NEVER ever buy from Soufeel. I purchased a charm with a photo of a dog for my friend whose precious dog had passed and what I received was a sub standard vague impossible to see picture of the dog that could only be seen in a certain light. I contacted customer service and they offered me $2 as a gesture of good will. Just not good enough

Quality is okay but poorly put together. They didn’t even bother sticking the figurines and just gave it to me in a pack with a hot glue stick. I didn’t pay for it to be a DIY project. The film on the inside corner was peeled and when I went to peel it off from the inside the whole thing was stuck around the edges so i couldn’t peel the film off. Show details

I ordered the customers vinyl however when I received it the photo was incorrectly placed. After contacting Soufeel through their platform they quickly got back in contact and remedied the situation. I was sent the new product free of charge and had was regularly updated.
I was surprised how good quality the photos and music actually are. I didn’t know what I was expecting when i purchased this, but it was well beyond my expectations. Very impressed. It’s the perfect gift.
