there isn’t really any way it has helped. My teeth have all moved now as well because they haven’t sent my retainer. Not worth it.

Confidence – Informative, professional, friendly people. Macquarie rooms were easy to find. Such an easy process of 3D scans, aligners were sent within weeks. I'm halfway through my treatment and already I'm so pleased with results. took roughly 35 minutes but it was because they were so thorough and wanted to make sure everything was done right the first time. In my profession, I lead coaching, technical and soft skills sessions all the time, and Olivia definitely displayed exceptional service throughout the appointment. To be honest, it didn't seem like an appointment, and that is what differientates this experience to a dental appointment where it can be sterile.

I couldn't get in to the building lv9 as the booking instructed as the doors were locked and lift to lv9 locked out. So called the number in the instructions and couldn't get through. company support line and spoke to a rep who couldn't get through either. I was instructed to use the paid parking onsite and have the parking validated at reception, but since I can't get to reception, will need to pay for the parking. So I've been stood-up and am out of pocket for parking.
