help.
