Don't need the American sales pitch
I feel that the product can sell itself in Australia. The consultation felt like a pre scripted sales pitch. I don't think that the sales process is culturally appropriate for Australia. Let the product sell itself, focus on establishing a relationship with the customer rather than a one way pitch about their smile. It is a turn off really. I actually had to ask the sales team to just talk to me normally (the process didn't allow them to tell me they were dental nurses - there you go, that's what I should have been told, that builds rapport and...confidence). I also think that the process does not take private health insurance claims in Australia into account. To make a health insurance claim, customers need to provide a service provider code to the insurance provider. None of your collateral provides this code, because of your distributed system or registered practitioners. I had to get one from a chat with another online sales consultant. You are nearly there guys, but not quite on the ball for how to do business in Australia.
Super friendly staff, easy process
Went to Chemist Warehouse at CHERMSIDE (not an option in your drop down menu of locations!)
Plenty of parking and easy to find location. Staffed by 2 lovely ladies, Lauren did my scan and was very friendly and explained everything well. Private and comfortable consultation room. They even accommodated my rambunctious 2 year old!
Today was great, it really put my mind at ease about getting this product, Joanne and Isabella were amazing. They went through everything with me and explained it all in such dept. they took their time with getting the scan of my teeth to make sure it was true to my teeth. They were both so friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to have their teeth straightened.

This was definitely the cheaper option I have been introduced to. It was reassuring knowing I didnt have to pay up front or give my card details before knowing what my future smile will look like. I didnt feel pressured and felt comfortable at all times. I was given free gifts on my way out which is always nice! I look forward to seeing results!

Went to smile direct club the staff was great but absolutely no idea about tooth orthodontics just showed me before and after post scanning tooth . I asked about details and experience of remote dentist the staff has no idea and wanted me to immidiately sign up . Upon closely looking on details in contract it has a waiver under which smile direct club has no responsibility to any Damage to my teeth caused by the movement of the teeth which is very unusual customer has no right no protection if screwed up . Common question I asked I didnt get a...ny answer 1- how do you check roots of the teeth without xrays before moving tooth , if you have shorter tooth roots? 2- if I have gums problem how can you see it 3 what happens to existing restoration if something goes wrong . 4 what about monitoring of my plan if I am not happy 5 what about ceph analysis to measure angles of my mouth who does that.
The staff were very helpful and answered all my questions. Was pretty annoyed that the person scheduled before me turned up just before me so I was forced to wait more than half an hour. I had other appointments scheduled that I had to cancel which is frustrating. I didnt like having to give my Credit Card info when making the booking to take $25 if I didnt show up. Then was asked several time towards the end of the consultation if I had given CC details yet. I got the impression that you dont pay anything until you get approval and only once I...agree to going ahead. But Im still keeping an eye on my bank balance because I feel she was a bit keen to make a sale as she kept checking, but I havent decided yet!! I had to point out that during the booking process online I put in a code to receive $150 off, by way of a promotion. She took a photo of the screenshot I had of it on my phone. Im yet to see if this discount is honoured if I go ahead with this service.
Jodie was very friendly and explained everything clearly for me! She made sure if I had any questions to ask away and made me feel very comfortable. Cant to start this journey!

Amazing customer service
Booking was really easy and the appointment was stress free with great service. There was plenty of time to explain everything and ask all the questions I had. I was talk through every step of the initial appointment, my options and what would happen next. Cant wait to start working on my new smile for my wedding!

State of art way of having a look at your teeth. Seems a simple process and the consultant was lovely and explained everything about the process. Now to discuss with husband.

Good tech, very impressed with how the mould is taken. Efficient and relatively painless process. Staff were pleasant enough and premises was clean. Daughter was a little offended by a gendered comment by a staff member about not looking like a girl and being a tomboy (she has a short hairstyle), and thus, she ranted the whole way home about it and was upset. But, other than that, we had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend. I thought the staff were very personable and well trained.

Quick and easy and not invasive
The initial appointment was completed promptly and the girls were very thoughrough and explained the process and what to expect. I love that I didnt have to create a mould of my teeth and it was all completed electronically with state of the art technology.
The other positive for me is not having those regular appointments to have the adjustments done.
The only thing if I had to find a fault was the room was the size of a shoe box, I found it was pretty tight with my pram in there. It probably measured about 2x1m
Linda was amazing and made me feel relaxed and at ease. She explained everything clearly and I felt confident in deciding to go ahead. I was really impressed with how easy it was.
