The brassiere I ordered arrived but did not resemble the photo of the description. It was the wrong size and although it was marked x-large, it was to small for me -- I usually wear medium or large. The quality was poor. Came straight from China so I did not bother trying to send it back.

Scam, don't buy anything – Absolute scam. I mean yes they did sent the product that did not work for me. Beware buying from SoTrends. Advertising items in Aust. Dollars then billed in US Dollars! PowerJet spray unit advertising claims it is 15 times pressure of an electric power spray like Karcher or Ozito which is nonsense! Result is poor spray and worth $A5 at most rather than $106!! No response when wishing to return product despite website stating returns possible within 7 days of receipt. PayPal chasing on my behalf!

Absolutely nowhere was that stated. Further, subsequent to this scam revelation, checked online and found the identical item on Amazon for around $20. My advice: Avoid SoTrends at all costs and do your homework.

Ordered the chain saw that connects to a drill !! Recieved e mails that it shipped. Tracking numbers didnt work , on line chat was nonsense and couldnt tell me anything about my order but wanted $30. To give me more nonsense. Dont buy here, big time scammers.
I had the misfortune of ordering socks online. After discussion with my podiatrist was advised socks wouldn't be helpful for my condition. Within 20 mins I explained situation to them and asked to cancel my order. Was ignored until following day when I received a reply saying too late gone to post. Just another scam so disappointing.
Follow-up · I got a reply to my request to cancel my order and give me a refund but it said too late order had been shipped. End of story. I believe if I had received a refund I would have been happy especially since it was so soon after ordering that I requested that. I eventually received socks and podiatrist was right they are not helpful for my condition.
