The worst experience ever. Don't trust them – Just don't go for it before visiting your local dentist. I started my treatment on July. The people seemed pretty nice when i visited smile direct club in Melbourne. The treatment plan was of 2905 AUD and i have paid 842 AUD so far. The Estimated completion date for the treatment was 23rd of December 2021. Till week 5 the aligners were fit. Week 6… Read more

aligners couldn't fit so i called them in early September 2021 regarding the issue. They sent me an impression kit which took 3 weeks to deliver and i returned it back the same day i received my impression kit. After waiting for my new aligners more than 1 and half more month i finally decided to not go with the treatment. I raised this complaint in September 2021 but no response, no call back, no email follow up. I was so frustrated that i had to call my bank and put a dispute against it. They will just treat you nice and respond you just once the time you visit them. Once they have the money they will not acknowledge to your mails calls anything. I have suffered, i am still calling and i am still asking for my money. The worst part is if you ask them for refund they will make excuses that their account manager will call you and is the only person can process the refund and he sits in the USA and you if you are living in Australia you can't reach them. Don't go for it. There are many better cheap options available, visit your local dentist. I am visiting a local dentist they have the same treatment plan for 2000 $. I am attaching all the screenshots.

Outstanding service! – I had an appointment for 10am but because of my train from Cranbourne was delayed I arrived 30mins late. choice. I am beyond grateful for his service and kindness. With his experience he was able to give me a few tips of how I could better take care of my dental hygiene just by what he could see as I talk. I have an overbite and on the rare occasion the inside of my cheeks or tongue gets caught up when chewing food (painful) but with a plan so affordable and service team catered to rectifying the crowding of my teeth, I couldn't be more satisfied for choosing to take this journey up with the Smile Direct Club. I honestly recommend anybody looking to fix their smile, or beyond that, has associated pain that comes from incorrectly aligned teeth to see the Smile Direct Club. Be confident that you can not only afford this process but also, whatever issue you currently have will one day, sooner and not later, become something of a memory. Great experience so far! – Prior to my appointment I was alittle concerned about not having a constant check up with the dentist throughout the treatment plan like you would with Invisalign. After receiving my 3D scan of what the end of my treatment would look like the next day I had a few queries regarding gaps in my teeth and the support team were very helpful in chatting to me over the phone to answer my concerns, reviewing my treatment plan and coming back to me with options in a very detailed email. Another concern of mine was not having a direct dentist or person to approach with questions but whenever I called the support team they could quickly answer my questions by looking at my file and knowing exactly what was going on - very efficient in communication! Looking forward to receiving my aligners in a few weeks time :)

Disappointing Service – It is so disappointing that the people don't keep up their words. I was explained that I will be getting two retainers at the end of the course, for the package I choose. Since I have almost finished with the course, i am now asked to pay for the retainers!!  Show details

Don't like posting bad reviews but this was necessary – I was very excited to start my new smile journey with the promise of an easy process and 6 months to a new smile. 3 years later, I've had to have 5 re-scans and still a fair way off my dream smile (my teeth weren't even that severe so I'm still in shock it's taken so long).
