Ask for Jayne
I thought a pillow was a pillow, until I met Jayne and bought one. I was wrong.
When my son needed a new mattress, I trusted Jayne with my sons sleep health and so glad I did.
She takes the time to ask questions and try the person on the bed / pillow, to get the right match.
Jayne cares about the customer's sleep and makes her goal to make the correct marriage of body and bed.
Sleep matters, so I trust Jayne. Other staff may be just as helpful.

Snooze midland went in today just to get ideas, rep by the name of RIpeka was so great we ended up buying a bed and base, genuine nice person not pushy great shopper experience

Biggest mistake ever made
Sales manager at midland wa is the rudest person I have dealt with!! The so called computer bed analizer said I should purchase a certain bed!! So I trusted the so called professional !!! I am in absolute pain every night I wake up in the worst pain ever!! Went back to complain and the response was...oh but that's the bed you chose!! What a load of junk!

I'm amased your organisation has lasted as long as it has. I purchased a bed mattress and side cabinets on 6 march 2011 . Informed at time of sale 8 - 10 weeks to deliver. 16 weeks later we have confirmed deliver. We paid the outstanding balance first thing that morning only to discover that both your Midland store and transport contractor could not manage to deliver not only within agreed time slot but had a king single on board instead of the king size mattress. They then promised delivery by courier 3.30pm same day however the truck driver d...id not return the goods purchased back to the store but to some depot. Your Midland store failled to tell us of this slight mistake. Not to mention these goods are now my property. THE MESSAGE IS... YOUR SUPPLY CHAIN NEEDS REVIEWING AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS and I'm being nice about the whole experience. Would I purchase new bedroom furniture for my kids bedrooms in the near future.. bet my [word removed] I would not. Thanks for the worst retail experience I have ever incount.
