Water bottle lids broken within 2 weeks of purchase. Expensive for the poor quality.
I can’t even look at their products online unless I sign up or create a new account. It’s really annoying, so I just gave up.
Smiggle restored my faith in customer service. They attended to my issue promptly and politely and resolved it within days. Smiles all around. Thanks Smiggle!

absolutely abysmal customer service - they clearly don't care and just trot out a 'send it back yourself'. They act as if they're doing you a favour letting you take your own time to organise a return and offer nothing to compensate the time and effort being taken because their product broke. Smiggle products are rubbish, the company don't care about their customers, and don't waste your money on these.
Very bad quality – I bought the Blobubble pals for my son and it didn't even last 5 minutes.
Not good – Very disappointed, exspecially for the price paid, long story short my 5 year olds school bag lasted a week, zipper completely broke on the bag done by myself not even my daughter !!!! Will never buy from them again

couple of pounds, but at nearly £20, this is absolutely unacceptable! Despite this clear quality issue, Smiggle refuses to acknowledge it. I am extremely dissatisfied and will never shop there again. I strongly advise others to avoid their products as well!

smiggle & the kids all upset as they loved the mist spray included in the bottle. Then I purchased another 5 of their smiggle Plastic Drink Up Bottle 650MI at $24.95 thinking maybe they would be more durable but NO!!! the plastic carry handle on the bottles snapped of within first week. Seriously your designer & your marketing manager need a gold medal for making the company loads of money selling cheap quality useless products at quality prices! Horrendous quality water bottles – I truly wish I could give Smiggle 0/5 stars. I am mainly so frustrated at the amount of money we’ve wasted on their terrible water bottles over this past year. We bought our two kids a total of four insulated spritz bottles (2 each) over the course of six months because each time they dropped them, the top portion would smash into pieces and/or leak. What a joke! Smiggle won’t be getting another cent from me.

which is absolutely ridiculous. they also wouldn't allow me to cancel it, they then told me I could reroute it through auspost, so I did that, for whatever reason, it wasn't able to be rerouted and is now sitting in a post office up in the pilbara waiting to be collected and not going anywhere. This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had in my entire life. Will never be purchasing from here again, no matter how good the sale is.
Wouldn't use again – Customer service terrible, items packed with no protection,and had to walk in dark and rain to locate my smashed parcel,and then they have just sent me an email ,and both my item's reduced by £7.00 each I contacted them with little help I gave up
Amazing customer service – Had a great experience with Smiggle in New Zealand and Australia. They were fantastic in helping me with my daughter's broken water bottle lid, replacing it promptly and even providing an extra lid. The customer service was exceptional, and a special shout-out to Emily from Smiggle New Zealand for efficiently sorting and sending the new lids. I always love their products.

Broke on first use – Got this water bottle together with a lunch bag (which I absolutely love btw). However, the water bottle was really flimsy. I wondered why it was leaking on the second day and got to know that it has broken. Disappointing as I really thought it was Smiggle and should be good quality.
Cares about customers – I bought a stainless steel drink bottle with the spray function for my 5 year old, I bought it online and kept it until she started school, on her first day she dropped the bottle and the lid smashed in pieces. I emailed the smiggles company, showed them my order number and photos and asked if I could pay for a replacement lid only. And immediately they replaced the whole bottle for free and she's happily using this drink bottle at school.
Spirtz lid drink bottle – Purchased this for my son for school thinking being stainless steal it would be a quality drink bottle. The lid is plastic so one drop and it broke and you cant buy replacement lids. Waste of $45, save your money and buy another brand. Contacted them via email and never got a response
Too dangerous for children – I purchased a Harry Potter Pop Out Pencil Case and an Away Spy Marker Pen. I was shocked to find that both contained button batteries. This was intended for a household with an 8 year old and a 3 year old. It is only when you click on “Care For Me & You” that the site states that these products have button batteries.
Expensive and poor quality – Bought 2 stainless steel spritz bottles for the school year, my kids have only used them for 3 weeks and both are already broken. They look fancy, eater stays cold and the spray feature is great but the plastic lid is absolute crap and have cracked so now the whole thing is usless, kids water bottles should be able to be dropped a few times without breaking especially at the price they are being sold for. Won't buy bottles from here again.

Slow and non responsive – Offered express delivery. Two days later order hasn’t event been picked. Website makes it near impossible to contact them. When you do by web form which is the only option - you get an auto generated response saying they are busier than usual. Won’t ever order from them again. And they don’t offer click and collect so you can’t order online any other way. Terrible E-com offer.

Awesome customer service. I'm very happy to be a returning customer, and yes the quality is as great as everything looks. My kids are rough on all their supplies & it definitely holds up. I placed an order twice! charged me with no order confirmation and i have to wait 3 business days for my funds to clear – Be careful to order. I tried to place an order last thursday only to get no order confirmation, a msg popping up saying there is an error with my card only to check my balance they had taken the money out. fast foward to a week later i tried to place an order again - only to be charged twice as much and still no order confirmation. now i have to wait another 3x business days for the money to bounce back. dont waste your time here

Online order reversal without consent – After make order and payment of product which was on sale, I got a email after few days that because of IT glitch it was wrongly priced and we are processing your refund. Without my consent they refunded where it was not my fault and I bought that for my child birthday prizes and I end wasting all my time and money came after few days .
Non existent customer service – The worse customer service I have ever encountered from any retailer. I've had no answer to phone calls, no reply to voicemails and no reply (other than automated responses) from emails. Also, the most confusing website which doesn't seem to allow the use of a gift voucher and additional payment option for one order.
Waste of money – Drink bottle lasted a couple of months then just leaked every where. Ruining school books and soaking floors. Rip off.
So far so good – Got some back packs they were so adorable they are still holding up fantasticly and doo good job, so far so good.
I love Smiggle online – I’ve recently spent probably $600 the last two months on sale items and saved about $250. My child has some difficulties. She loses interest in school due to some disabilities, and Smiggle helps us keep her going. Plenty of things to use over the year this year, at home and school. We love the Safari theme stuff.
Backpack Frayed – I bought 2 backpacks on special earlier this year. One Basketball backpack is fine. The other Playstation one looks terrible. The inside black lining is all peeling off. My kids live in Melbourne and have only used their bags for 1 term. Very poor quality for the price. I will not buy them again.

email to explain one of my good (Deja Vu Drink Bottle) is out of stock, but I check their website, both of my selected bottles are in stocks and it's even cheaper than the price I've purchased. I've contacted their customer's services and they said it's because of their system. I wrote again to ask how come the bottle still in stock and no one ever answers me again.
And I finally received the bags yesterday. The bag's design is cute but with a chemical smell. Overall the shopping experience with Smiggle is very bad.
Love Smiggle! – I have ordered many times and everytime it arrives on time and all products are amazing and exactly as they say. My daughter loves smiggle and I would highly recommend them!
Smiggle Squishies - expensive and bad quality – I bought the Catpuccino squishy, because - cat and coffee... who wouldn't. It looked adorable, was soft and slow rising and was lightly coffee-ish fragranced. Trouble was after a few squishes - and hey squishies are meant to be, well, squished, the paint started peeling. Fast shipping – Online purchases were straight forward but you have to make sure you read the discounts properly as some dont apply to certain products.. pricey overall and you pay for the colours and 'brand' but quality is pretty average. Kids love it so we try to buy items that wont break straight away like diaries to write/draw in.
