This company is an absolute disgrace. My daughter ordered a photo box as a gift for her best friend. When it arrived, all the photos fell off as soon as you tried to wind it. After I refused, they offered to remake and resend the item. We gave them a second chance — and the replacement was just as bad. The exact same problem.

At this point it is clear this is not a one-off mistake, but a badly made product.

Now they keep trying to trap me in an endless loop of replacements instead of issuing a proper refund. This is a deliberate tactic to avoid giving customers their money back.

The product quality is atrocious, and their customer service is even worse. They hide behind social media advertising, but the reality is nothing like what they promise.

Save yourself the frustration and buy elsewhere.

I was disappointed to find out that it was a shell company for a Chinese factory. I thought I bought genuine (if there is such a thing anymore) Australian gifts or at at least got shipped from Australia. I purchased what I thought were key ring discs with personal pictures engraved on them. When they arrived the discs were smaller than my baby finger nail. The contact number on the back is unreadable. Ongoing correspondence and a request for a refund or a better product has been met with a 10% offer on my next purchase.
