Ghost company. Can't even unsubscribe from mail marketing nor delete my account. Surely this is illegal nowadays. I have written 3 emails to no avail privacy@society6.com

it's just weird; i've tried to contact them several times but no joy, and, it seems that they do NOT deliver overseas (Australia): checkout keeps coming up with a problem with my address - doesn't inspire confidence, does it. They aslo send emails with discounts that cannot be applied; just weird.

Risky purchasing from this site - Disappointing phone case and poor customer service – Ordered a phone case, cream background with rainbows. It arrived quite quickly but the print quality is awful. cream. Clearly very little attention is paid to ensuring print quality is high. I have contacted customer service to rectify and was denied any assistance - essentially, if the print quality is poor that’s just too bad. No offer of refund or replacement.

It really isn’t worth risking a purchase from this website, the products are expensive and there is no guarantee of quality. Choose a website with a better customer service reputation of buy in person.

Issue was resolved promptly, the prints are beautiful – We ordered 6 framed prints. They were delivered within a week and are just beautiful. When we contacted the help desk with an issue before delivery they replied within 24 hours and we’re very helpful and friendly. this was due to Aramex delivery delays). They were wrapped well and in a proper poster sending medium and have been printed on firm poster board.

I would highly recommend Society6 and this artists work. I am highly impressed and will shop here again.

Great website and great products – I am shocked and surprised when I saw the bad reviews. I had bought so many times from them and it was never bad quality. Also, they provide tracking information via DHL, if the product doesn't arrive, call them, ask them what happened to your item. Garbage – Ordered in AU $. After checkout it converted to US $ and charged me twice as much AFTER I went through checkout. It had clearly displayed AU dollar before checkout. This website is a scam. The quality of the picture was sh*thouse. Seriously looks like it was taken with an iphone 1 or something ancient. Avoid like the plague. Show details

Australia) given the first package took only a day to a arrive. Paper quality was average, some prints lacked clarity, and my largest print was poorly colour calibrated giving it a distinct warm cast and loss of detail. Small prints were sent in a thick envelope with no board backing, so one delivery of 4 prints were all creased and damaged from postal handling. Large print however arrived in a tube and was well protected.

Great range of artists and good in theory, but I feel bad knowing so much time and effort was involved in getting faulty prints to my door that will ultimately end up being recycled. I was considering the site to share my own prints, but I would be upset as an artist knowing my supporters were receiving average products. I hate to think what the “merch” products are like given the art print should be the easiest to get right. Independent printers and higher prices will be the way to go, but it’s worth it for the quality!

Note- the claims process was very straight forward, and seems these issues are common. I am still yet to receive a refund or replacement for any items but feel confident there will be no issues in doing so, so at least there’s that.

Terrible Customer Service – Ordered three items which were split into 2 separate packages and sent . First package never arrived and on checking tracking said it was delivered. Second package did arrive and Society 6 refused to refund the missing package as the second package arrived. I have bought products from this company in the past and never had any issues. They have now closed the dispute so I have lost my money. I will never buy anything from them again . Show details

yoga mats are painted and fade straight away – I got a yoga mat and the paint started coming off it from the first time I used it. I've only had it a few months and it looks 10 years old. I paid $70 for it so it was a waste of money Show details

Bought 4 prints, all look & feel cheap – Bought 4 prints recently. Print was poor quality, the ink scratched off from just grazing my nail across the paper. The artwork themselves is gorgeous & I will be looking up the artists & buying from them directly if possible. I honestly would have been happier had I printed them off my office printer.

AVOID! a month after ordering & hasn't even been shipped to Australia yet – Customer service is a joke, refused to contact DHL to see why my order hasn't moved from the depot in Ohio weeks after being scanned. Eventually they issued a replacement & surprise surprise, 2 weeks on, that too still sitting in the dhl depot waiting to be shipped. Complete waste of time & money

Don’t buy from Society6 – Don’t order from here I’ve had two bad experiences now and would rather just order straight from the artist or a local shop. The artwork is great, but the printing is not. Also, the prints did not come with a mat like it appeared, but instead just had a large white border around the print - which I think makes it look cheap for what it costs.

This was my first experience with them. To be fair, I did not issue a complaint, but then I had a second bad experience and now I’m done -

Recently I ordered two small 8x10 prints for frames that I already had. The prints are in fact 6x8 with a 1-2 inch border. It makes no sense to list the size as 8x10 when that INCLUDES a 1-2 inch border. Most print shops would give you a 8x10 print PLUS a 1-2 inch border for framing.

The worst part is when I contacted them, they basically told me I should’ve read the fine print and refused to send me the correct size (even though it would’ve cost them next to nothing).

