not impacted. 2. Add a paper of instructions. We didn’t know that we need to keep flipping the photos to activate the song. And we thought initially that the product was damaged through delivery. A simple note inside the packaging box would avoid this confusion. Overall, we are happy with the product. Thank you!

I ordered the customers vinyl however when I received it the photo was incorrectly placed. After contacting Soufeel through their platform they quickly got back in contact and remedied the situation. I was sent the new product free of charge and had was regularly updated.

I ordered cute life like keyrings I chose these ones and not actual life figures as I thought the the recipient's would prefer cute, and they do, a lighter back ground would of been better but other wise good and can still be used as car rearview mirror hangers. This company is an absolute disgrace. My daughter ordered a photo box as a gift for her best friend. When it arrived, all the photos fell off as soon as you tried to wind it. After I refused, they offered to remake and resend the item. We gave them a second chance — and the replacement was just as bad. The exact same problem.

At this point it is clear this is not a one-off mistake, but a badly made product.

Now they keep trying to trap me in an endless loop of replacements instead of issuing a proper refund. This is a deliberate tactic to avoid giving customers their money back.

The product quality is atrocious, and their customer service is even worse. They hide behind social media advertising, but the reality is nothing like what they promise.

Save yourself the frustration and buy elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. Took a month of several emails back and forth daily to rectify the small issue i had They still couldn't do it. Offered to cancel my order and give me $10 credit....Just continually stuffed around on purpose. Only way to get all my money back was to lodge a dispute with PayPal. Not a true pic. Crap product. Very disappointed. I sent pic with sunglasses of myself; they sent back "no glasses" and brown eyes. I have green eyes. They didn't even ask for clarification. I chucked the three in the bin. Disgusted. Show details

Didn't look like the image. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.. one side the image is straight and the and the other reversed. Not worth the price.
