The Hydrogel face masks are the BEST face masks I've ever used! I have sensitive combination skin and they are perfect. They do everything they say the do and more. There is enough residue left in the packaging that I can put it on my face for another four days after I’ve used the mask. 10/10

So far I'm experiencing better skin with fewer breakouts and softer fine lines. It's only been about 2 months but I'm happy so far. It's easy to navigate and ordering is pain free.

This is my second time going back to Software after a year long break. As expected, my acne flare ups reduced and my skin is so much better now. It took me at least 2 months to see results (good things take time), but it is worth it and I do recommend it to anyone struggling with acne. Show details

skin looking bright & fresh. I do not have any dermatological issues. I use this daily after a morning shower. Once it soaks in, it is a little tacky on the skin & I suspect that the citrus component of the serum, my skin feels great. I then apply moisturiser (vit E different brand, not expensive) and then sunscreen if going out. I also eat a high fruit & vegetable based diet & exercise daily (noting this as it also helps with the look of my skin I believe).

I love the serum and will keep using for fine lines, even skin tone especially it has reduced the colour of my sunspots I believe & softness. Thank you. without the pain of cysts! It’s a miracle honestly. I did experience peeling and purging (and I reached out for support during that scary time, to which I was met with helpful tips, reassurance and encouragement to keep at my treatment as it can get worse before it gets better). It’s only week 11 and I had yet to experience all of the benefits of the longer-term use! But I’m already so happy with the results! Granted, I was working out, eating balanced, and looking after my gut health with Kefir, which can all help, but these results are definitely thanks to Software. Honestly I can’t believe how much I’m gushing about it because before I purchased, I was reading comments like mine and praying that I too would be writing a comment like this in no time, and here I am! I have some scarring to clear, and I still get pimples or cysts, but they aren’t a problem and disappear easily. My skin is also GLOWING, and I mean, GLOWING. into my first cycle and it's... meh. The pump bottle is horrendous, with a complete lack of accuracy in regards to the pump (I've given you feedback on this) and so far I can't really tell if my skin has improved? To be fair it is still early days, and I'm not dealing with horrendous acne, just some redness and texture issues that most people probably wouldn't have an issue with. Another example of things that are not so convincing is even the ease of contacting someone. When I had a cold last week and destroyed the skin around my nose from overblowing, I tried to contact my doctor and the process was so clunky and like a maze that I just gave up.

As I said, I'm committed to doing two cycles, after that I think it's off to a dermal clinician for a more personable experience as software really isn't giving that. I really had the impression it was a bit more "personable" but so far I'm not feeling it.

Tried to stay the course with their ‘custom’ skincare for close to a year, and my skin has never recovered. “Doctors” seem to almost ignore concerns and just move you between tret and azaelic acid to generate another sale - neither of which much improved my skin but completely ruined it. I’m left battling red blotchy skin from a damaged barrier. Avoid. See a professional instead. Show details

I have battled with my skin since I was a teenager and now at 43 I have found a product that works! Software is such a great product and the service and follow up is priceless.

The software daily cleanser is the absolute worst I have ever used. Does not wash anything off your face, after thoroughly washing I toned my skin and the amount of make up that was on the pad was astonishing Show details

I bought Hydrating hair growth Shampoo and Hydrating hair growth Conditioner from Priceline recently as per their recommendation, this is the worst Shampoo and Conditioner I have ever used, I feel like regular $5 Shampoo and Conditioners are much better, there is no smoothness or silkyness in those products Show details

I use Software Vitamin C serum, hyaluronic acid serum, ceremide repair balm and SPF for my daily skincare routine. My skin looks and feels awesome, people always comment on how amazing my skin looks. I just wish they did travel sizes because I really miss my routine when overseas! Show details

Awful customer service, stuffed me around for a week kwpts saying they would call them I'd wait for hours and nothing. clean, don't bother with the cleanser. The daily moisturizer is very greasy, I applied before work and I've been here half an hour and feel like an oil slick.

Awful-Takes money out your account unauthorised – I have tried to cancel the subscription which it confirmed and email confirmation and it has still has taken money out of my account unauthorised. There is no way to remove your bank card details from the app. Terrible practice.

Burning Inflamed Skin from Sunscreen – I only purchased the sunscreen, yes it was lightweight and non greasy. But that was it, I had a reaction to the sunscreen which left my skin burning, irritated and red inflamed skin which exacerbated my pores which looked like volcanic creators. Bad not impressed – Very bad packaging, product wouldn't pump, had to dismantle whole thing to get out the hyaluronic gel which doesn't really even do what other hyaluronic gels from other brands do. Expensive and would not buy again.

Never again – Been on software for 13 weeks and I’ve never had worse skin, painful cystic acne, flare ups, so much inflammation. I regret being ungrateful when I had good skin as now I feel so self conscious. I communicated with them multiple times about how unhappy I was with it. worked I was even able to go off my doxy which when I would go off this previously I would break out very badly and major infections! .. love love love the basic acne treatments
