Garbage products – Fake (bonded) leather starts flaking after 2 years and falls apart after 3. Rubbish product dont waste your money. Ended up giving it away just to get rid of it.

Excellent Company & Customer service – I bought a sofa that I have loved having early last year. A fault in the product occurred. I called Service member Chelsea who was amazing in how she dealt with the situation. So refreshing! Campbelltown sofas2go were fantastic – Finally found a great deal and fantastic service for a lounge we had been searching for. The salesman, Raj was very nice and helpful but not over the top and in your face. He was competent and very polite. I didn't get the other sales mans name but he offered us a cup of tea, which was the best and he was also very friendly. Top salesman, thank you for your professionalism and the tea.

Non existent service levels – 4 hour delivery window of 2-6pm, hadn’t arrived by 6pm, no calls from them, 2 calls from me later and they are still 45 minutes away.

get much use. At the time I took photos and visited the store where a service call was booked however I was told it would be normal wear and tear which of course is ridiculous.

A service technician visited my home and added more foam to the cushion which improved it somewhat but there was still a noticeable difference between this cushion and others. Around a month later the foam was once again even further flattened and a button had become loose and had fallen off the same cushion.

Once again I visited the store with photos booked another service call and was told it was wear and tear.

A service technician visited my home once again and added further foam and reconnected the button.

The cushion once again went back to being flattened but I didn't pursue any further as I work full time and my partner and I couldn't have any further time off work and felt we were getting nowhere anyway.

I'm unable to move the cushions to share the wear as its connected to the lounge which in hindsight was poor design.

I'm still unhappy with the lounge which is becoming worse and therefore wanted to share this as I feel the matter was dealt with quite poorly at the time and just dismissed as a minor complaint.

I consider this particular product to be substandard in quality given the limited use it has and how quickly it became unsatisfactory, my previous lounge was used by my family of 2 children, 3 step children and lasted 15 years and was in far better condition when I sold it to buy the new lounge from Sofas 2 Go.

I would never buy another lounge from this company as a result or in fact any other product.

ordered can not fit in our room, so we have decided to cancel this order, and we are aware and happy to pay for the cancellation fee. We let their staff know on the next day, and they also agreed to process the cancellation and wrote us an email to say the refund will landed in our bank account within 5-7 days. now, its been 10 days, nothing has been refunded. Reply to the email they sent to us, didn't get any reply, called them, and they said it's been processed, and without given us any evidence (e.g. refund receipt, remittance etc.), and keep saying it should be their on the next day. Till now, nothing happened, no email from them, no confirmation.

I am really sick and tired with this. This Sofas2Go is the child company of the Nickscali, and I will never buy anything from these companies again!

numerous times I was the contact person. The second sofa is in a worse condition with more extensive damage to the foam, like heavy objects have been resting on it, permanently denting the foam. I'm not spending another 5 weeks on that merry go round, waiting for it to be sorted.

better but still not 100%. Then within month the ottoman started to stain.. why we never put our feet on it. Then i was moving the sofa and the wood used sounds absolutely CHEAP it cracked. Just a bump on the sofa and you hear a crunch. 3 years old and the sofa looks like it's 10 years old the stain that comes through. I clean this couch with an upholsterer cleaner it shouldn't get that dirty seeing i have no kids, no pets????

Worst customer service – I placed an order late in the afternoon on a Sunday. I called back to the shop on Wednesday morning to cancel the order thinking I'm within the 3 days cooling off period but the manager at Fyhswick store says otherwise. He believes its 4 days from the day of order. Surely his warehouse guys weren't at work until 5pm on Sunday initialising my order.

Avoid Moore Park Sofas to Go at all costs – Just had the worst customer service at Moore Park Sofas To Go. Unbelievable. Eventually it got put together. The foot stall was out of stock, ok had to wait till late January, no big deal. Eventually it arrived at their warehouse in Lidcome in February...but stuff up after stuff up between the manager of Moore Park store and their warehouse made the wait, at best,until March 3...as the latest excuse was that the warehouse could not allow any stock - that I paid for LAST YEAR - to leave as they are having a stock take this week. Three attempts at getting the damn thing available for pick up. With the manager not bothering on ANY OCCASION to let me know that the unit was not ready, after simply saying come in on a particular day and pick it up...when it is not there. It is not hard to make a phone call to let me know not to come in as arranged. And when I called Moore Park, the manager simply did not return my calls. Went in and demanded a refund. Which will apparently take up to a week. Will add a post script to this review if it does not happen on time.

Rang the Moore Park shop, spoke to the guy who attended me to find out what's going on and he just said he doesn't know what's going on and cannot say anything about the issues with my delivery. He then asked me to ring back tomorrow because the manager was not in.

On the day when I made the payment, I asked this guy for the manager cause I wanted to complain about the crappy customer service he had delivered but he said that he was the manager.

Completely unprofessional and incompetent. Just don't go to that store unless you have to! No wonder there are a lot of complaints about them and I believe there are many more to come.

a minute to discuss the price and he suddenly started acting very aggresive saying you guys are the worst, never had a customer like this and you can just walk off if you dont want to buy cause you're wasting my time. I've never had a worse customer service experience. Absolute rubbish salesman and apparently he's the boss too. You should avoid buying stuff from this shop. I've never written a complaint review before but you should stay away from this shop! They force you to buy their stuff and treat you like craps if you change your mind.

told a couple of days ago that they could not deliver due to a stock take being done. Something that you would have thought would have been known months ago or notified well in advance. They then claimed that I would not collect the lounge myself from their warehouse until the following week. Started smelling a rat and decided after looking at all the reviews here that it was safer to cancel the order and look elsewhere.

Here is hoping that my refund is processed promptly or the fun will begin with legal action against them.

Customer service – Went in to campbelltown sofas2go during the weekend and service is absolutely awesome. Got served by Steven he is just beyond words can describe great personality, smells wonderful. Rude and no delivery – Went into shop and saw a couch I wanted in Moore park. Was told it would be 4 weeks wait, which I could deal with. 1 day before delivery was told it would be another 4 weeks by TEXT!! Rang the shop and was given no apology and that the refund I wanted would take over a week. They simply don't care about customer. Do not shop here.

Scali receptionist who gave me the direct store number. When the item was delivered I realised straight after the delivery guys dropped it off, there was a fault in the stitching. I called the next day to report the fault and the only option I was given was that a repairman would come and repair it and his next available appointment was the following week. Within that time I was asked to change the repair date because the technician wasn't available and when he eventually came he took one look at it and said he couldn't repair it onsite and he needed to take it back to the warehouse to do the job. My furniture was returned almost 2 weeks later. There was never any acknowledgement or real apology that I had been sold a faulty item. It was as if I had created the fault myself or I had requested something old to be fixed. Considering the number of half-days I had to take off work for deliveries and pick-ups, the item cost just as much as something from Freedom. I don't mind budget brands when their systems, processes and customer service work and in the case of Sofas 2 Go, you get less than what you pay for. Not worth the hassle and I won't buy from them again....or Nick Scali.

delivery was delaywd and now the staff has turned back on their words ans was extremely rude when questioned on the false promise given earlier. we have been without sofas for over two months and there was no apology given instead the staff refused to help in anyway. I would never go back to sofas to go and will make sure all my family and friends are made aware of this pathetic quality sofas and terrible customer service.

Faulty Sofas – Purchased a couch from the ACT store earlier this year. Service was great! Installation was great! But not even 3 months in and we have threads coming loose everywhere. Even when cut more keep appearing. A company that is linked to a well known brand (Nick Scali) you would assume quality product.
