up the top. As soon as I realised just how heavy this bed was, I started to worry about how they’d manage it. I didn’t need to. The team absolutely nailed it. They were careful, thoughtful and clearly knew what they were doing. No scrapes on walls, no complaints, just calm, professional work.

They even assembled the whole thing for me, tidied everything up and had a friendly attitude the whole way through. Honestly, the best warehouse team ever.

It’s rare to get a product and service that both feel this good.

I'm still waiting – I ordered an ensemble, pillow and mattress cover in mid July, I've received the bed and pillow and was told that the cover would be dropped around when it arrives. I haven't had a follow up call to see how it went, like you are supposed to. It started out bad to begin with as two days after my purchase the bed was nearly $1500 cheaper and I also can't find how to sign in to my account. Show details

Fantastic customer service – I placed an online order for a mattress from Snooze yesterday and this morning the lovely Lyn called to complete the transaction through the shop so I would qualify for free delivery, saving me $80. She also gave me great advice on how to convert my antique bed to be able to use today's modern mattresses. Above and beyond, thank you!

Really happy with our new Queen mattress and base with drawers – We were given much help by store staff in choosing the 'right' mattress for us. We were pleased with the range to choose from. Very unprofessional saleswoman – I was at my local Rockhampton Snooze store over the Christmas period with the intention of comparing prices and styles of several bed and mattress in store. I was served buy the a woman who called herself the manager. Very aggressive sales technique leaving my husband and I very uncomfortable and a feeling of been trapped into buying something.
