Personable staff – My initial consultation was great. Both the receptionist and the consultant were personable and friendly. Himani, my consultant was very professional and knowlegdable. She explained the whole process to me and answered all my questions in a reassuring manner. Can't fault the service at all. GREAT!! – I had a great experience with Tegan and Ash !! The appointment was quick and snappy. Service was of a good standard. Employees were lovely, and can’t wait for the next step. Only suggestion is the Smileshop needs a door on the front, simply because kids were screaming a lot of the time, and it could be a little distracting.
