This seller is very unreliable – In my original review I said this seller is very unreliable, and that is still my opinion. The item I ordered in July did not arrive and I did not get a reply to my follow up email, sent early August (2 weeks after ordering.) It was not until the negative Google review and lodging a dispute with PayPal in mid-August that I got a response and the item despatched. It finally arrived 32 days after ordering.

Thought I had been scammed! Thankfully I received what I ordered – I honestly thought I had been scammed when payment went through to a person (Indian name) and not the business Smart Cases. said not to trust this business, as goods had not arrived. So, I was not hopeful that I would receive my order and started a bank resolution process to recover my funds. I was told that if I had not paid by PayPal then funds could continue to be taken from my credit card (EEK!). I was also suspicious as the tracking link given was not a live link that normally would take you to the Aus Post tracking page & the Smart Cases website is very minimal on detail with no live links (all alarm bells for me).The CBA bank refunded me my money as a good will gesture after doing their own research and concluding it was most likely a scam, with the understanding that this would be taken back if my goods arrived (fair enough!). In the event, I was able to track my parcel, by pasting the tracking number into the Aus post tracking page and did receive my delivery, exactly as ordered. (Very happy!). However, the order name on the delivery was also not Smart Cases. Maybe Smart Cases honour the PayPal orders but not the others? Who knows? The week before, my husband was almost scammed by a duplicate website of a real business, and the payment was only rejected because of a lock on his credit card to overseas payments, so we are on high alert to the scammers out there. I have now learnt to always do a business check first, check reviews, and where possible, buy in person in store! The stress is not worth it.

Very happy customer – I ordered an I Phone 13 PRO cover for my I phone 13 PRO MAX phone. My mistake. The company made the return of the wrong cover easy and free of postage. Alternatives for dispatch of a correctly sized cover were offered and dispatched. Communication was prompt and helpful. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Great customer service – Very helpful, ordered two cases but needed to swap them due to change of new phone. Returned cases and was supplied with new ones that are excellent. Always answered emails too. I would use this shop again when needed and recommend to friends. Show details

False advertising – NEVER AGAIN!! I bought a case for my phone which was advertised as being for a 7.3" but when it finally arrived it is easy smaller. After contacting smart case's they want the model of my phone?! It's the measurement that's wrong on their part not my phone, which is 7.3". Be very aware of this dodgy seller!!!! Show details

Scam – Ordered glass screen protectors. After a month they had not arrived, emailed the company and asked for confirmation they had been shipped. Their response was they “will send on Monday after the weekend, however it appears my item is still in transit” and suggested I wait another two weeks.. that reply in itself did not make sense. another 3 weeks, emailed them and asked for a refund, they responded saying that actually my “payment had failed” and recommended I try order one again. That was not the case, the payment came out of my account and I received a payment confirmation from the company that same time. Read the other recent reviews, scammer, do not order.

Terrible customer service, disreputable company – Sold me a faulty phone case. Asked me to return it by defrauding the Australian Postal Service, then refused to compensate me for the cost of return postage, in direct violation of Australian Consumer Law. Avoid at all costs. Show details

chargeback. *update* I was told they found my order and confirmed receipt of payment and would send product with tracking. When i requested the tracking number they said i don't have an order. I have now had to submit a chargeback request to get my money back as they are refusing to acknowledge me as a customer and therefore there is no offer of refund OR sending my products they confirmed i paid for.

Non received purchases – never received items bought. Traced them down to having been delivered to a post office 200km away. Assume they were addressed incorrectly Show details

Good follow up – I ordered a smart phone case as I have done previously without issue. This time the incorrect product was mailed out. However when contacting Smart Cases they were reasonably quick to rectify the problem. I would be happy to use again in the future based on the follow up.

Excellent Quality and service – The chargers work well with my watch. Ordered 2 and only received 1. Contacted them to ask about the second one and was offered a refund staright away. As I really needed 2 they sent another straight away. Fantasic Service Show details

Apple Watch Band – Product did not arrive on time. Company was very helpful in tracking my parcel. Very happy with the product and the excellent service. I would use Smart Cases again and recommend it to all my friends.

Fantastic – Great customer service as I needed a iPhone wallet in a hurry. I placed my order at 10.10am, I paid for express delivery & sent a message to them asking for them to dispatch asap. Sent out faulty product, after initially promising a refund they gave me the run around. Avoid at all costs – The case they sent out covers the headphone jack of my phone. After initially requesting a refund, and them agreeing I got nothing but issues from them. All I wanted was a guarantee that I wouldn't be out shipping costs due to their faulty product and the email trail went from "yes we will refund" to "we don't understand your issue" to "we can offer a partial refund". Show details
