I purchased a queen bed and a mattress protector and Shane was very helpful and patient, The guys who delivered the bed were on time and efficient and even took all the packaging rubbish away. currently looking into these options. That said even if sleeptailor (a Snooze brand) had offered this service it would not have helped as the mattress was good for about a year. So my recommendation is do not buy this brand in my opinion it is terrible. Everday i wake up i have contempt for Snooze who recommended this product to me i suspect not because it was the best mattress but rather because it is their own brand. My opinion of course!

I was looking for a new queen size bed frame and a single bed frame and mattress. Ian from Snooze at Moore Park Sydney provided great advice and help. He went out of his way to ensure delivery and build of the frames was seamless. I can’t thank him and Snooze enough for the wonderful experience and service. I purchased 2 new king beds from the Fortitude Valley showroom in the last 12 months. The beds are amazing, super comfortable and great quality. This process was clearly explained at the time of purchase. After moving in, we discovered that due to the skirting board and a side wall, both bedside tables would not fit as planned. I am happy to keep one bedside table because I really like it, but I need to return or exchange the second one (unopened and in original packaging) for a different option that suits the space. I contacted the North Lakes store, expecting a reasonable solution. However, I was told that a return or exchange was not possible because the item was “ordered specifically” for me and they would be left with a single bedside table. This was surprising, as the item is not custom-made, and it is quite common for customers to purchase individual bedside tables. What disappointed me most was the lack of customer care. The response I received showed no willingness to help or find a solution, especially considering this was a purchase exceeding $4500, with each bedside table costing over $500. When I expressed my concerns, the staff member’s response was dismissive, saying “that’s alright” regarding losing a customer. As a customer, I expected a much higher level of service and flexibility from a company like Snooze. A simple exchange for a different bedside table would have resolved the issue and retained my trust in the brand. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I am very dissatisfied and would not purchase from Snooze again.

Our bed frame arrived with the wrong hardware so couldn’t attach base to headboard , a chip in the frame and a broken slat. I got recommended the Sleep-tailor mattress - Australian made, German springs, this thing sags on the plush side and split open on the regular side under a year of use. When we contacted warranty on this, that came up with all sorts of excuses on why they can’t replace or fix it. Nightmare service, terrible product , don’t waste thousands on a substandard product. When filling out the paperwork at the desk I was also given some very handy hints on caring for the products. I was extremely pleased with the service from William & the lady at the desk. I would highly recommend anyone to visit the store & get the same great service. I am very much looking forward to the delivery of the products!

added to my sleep problems. Within a week I phoned the store and asked for it to be taken back and a refund please. More fool me that I had not checked this before - it turns out that Snooze is the only store that does not stand behind its products. Every other store has a 30 or 100 day satisfaction policy, but not Snooze. You would think with a brand this big, such a policy was protocol. So now, about a year later I am still on a mattress that is so uncomfortable that I wake every morning with PAIN in my SHOULDER and HIPS. I am disgusted by Snooze and intend to never purchase from them again. If asked by anyone for a recommendation, I will tell them to avoid Snooze. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. I would attach photos but how do you display such an uncomfortable mattress. Oh, the second thing is, despite moving my mattress around regularly, it has formed visible dips and a bump in the middle of the mattress. My recommendation is to AVOID Snooze.
To add to this review. After several back and forth emails from a Snooze assistant, she has made it clear that regardless of anything, Snooze does not allow a change of mind, even after one week. My suggestion is that if you want a mattress from this company, go in and sleep the night on your chosen mattress. This may be the only way to assure you get a comfortable nights sleep if you purchase from this company.
Wouldn’t recommend. Went in store and did all the mattress/bed testing. Spent a lot of money. Very uncomfortable mattress and bed arrived. What I tried in store was very different to what arrived. Staff were most disinterested, unhelpful and made no attempt to fix the issue. Poor product, poor customer after service. Will not be making the mistake of buying from Snooze Moorabbin again.

Really disappointed with Snooze. Be aware that their no-return policy is extremely strict, no matter what. I bought a mattress that I found completely unsuitable after trying it for one night, but they wouldn’t accept a return or exchange. Definitely recommend making absolutely sure you’re happy with the mattress before buying, as there seems to be very little flexibility once you’ve paid.

We got the best service from Snooze at Windsor. From the bed and mattress suggestions, to the bed delivery and assemble. We were given a loan base to get us through the period until delivery of the new base. Even exchanging the mattress protector when the one I ordered did not suit my requirements.
