Looking for customers with a bad warranty experience!! I read all these negative reviews regarding the lack of warranty support but clients are still getting the raw end of the deal. This is supposed to be a quality Australian made product and we pay the extra to support local businesses but Spa industries are not honouring their part of the deal.… Read more
If you have had a bad experience, let’s all take the next step.
I have been in contact with consumer affairs and the media and they would love to hear our stories and then contact Spa Industries for a response. I like most of you were sold on the warranty of the products but have tried to use our rights to the warranty and have always been rejected. Let us demand accountability and highlight the flaws of Spa industries warranties so others do not have to suffer the pain we have.
I purchased a spa from Signature Spas for over $20,000, and within two years, the electronic main operating panel failed. Despite notifying them within the warranty period, they delayed the process by asking for a video, and by the time I sent it, they refused to repair it, claiming the warranty had expired. This is unacceptable for such an… Read more
expensive product. If I had known such a critical component would fail so quickly, I would not have invested in this spa. Very disappointed with their customer service and product reliability.

Unfortunately we purchased an Urban Pool 8m last year and since the minute it has arrived it has had defects. We have had 2 sets of panels warp and fall off, the heat pump is leaking which has caused the frame to now rust at only 12 months old, touch pad stopped working at only 4 weeks old which was replaced but they have not replaced it… Read more
correctly, we are still awaiting several warranty items to be resolved which it’s been 5 months since a technician last come out to fix anything. I wish I saw all the other reviews of people in the same situation as us before we put $50k of our hard earned money on this pool.

Defective and Cracked – Defective and Cracked I would like to make you aware that our Oasis Spa is covered with bubbles and one is starting to crack, it shows the product does not cope with the Australian climate and is defective. It is not covered under warranty "Oasis Leisure Products warrants the acrylic surface against cracking, bubbling, blistering and delamination caused by defects in workmanship or materials for a period of 3 years" Show details

SAFETY HAZARD - Faulty Spa – My husband and I purchased a spa last year from "Just Spas" (Global Spa Industries) which was delivered in November 22. From the moment it was delivered we have had issues and it is now Feb and things have just continued to escalate. Issues Included faulty water fountains, feet jets blocked by a large bolt which has rolled into the pipes during… Read more
production at the factory totally blocking all water flow. Faulty Booster Pump. Then when my 3 young children 8 and twins 6 were using the spa the screen had a red WARNING alert pop up advising the spa was at 44 ( when it was actually 36.5) degrees and DO NOT ENTER SPA limit circuit has tripped. It was at this point where my children complained of feeling zaps from the water. I proceeded to place my hand in and felt a shock myself, like a big static electric shock. I immediately removed the children. Since then we have been unable to use the spa. We have had a spa technician out on 3 occasions running tests and coming to the conclusion that it had the bolt blocking the pipe, it was a faulty booster pump and that the water heater component was faulty and this was causing the electrical serge and warning etc. After many unpleasant phone calls I agreed to allow them to replace everything and they said to monitor the issue ( expected to put myself and my children as risk for it to potentially occur again) and see how it goes and let her know if I was to have any further incidents. Which we did! My children were getting ready to get in the spa and my husband always puts his hand in the spa first now before they get in to see if it is safe to do so and thank god he did. He placed his hand into the water and he received a massive electric shock which jolted up to his shoulder. He felt ill and light headed for hours after the incident. We had our Electrician and also ENERGEX around for 4 hours that night running tests throughout our entire house and it was deemed that the fault/defect was with the spa. I am still fighting them and it is not a pleasant experience. I am experiencing stress and anxiety after months of dramas with this company. IN SUMMARY - DO YOUR RESEARCH THOROUGHLY AND MAKE SURE YOU BUY A SPA FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY WITH GOOD REVIEWS TO KEEP YOUR FAMILY SAFE!