I’m so over this company. Great artists and artwork, but in the future, I’ll buy art from a business with more artistic integrity.

blown up to the size it was. It was just a pixilated image printed on cheap cardboard. You could see hand prints from the person who rolled the poster up all over it. I have tried to contact them about a refund as even framed it looks terrible, however I haven't even been able to receive a response.

I would strongly recommend against shopping here.

misleading should state it is USD not AUD – The way this is marketed, im sure many people go on to this site thinking they are purchasing products from an Australian site. its only when you receive the transaction notification that you realise what you thought you purchased in AUD is actually American. Expensive and misleading with American vs Australian dollars – No where in the purchasing phase was there mention of currency fees being exchanged for Aus dollars into American dollars. however my tracking number was not recognised. I was advised that if I didn't change my address details in 5 days it would be returned to sender however I was unable to change my address due to incorrect/unrecognisable tracking numbers and the driver not leaving a calling card for me to enter a number into the system. Poor quality! Seams on edges of wall tapestry completely open, unsewn – I ordered a wall tapestry in a lovely print from an incredible artist. the fabric was bunching and wobbly due to not being pressed. On one part of the seam, it is completely coming loose because the stitching line missed catching the actual seam. This contradicts the advertisement which says it has "handsewn finishes". As a seamstress I'm pretty sure you wouldn't miss something like this when handsewing. The thread used to sew the seams was some kind of fishing line. This is worse quality than a chinese/indian slave labour make from Kmart. Terribly disappointed for the money spent and the time I waited. I have two other orders coming, the first one described above arrived in 4 days, the others, I have been waiting 4 weeks for.

Nearly 8 wks later & my product still hasn’t arrived,dreadful. Never buy from them, absolutely useless! – I paid for my product in early June & I’m still waiting; they’ve answered me once & ignored my correspondence since then. Never will I buy from them again! I’ve had other OS items that I purchased well after society 6 already arrive so they must use the cheapest freight. Not smart or worth it Society 6, another lost costumer!

worth hanging (pun intended).

So I removed the backing to discover that the acrylic film and the art print were 1/16th an inch too long for the frame. That caused the print and film to buckle enough to distort reflections of light from the film and make viewing the print unpleasant from some angles at best and invisible from other angles at worst.

I framed prints myself during the self-framing days of the 80’s and would never have done such a lousy job. But your people did and I’m the one that suffers for it!

I trimmed the bottom of both the acrylic film and the art print by 1/8th of an inch to allow 1/16th an inch for expansion. That improves the viewing by about 50%. Maybe, since the acrylic film is not under stress any longer, it may eventually return to a fully flat surface but I doubt it.

Don’t bother me with anymore of your unfeeling and unhelpful anti-customer service nonsense. You have upset me sufficiently that I will never do business with your sham society again. I’m stuck with the shoddy work of the Society16th-an-inch-too-long.

You Need the 30% Off – I ordered a framed print in medium. I was surprised at how light it was when it arrived but is was well packaged. It looks good on the wall- nicely made but the materials are average quality. Poor quality material and printing so, so disappointed – I ordered a doona cover that was meant to be 100% cotton. When it arrived 7 weeks later it was a 100% polyester, no invoice, no tags, no pillow cases it could have been second hand. At the checkout I was charged $136.00 although my back was charged over $220.00. As an artist I want to support other artist but I would be embarassed to sell that product at the quality. Still awaiting feedback and refund??? fingers crossed. beware... ask questions... Make sure you double check the rates of pay!! I never received an email with an explanation, no further shipping info etc, and yesterday the print randomly shows up at my house via courier (over 2 weeks after purchase when I was told it would take 3 days). What I opened was embarrassing. The art print is literally printed on to rolled up cardboard, the type you would find in a news agency. The print job is AWFUL - it is so pixelated and it just looks ridiculous. I cannot believe I paid close to $90 for this piece of rubbish. It is clear Society6 has no protocol in place regarding the shipping process - each time I emailed asking where my item was, nobody seemed to really know. Sometimes I would also be waiting 2 days for an email response which is unacceptable. Its also clear there is NO quality control - I am blown away this item was even sent out to a paying client. It is embarrassing and there is no way I would hang it in my home. AVOID SOCIETY6 altogether. This is a dodgy business! I have sent an email requesting a refund, given that the product I received looks totally different to that in the online picture. I highly doubt they will grant this but I will update my review once I hear back from them.

exceptional quality. International delivery is quite efficient and pricing is very reasonable. I’m also happy to be supporting actual artists rather than buying copied versions from China. Will probably continue purchasing from Society6.

Misleading – I am sorry to say that the product wasn't what I though it would be. I bought the Sea Sparkle duvet cover. I thought that the sparkle in the picture was going to be an actual sparkle in the material, Instead it's just a print that looks like a sparkle.
