Scam from China – Scam website from China. Received very poor quality items (the dress neck hole was too small for a human head!) and they refuse to provide a way to return. 2 months into a dispute with Paypal to return.

of the order since I discovered soon after payment that it was a scam. They said it took 1-3 business days to process the order. When I asked for cancellation and refund because it was less than 12 hours, they quickly sent an email that it was shipped. Later on they sent another email asking me to confirm my order number and details of the order so that they can help. I didn't bother talking to them anymore because it is obvious they would say that order has been shipped, nothing can be done. It's also ridiculous that they ask me to confirm the order number and details. If they don't know the order number and details, how can they ship the right thing? And even if they did ship anything, it would just be rubbish. I opened a dispute with my credit card company.

Great but could be better – The shop was easy to navigate, I found what I wanted easily. The products came really well packaged and booster works great. Communication from this business almost non existent- I just generic reply’s to my email. When I asked about tracking details as it took a while to get my item. Seems like your low on staff? Great service,fast delivery – Was a little nervous ordering from here because of the reviews. They have well priced furniture so I thought what the heck I’m not in a rush anyway. Ordered on the 15th of March and received my tv unit on the 20th of March. 5 days shipping as promised. They provided me a tracking number and was a pleasant transaction. Thanks

Honest, Helpful & Quick – Was a bit apprehensive from the recent reviews regarding delivery, but I spoke with a man called Mark at S&J and he was forthright of the problems they had during the Omicron wave regarding delivery. I then ordered the Trampoline and had it at my door today 5 business days after it was ordered. Well Done.

Worst customer service ever – Avoid buying anything from them. Smith and Jones stole from me – It is a scam same as everybody else says. I ordered a product, never delivered and they never responded to phone or email messages.

This company is a scam. -5 stars – I ordered a product in February 2022 and still to this day have not received anything. They stated I could receive a store credit however they then went silent and I see now the website has been closed down. Absolutely scammed.

Scammers – Ordered an outdoor storage bench on 5 May have not received goods to date. Generic email in response to my regular emails querying status. Emails now bouncing back. Unfortunately didn't use a credit card so looks like I have lost over $200+ of my hard earned money. How some people sleep at night is beyond me. Oh well I'll just rely on Karma.

Liars and non suppliers – Ordered solar lights 12 months ago ($150) after several follow up and requested refund offered $50 credit. Ordered different solar lights ($180) received one response stating goods will be supplied soon nothing since have endeavoured send up a follow email recently to request a refund of the original $150 only to be advised the address no longer exists. Not happy

0 stars. No replies to emails for order cancellation. Money taken from bank account 21.6.22. Not refunded. Owed $44.99 – Sounds like company owes a lot of people money for no goods or services received. Hope I get my money back. Money taken from bank account 21 June 2022 not refunded as at 22 August 22. Still owed $44.99. Emails bounced back. Have contacted bank asking that they reverse payment.

I placed an order in February 2022. I am yet to receive my order. I have emailed and phone numerous times NO response – Have not supplied my order in 7 months, send automated emails blaming Covid 19 for delays. No one has replied to my calls or emails in 7 months. Scam!

If I could give negative points I would – Ordered two car visors February. Still nothing but sporadic emails saying they were working on getting my order. Twice I have emailed requiring a refund. Nothing. I have also phoned and could do nothing but leave my number for callback which never came. I’m now going to contact my bank and request the transaction be reversed. Then call Vic consumer affairs. Company is nothing but a fraud! Beware!

Smith N Jones is a scam – Placed an order in Feb 22 no item received and emails now bounce back now have emailed every month since April this is defiantly a scam company DO NOT BUY from them.

Terrible - paid in full no product received – I paid and ordered lounge suite covers in June. I still haven’t received the order despite several emails ! This company should be investigated.

No products despite paying in February – Paid in February, blah blah received about freight delays, now not responding ... $150 down the tube. Phone disconnected, emails bounce back

Why can't Smith n Jones deliver a service? – It would appear that I am not the only customer who has paid for items in good faith, has never received them and cannot get answers as to why. My order was placed, paid for and confirmed on 5 May 2022 On 20 June, Smith n Jones wrote to ask for patience. In response to my next inquiry on 5 July 2022 they asked for patience again. I wrote again on 19 July and 3 August but I cannot get answers. What do I do now?

Bad Service No Product After Payment – Absolutely appalling. Constant emails regarding product purchased and not received after many months. Company needs to be investigated as fraudulent marketing and taking monies under false pretences - other words stealing! Criminal behaviour. Even customer service address rejected.

Order not received after 2.5 months with zero communication – Placed an order on 2nd June for a $119 dog bed and still waiting for tracking information and order status is still “ Order placed”. Sent 5 emails with generic response, tried calling and always engaged. This is a disgrace. Please contact me to arrange immediate refund.

Can't reach them anymore – I am waiting for an item since May and have been in touch with them several times, but now the emails are being rejected and their phone is always engaged. I think they jumped ship.

Scammers!! Never EVER buy from here – I purchased a product (over $100) on 7 Jun and never received it. I emailed them but it bounced back because the email address doesn’t exist. Now I’ll never get my money back :( SCAMMER ALERT!!!

Scammed by Thieves! – Ordered 5 months ago, virtually no replies to enquiries, just automatic emails sent to ones' enquiries about the order. Lost my money to these thieving bastards! Now cannot even find a number to call and all emails bouncing back.

I’ve been scammed also – Yep scammed for me also. They have my money and are not returning it. The police and fair trading Current affair plus should be involved. Who lives near them that can do it for us. I live in WA Hope someone puts a stop to it soon.
