Awesome service – Fast … good price … honest Brought my iPhone in for charging issues .. only needed the port cleaned .. charged me bugger all .. Brought my iPad in for cracked screen .. fixed that quickly and gave me a good discount on screen protector and cases

Nice screen cover and friendly staff – I went to the shop inside East Village to get a screen cover for my iPhone 14 Pro. The lady at the desk was able to very friendly and was able to pop on the cover without any bubbles. She was also nice enough to give me a $5 discount :)

Beware price gouger – Suggest you get quotes before you go to this shop as they can price gouge as it happened to a friend of mine. $120 and they said the screen breaks usually and they need to replace it at same time which is why the price is more . My friend challenged them when she picked up iPad and they said in front of me that her screen had a crack but it did not. So beware ?

Good customer service but expensive – I was trying to get iPhone fixed for a reasonable price when I contacted SP Mobile via the internet I started a live chat as I had many questions and didn't understand what was going on with my phone. Although the other store took a lot of time to answer she was constantly working about the customer service she was offering and even told me I could go to another shop further away to get a better service. Although the customer service was great and they took amazing care of you the price was too high and not affordable for me when I contacted her about this issue she offered me a lower price because I didn't get the expected care or service it was still too expensive.

I would've taken my phone there if It weren't for the price. So it's a great shop, but the prices are over the top.

Very rude and scammers – I bought the iPhone x from them and the phone was broken, so I called them and they said they didn't sell me the iPhone and they can't give me a new phone even though I have email and proof I bought the phone from them, the staff are very rude and unmotivated, big scam, do not buy from them.

Amazing Service! – Came in to repair my Samsung S21+ after the screen had broken. The guy at the Lane Cove branch was incredibly skilled and kind. He worked lightning quick and even threw in a new case for me! Prices are very reasonable. Will definitely come here again and recommend it to all my friends!
