SCAM! Do not use smile direct club – I have been through 10 touch up sessions in 3yrs and not one of them have worked. aligners my teeth were still crooked. I contacted them and after weeks of back and forth emails and getting a different person replying each time I rang them and complained. They finally relented and CHARGED me to send out an impression kit. After 8 or 9 weeks I received a second set of aligners( 3 months worth) I completed these and my teeth are still crooked , to be fair they are a little straighter than when I started a year ago but certainly not worth the money/ time/ effort. Highly recommend if u want to get aligners instead of braces don't go with this budget company. Daniel

I priced orthodontist work at over $9k. Another guy wanted to reconstruct my jaw saying my tongue has not got enough room. He wanted 15k. I got X-rays scans, 3D scans, referrals, appointments, good news, bad news and ultimately loosing money everytime. I knew my teeth where not that bad !!! Yet every dentist I went to was telling me how severe my case was and all the work I would have to do. In fact I was put off seeing Smiles Direct because they made everything seem so easy I thought there was a catch. After one appointment, the professional friendly staff had me all set and ready to go after 30 minutes. I could not believe it was so easy. Thank you for everything Smiles Direct. I am so grateful. It was professional, my scans looked great and I felt better knowing they will be able to create a more accurate smile plan for me using the scans instead of the at home impressions which only made me feel stressed and anxious when I couldn’t get them done right! I feel so much more confident and excited now about my smile journey and I can’t wait! My teeth were whiter the next day because I used my free bright on teeth whitener and I feel so happy and confident this morning I keep smiling! I'm reading reviews to make a decision – I've been very interested in using smile direct and have been reading many of the reviews to help me make a decision. Alot of people have given 4 & 5 stars but it seems the score is based on the initial consultation. I want to know how people's experiences were throughout and after treatment. Unsatisfactory – Whilst on my appointment, I felt like I was rushed through questions, and I was blamed because my returners did not arrive in time and my teeth shifted hence I was advised to start my smile direct journey again. Not my fault, I shouldn’t feel like it is :( Show details
