They just can't get it right!

Five months ago I posted a review about my disappointing experience with SDC's repeated failures to address the issues. There was almost a turn-around when [Name Removed] from Priority Care got involved. Sadly her promises were not met, she disappeared from the scene only to be replaced by [Name Removed], [Name Removed] and now [Name Removed]. I requested they cancel the agreement and stop debiting, [Name Removed] agreed but back-tracked, now [Name Removed] is doing the same. Back to square one!

They ace the upfront appointment and aligner delivery. They fail miserably in after-sales service. Definitely cannot recommend SDC.

I was going to go ahead with this plan but found a lot of bad reviews so decided against it. I asked if they could refund me for the impression kit if I sent it back without using it which they said no so that I believe is very poor on their behalf so make sure you do your research for online things especially your oral health.

I’ve had a few evaluations and was told early on these issues would be solved and they were not my teeth are exactly the same as before I started and now I have received a new email saying I’m not entitled to a refund and that they want more money

Someone needs to stop the fraud and give me my refund I’ve paid hundreds of dollars for absolutely nothing, THAT IS FRAUD

Poor communication

Sent my impression kit back to them and waited 2 months after I called them THEN they processed my aligner order through. The 6 week mark passes when I am to receive the aligners, and I’m already charged my monthly fee. I call them again to see how it’s going, only to be told that they haven’t even finished making my aligners. After much annoyance I ask for a refund, and was told to wait 7-10 days, come the 10th day still no refund received so I call them and they tell me to allow another 10 days because it was issued when I called.

The LACK of communication is astounding.

The only way for me to claim is if my receipts had a provider number of a dentist who is registered in Australia, which apparently SDC doesn’t have.

Terrible customer service and never got my rebate claim

Was guaranteed a $50 visa gift card rebate for ordering the impression kit so I decided to try it. Returned the impression kit within the suggested timeframe and haven’t received the rebate. It’s been over a month since I returned the kit, I have contacted them numerous times and all they keep saying is that they’ll look into it and takes another 7-10 business days but I have yet to receive it. Very disappointing and unreliable, poor customer service. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

terrible quality

first of all they only do the front 6 teeth, that's why its cheaper. The quality of the material is really low so its not strong enough to change the teeth in the time that they propose. Also they take a very long time to give out the aligners. They received my impression kit and didn't do anything for more than a month when I called to see what's going on they said its been a month since they got them so I have to do them again. Very poor performance. I don't recommend them at all.

Poor service once you buy retainers

I ordered my retainers 5-6 weeks before my invisalign course finished. Called up to find out that they did not process the order and I have to wait another 5-6 weeks to receive retainers after course finished. My gums hurt and teeth feel like they are slipping back.

This company has communication issues

This company are gimmicky, and have a lack of genuine customer service. Their emails / contact are inconsistent, and they have lost my physical credit card information and instruction relating to my purchase and have become unresponsive when I have asked where it is. Would highly not recommend.
