product broken and it doesn't work. I've been trying to contact them, but they don't respond. Don't buy anything from this website; they are thieves. The products are of poor quality and don't work. I bought a drone, and the remote control doesn't work, none of the features work, it's all lies. I paid 89 dollars, and it's useless.

After some research I linked them back to a maximum collectors Facebook page, asked them about their link to snapmart and threatened them with a Facebook disclosure and received a refund for items that were not shipped. Disgraceful Company - Never Purchase Anything From Them – Bought a GPS watch for my elderly father who has dementia. Absolute waste of money, but what is worse is the fact they dragged on the communications for months. enough there is another company called The Splendid Store which has exactly the same website and address and contact details but they are in Britain. I even contacted them and they say they have nothing to do with them, yet their website is identical. My PayPal payment went to a different company AGAiN! It’s based in NY,US and it’s called Maximus Collectors. So now I’m really confused. My shipment is supposedly being shipped from China and I have contacted Maximus Collectors and PayPal about a refund! Something really dodgy is going on with these companies. Just checked the ABN on The Splendid Store website and surprise..surprise..It’s not a valid ABN!! Also when trying to contact Snap Mart on their “message” page, the messages fail to go through!! BEWARE OF THEM!,

SCAM- Faulty Glowing Reflective Basketballs – The basketballs do not glow in the dark. The company does not appear to be in Australia, as you cannot return the item to their Australian address. They have a continuous engaged phone line, they do not answer your emails to return the item. I had to pay $50 to return the items to another company Maximus Collectors in New York. After a week of purchasing they gave me a tracking number and it’s coming from China. When I checked the details of the item on the tracking website, the item weight is 0.01 kg.
