Brilliant service & Fantastic bed
We were very professionally helped in Snooze, and quickly discovered Benni is an expert in his field. We learned how to correctly choose a mattress for the first time in our lives, and how a mattress should be looked after & protected if you suffer from allergies, have had issues with dust mites, bed bugs etc.. We had all our doubts and questions answered. Previously, we'd only bought overseas or from IKEA. In addition, in that process of purchasing both a Madison Empire bed for ourselves and 2 mattresses for our guest room, (to cut a long stor...y short) we happened to find out when it came to pricing, that these guys work with honesty and integrity. I always have a billion things on my to-do list but the service we received was genuinely above and beyond, which is why I am taking the time to write this review. Also, the manager, Julie, went out of her way to help me choose fabric for the bed base / headboard when I brought in pictures from home. I also greatly appreciated her help. We are now extremely comfortable on our new bed, it was an expensive purchase, but quality sleep is an investment and it was well worth it. Our guests are also happy! We now have peace of mind also with a guarantee that previous issues we've had with beds in the household (impressed too with the mattress protection they offer) will simply not reoccur and we are that little bit more wiser about buying beds. This comes to many thanks to Snooze in Taylors Lakes, especially Benni, and as I said, the next time we need a bed we'll be back, and I am happy to recommend your services to others.
Poor advice and experience
My wife and I went to the supposed Subject Matter expert in bedding at Snooze Taylors Lakes. We were after a bed that would suit me and my wife so tried their "MY Side" instore gimick. We were hoping that this would cater for both our needs. We were then directed to and sold a bed which did not differentiate between us and was a firm bed, my wife continually woke up in pain from the bed. She went back to the store to inform them of the problem in an attempt to exchange the Mattress to which she was told you need to let the mattress settle. ...The result when we brought this up as a problem to the sales staff at Snooze was that we could not return the mattress (fine print as directed to Snooze website at bottom of invoice), and that we needed a topper. We purchased a topper at an apparent discount. This still has not resolved the problem, my wife still has pain when trying to sleep in the bed and now has to sleep in another room on an old mattress. We will now need to purchase another mattress, this time from another company as we will not and will discourage anyone from buying from Snooze.
Rubbish after sales service internal brand rubbish
My wife and I Bought a madison waldof from snooze taliors lakes. A large purchace for us as we are a young family with one income and were looking to who we thought were the kings of the industry. Well alarm bells should have gone off after the way they treated a elderly lady complaining of the heat off her matress like she was street trash. Anyway we were unshure weather we should buy the sealy or madison and the sales person swayed us toward the madison. Later finding out that its there internal brand and would make substantial mark up on the...poor product. 8 months on and my wife is sleeping in our kids beds because the matress has sagged so much. When i rang snooze they tried to get me to accept fault by implying i chose the wrong comfort level. After a lengthy conversation they handballed it over to the manufacturer to check for warranty issues. The manufacturer informed me they will test the matress and if there is a fault it will be pulled apart repaired and returned same day, i apprecate the effort but unless its replaced with a new one this would not be possible to achive in one day. Which begs the question do they just drive around with it for a while then return it and hope placebo will have most people thinking its now comfortable? Im shure snooze wont have the guts to answer my questions on this site.
Bed Match System just a gimmick
After spending a considerable amount of time testing out mattresses at numerous stores, the salesperson at Snooze convinced us that the mattress we ultimately purchased from them would be the perfect mattress for us. We used their computerised Bed Match system and believed that there may be some reason to believe it's logic. We were shown a range of three recommended mattresses based on the computer result, and purchased the best and most expensive mattress which was a Madison mattress.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Lies and Lies about products and delivery dates. Lured us in with attractive prices then added all the extras to build the bed and the frame. Snooze in Taylors Lake is an absolute joke and the store manager [Name Removed] is the worst customer service experience my entire life. Avoid. there are better places to shop where the customer is actually valued and treated with respect.
I bought a king size bedroom suite from the taylors lakes store. Our salesperson was helpful and made us feel good about buying from the store. Once the bed was in my partner went to pick up our new furniture, he was by himself and the storeman at the store would not help him. They just dumped it outside and stood around chatting amongst themselves. I work in a similar environment and I know that the storeman cannot tie down anything for liability reasons but they can surely help! The bed was so heavy and my partner (who obviously had a knee in...jury at the time) was just left there to fend for himself. The storeman wouldn't even hold the bed up so he could tie it to the trailer. When he got home he told me about his ordeal with the store so I rang them up to ask for head offices number. The guy on the phone refused to give it to me and asked why I wanted it. I told him that my partner wasn't very happy with their service and he then proceeded to assure me that my bf was smug and was rude to them. I find it hard to believe as he is quite but regardless anyway. That is not how you treat customers. I would have been fired long ago if that's the way I acted in my workplace and you do not whinge about my bf to me to cover your own bum. What an ourage! beautiful bedroom suite. initial salesperson was lovely. bad after sales service. rude manager.
