Despite making every single scheduled payment, I have been repeatedly harassed by their collections team for money I do not owe. Their emails, calls, and threats are aggressive, unethical, and borderline illegal. It’s clear that Snaffle thrives on confusing and bullying ordinary customers into paying more than they should.
Even worse, Snaffle is now being sued for these predatory practices, which is no surprise. Their business model is built on exploiting vulnerable people and using intimidation to extract money. Customer service is non-existent—they treat legitimate disputes as an annoyance rather than a serious issue.
If you value your money, sanity, and dignity, do not engage with Snaffle. Their “offers” are traps, their fees are extortionate, and their behavior is utterly reprehensible. They are the textbook example of a predatory lender, and I strongly urge anyone considering their services to stay far away.
Bought tv didnt open as was moving house due to a personal protection order on someone but got to new address tv was cracked contacted snaffle they refused to fix tv and won’t even cancel contract but still expect me to pay for a broken tv there service is crap and prices are to Expensive .they should be ashamed of them selfs selling faulty protect and trying scam pensioners and also expect myself to pay for tv to be returned

I have been locked out of my snaffle account for a few weeks now, I enquired twice and was informed that there is an issue which is preventing them from communicating with their partner wallet pay. Making a complaint to AFCA it has come to this. 4 weeks and still no refund on money they took that I did not even owe . Apparently on the waitlist for a " refund" well still waiting .... Communication their end has stopped .

Worth it – Shipped quickly and when something went wrong (my fault) I was able to talk to an actual person over the phone to get to the bottom of the issue. owe. Today Walletpay and Snaffle have sent a man to my house in an attempt to intimidate me. I was home alone and live regional, they had gone to alot of effort to send someone 3 hours from the city. I asked the man for a copy of the contract, he handed me two pieces of paper but couldn't produce the contract, said he doesnt have it. Nuff Nuff. I told him to leave and if he comes back he will meet my Great Dane. Snaffle, Walker Stores, Walletpay are all dodgy. I am now contacting relevant agencies to have these companies investigated.

Spam texts daily – They will blow up your phone with marketing texts multiple times a day, despite you calling 6 times asking them to STOP. You can’t unsubscribe because the link is always broken. They are the most desperate company in Australia. What they don’t seem to understand is that the more they beg and ple people, the less anyone will actually want to use them.
