6 month wait for delivery, and a dodgy assembly. Won't be back – My partner and I were planning to move house and knew our old bed wouldn't survive the move so decided it was time to upgrade. March we received a call during which the same person who I spoke to in January. She initially said that the order hadn't been put through by the store to the supplier, but then said the order had been put through but that there had been a delay so it wouldn't be available until late May - early June. She offered an alternative bed, but we had chosen this bed intentionally and figured we would be okay to sleep on the floor for a couple of months, so elected to stay with our initial purchase. In June we received another call to say there was a delay and the bed would be available in July. On 4 August we still didn't have our bed and hadn't been informed of another delay. I contacted the store to ask when the bed would be ready and was told the bed would be delivered the following week. The bed was delivered on the 12th of August, 4 months late.

We arranged for the store to provide assembly. Whilst the bed was bring assembled, my partner overheard the workers complaining about the bed being difficult to put together.

Less than 3 months later parts started falling out of the bed, specifically the end drawer. Today I did some investigating, partially dismantling the drawer. So far I've found the drawer was assembled improperly and is missing 1 screw, 9 pieces of dowel, some screws have been driven in so hard they've damaged the wood, and many screws were driven in at an angle making it near impossible to actually assemble with the dowel required. The assembly is pretty standard, dowel and cam screws. Despite this, it seems the workers found the bed so difficult to put together that they just partially assembled it and hoped we wouldn't notice.

So, it looks as though I will be going out to buy some new screws and dowel, and spending my Christmas break pulling apart a brand new bed to re-assemble. Now, we've just got to hope that the dodgy assembly hasn't caused any permanent damage to our brand new bed.

We won't be buying from Snooze again. Between delays and dodgy assembly, it's not worth the gamble.

Super helpful staff, great experience – Snooze Erina staff - especially Luca but also his colleague (sorry can't recall her name) - were SO very helpful this week. I was on the phone with them several times to find out about beds and mattresses that were in stock, they patiently went through the options with me, then organised our order and we had the bed in my son's room just a few days later. double- again no rush we came hone to think- then ordered Over phone- transfer and next day delivery guys call- delivered Saturday basically immediately- I decided to get them to build- the guys that did it were on time- obliging - and courteous and cleaned up after them- couldn’t be happier and wish all those that visit were just as good

Fantastic Service! – Looking to buy a new mattress is never easy, however, the team at Snooze Erina, and in particular, Luka, were fantastic in helping us select the perfect mattress! Snooze -Great Products and Service – Hi, Purchased a King Size Bed/Custom Bed Head/Two bedside tables from Vicki at Snooze Erina. She was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. was sold the wrong mattress and would not exchange – It does not state on the mattress the firmness of the mattress, only the name so you have no idea what you are buying, that is until after it is delivered, them no refunds or exchanges, so you are stuck with a mattress worth thousands of dollars. Show details

Will update review once mattress has been received in regard to product and delivery service. But we’re happy with the pillows we got and can only hope the rest of our experience goes as great as the buying experience today was!

Left with mixed feelings! – After our seachange move, we went shopping for a new matress in March at all the different bed stores on the central coast. Settled on the Madison which was only available from Snooze (Erina). The sales lady was lovely and very patient with us during our 5 visits. would take 2 months (mid May).

We accepted the wait and I agreed to the $4000 including delivery and assembly and paid $2800 deposit.

Now mid May, we were advised that the base has arrived, and arranged delivery day. Told to have $100 cash for delivery driver (thats suspect).

I advised we had already paid for everything up front but was abruptly and rudly told that delivery was not included, and that the driver was to be paid $100 cash on the day.

Overall, it started out well, but then it went downhill after every contact. These guys need to get there ducks in a row with the details and the senior staff need some people skills.
