warranty, however, by 2020 the second mattress was showing the same signs of sagging and was uncomfortable to sleep on.

The next time around, the purchase receipt was misplaced due to moving house, thinking there wasn't much we could do about it we put up with it since the replacement cost was very expensive.

We finally found the receipt when the mattress was 1 year out of warranty, SleepMaker wants nothing to do with it. My only options now are going to NSW Fair Trading or replacing the mattress again.... yes 3(!!!) mattresses within 11 years... Don't believe the guff on their website "The durability of our Miracoil range brings you consistent and even body support through the night, every night without sagging or losing comfort." We are both of average size and weight.

You guessed it, the replacement WILL NOT BE A SLEEPMAKER. NEVER AGAIN.

Just right! – Miracoil Advance mattress medium 6 is definitely more comfortable. Replaced mattress from a 'firm' to 'medium' feel. The firm mattress would cause the occasional body aches, neck aches and found it difficult to find the 'right' pillow. Changing to a medium plush has eliminated most of these problems and I should have changed years ago. Show details

Do not waste your money on a sleepmaker miracoil mattress – Our mattress is only 4 years old & supposedly comes with a 10 year warranty. It has sagged on both sides - I weigh 62kg & my husband weighs 76kgs so we are not heavy people. It is now so uncomfortable that we are getting back pain & rolling towards each other. costs & $50 for an inspection to see if it was a manufacturer's fault, in which case it would be 'repaired'. What are we supposed to sleep on while it's away being inspected? Why can't someone come & have a look at it? Why do I have to pay $150 to probably be told it's 'normal wear & tear' (which it isn't - surely 4 years isn't the most you can expect from a supposed top-class mattress?) So much for the 10 year warranty - that's just a joke! I also question the legality of charging $150 in pursuit of a warranty claim. I'm so disappointed - have learned a bitter & expensive lesson. Will never buy anything from Sleepmaker again.

worse mattress and worst customer service you can ever get – - we brought the mattress on 4/2018 - we reported that the mattress was causing back pain and was very uncomfortable after trying for around 35 days. - As other review pointed out, the customer service was very unhelpful. "comfortable" - i.e not causing back pain. Who will accept this solution? - They can do the inspection and if the production is made to *their* specification, then they can do nothing. "Comfortableness" is not in the warranty, as they put in the website. It is ridiculous customer service. - After "trying" I nerve get used to it. - It is not about hardness or softness, It is the fundamental flaw of the product. I have slept on the floor, on the cheep 100$ motel mattress, none of them had ever cause me back pain and this kind of comfortableness. - Lots of others reported same issue, so it is not a defect of a single mattress. - Never buy any product from sleepermaker.

Awful product that caused significant back pain – Bought a sleepmaker miracoil mattress 2 years ago, it has a 10 year warranty. Began to experience back pain. warranty only to receive extreme poor and down right rude customer service. Bought this as an Australian product only to be dealt with by an overseas department. Couldn't get through to customer service our emails was not responded to or our details lost or put on hold! Percivered and finally got to deal with someone. After taking photos with evidence and measurement of significant sagging, was advised we could send the mattress back for inspection but only if it is clean, and if not clean we had to produce a receipt for cleaning before it could be handled for hygiene purposes. If found not faulty we would be charged $100 transport fee and $50 labour fee. This company does not make claiming warranty fair or easy, guess most people give up! Terrible mattress and even worse customer service. I would never ever buy again!

Amazing mattress – We are renovating and staying with in laws and sleeping on their Miracoil Lilly Firm mattress and love it. It’s better than our mattress we have at home and I like it so much that I’m going to purchase one for our main bedroom and spare bedroom when we get home. Quality, well priced, Australian made – The mattress is firm with a softer top layer which feels great without losing the support I need for my back. partner - we really tested this aspect out in the shop. We looked at a cross section of the springs and we thought the coil system was excellent, and the whole thing well constructed from good materials. Excellent price point for a high quality mattress.

Amazing comfort and support – This is our first mirocoil mattress and we both find it very cozy and comfortable to sleep on. This is the worst bed I have ever owned. I now wake up with back pain every morning – The comfort of the mattress is ok (not great, but ok). After the first year, I contacted Sleepmaker about the comfort, and they were not particularly helpful. Now, 4 years on, the mattress is so bad that I wake up with back pain EVERY morning. Horrible Customer Service – Mattress was comfortable, however we purchased over 20 for our chain of AirBNB apartments and were slowly replacing in each room. 3 had problems with the frame within the first 12 months and Sleepmaker washed their hands of any liability. couldn't care less. So I have an unusable expensive bed my mother proudly left to me and the company does not offer any after purchase sale service out of warantee although I'm happy to pay. Don't buy because if motor malfunctions your stuffed.

Extremely poor design – Most uncomfortable new mattress I have ever had the misfortune to lay on. The 'quilting' so exaggerated that every bump and dip was felt. Gave up after two hours trial only. Mattress is terrible – We have had our mattress for 2 months and it sages on the sides and has zero back support. We have turned it monthly. Turned mattress twice in this time. The middle of mattress has support but no one sleeps in the middle. My previous mattress that I had for 20 years had way more support. Absolute rubbish – Was not even 12 months old and it lost all support for my back, was good for 6 months. Total rubbish – It feels like a proper mattress for the first few weeks, then it sags in the middle. Bought a new bed after the previous one, after 26 years, started sagging. Now after 2 months this ones doing what the previous one took 26 years to do.