Our spa was only 2 months old when we found it had a leak from one of the jets into the service panel. I reported it to our local spa shop (place of purchase) on 29 January 2025. Promptly the warranty paperwork was lodged and referred to Spa Industries Global to carry out the repair. Unfortunately that is where the customer service stopped. What… Read more
followed was weeks and weeks of constant follow up and calls that were hardly ever returned. At every point of contact I had over the 7 weeks it took for the repair to be done no one actually knew where the job was up to or why there may have been a delay in getting the repair done. At no point did anyone try to take ownership of the job and get it resolved for me. I am perplexed why as the customer I was the one constantly following up. Last week, being 7/3/25 I absolutely lost all patience having spent 5 business days straight calling Spa Industries to try to get an update. Constantly being met with excuses and no resolutions. Finally I was told a tech would arrive today 18/3. He did… 3 hrs later than I was told but the repair took 10 minutes. 7 weeks of my life dealing with this totally incompetent company for a 10 minute repair! The spa is not the issue. The warranty process is. God help anyone who has to do a warranty job for their spa. I hope I never have to deal with them again!
DO NOT BUY, do not be fooled by the sales pitch! – We purchased a Cyclone Tempest Spa from Just Spa's in Osbourne Park in November 2020. The after sales service and warranty servicing have been nothing short of appalling. We have just had a leak, (no obvious cracking in shell) that culminated in both pumps simultaneously stop working. I had a spa repair guy out and have spent $1,800 to date and… Read more
have at least another $1,500 to spend, this is without finding or fixing the leak. Couple this with the 2nd control screen on its way out (another $1,400) i am at the point where it is probably cheaper to get another spa. I submitted a claim and asked someone to contact me to discuss, understanding that the spa was out of warranty, so i could explain the extenuating circumstances of the issues. All I got back was the standard 'its out of warranty, here are some repair companies numbers'. Buy any of these spas at your own risk, they are simply not worth the money nor does the company stand behind their product. Yes they now have a 7 year warranty but it is the exact same equipment as the previous models. Spa Industries will attempt every trick in the book to avoid a warranty claim, frustrating you with lengthy response delays hoping you will just fix it yourself. DO NOT BUY!!
Defective and cracked after 2 years – Two years old and completely covered in cracks and apparently not covered under warranty, be very careful I have been threatened with legal action for letting people know that the product does not cope with the Australian climate and is defective. Save your hard earned $$$ I have an Urban pool Show details

Terrible service warranty on parts no good – Faulty spa pumps and water leaks. Be careful when you puchase an Oasis spa – To whom it may concern My daughter who is a single parent widow contracted with Oasis Bayswater to have a 4 jet spa installed on her property in Caulfield South for $33,840 excluding delivery( paid for by me as a gift) .From day one it has been a comedy of errors. She was advised on her purchase by an oasis representative who subsequently has… Read more
left the company. She took their “expert” advice. The store has since changed managers again Two of the four jets on the spa do not work and the current manager “Robert” blames all this on my daughter stating that she bought a unit for which her dwelling did not have sufficient electrical capacity. However, she purchased the spa on the technical advice of the oasis representative. She is not technical minded and was never informed by Oasis that the electrical supply was insufficient. She was made to sign a contract which did not mention the above fact. She is not conversant with the term “milliamperes or hertz “ The stairs provided are dangerous for young children. My daughter on phoning the current manager “Robert”, mentioned that the stairs were not child friendly and that a young child could fall and gets hurt. Robert stated that this did not concern him. He refuses to send a technician to address the spa situation and is thoroughly unpleasant. Oasis Melbourne continually change managers and do not honor previous manager promises or warranties. I would not recommend them to anyone.I give them zero stars for service and advice, product reliability ,warranty worth and communication skills. My daughter has had a thoroughly unpleasant depressing experience. I am posting this reviews and publish tso that another widowed single mother does not have to go through my daughters experience.
Ongoing unresolved complaint – We purchased a swim spa that was installed with incorrectly supplied legs. As a result the acrylic shell was punctured, blistered and chipped. We have been in contact with spas industries for many years whilst they try to repair this issue. They have sent every man and his dog, but no one from the acrylic shell team. No repair has worked, we now… Read more
have bubbling of the surface from the last repair. Still waiting for them to send “one of the team over”. Reply yearly to my ongoing complaint, and nothing changes $20,000 wasted along with our time. Dreadful, unreliable company with no dispute resolution skills. This matter should have been dealt with properly years ago and the matter resolved. Unbelievable that they choose to remain in an unnecessary situation that tarnishes their reputation.
Warranty and After Service – Would never purchase another spa from this company ever again. We had warranty issues that dragged on not even a month after the warranty expired motor died. They don't care. Show details
Warranty non existent – These guys have no interest in following through with warranty claims, they don’t bother returning calls or booking anything in. the service you can expect from these guys sell you something they know is bad and then refuse to honour the warranty.
Are not compliant – When purchasing a spa or swim spa the manufacturer and retailer should issue a design certificate and a Form 15 by the engineer to comply with council requirements for registering your spa. Spa Industries don't not follow this requirement, therefore, your spa is deemed unusable and council will issue a fine if you install and use without it being… Read more
certified, this is the same process with the compliance of pool fencing to which a Form 15 is issue by the distribution company. Spa Industries refuse to issue the Form 15 to which is an extra cost (large cost) by the purchaser in seeking a third party (registered engineer) to complete council and certifiers requirements.

Spa broken within weeks – After a few weeks of using the spa, the control panel stopped working. It's been over a month since I reported this and still don't have a date that it will be repaired. Poor warranty service – My spa is less then a year old, and part of the lid has melted. Poolside Wangaratta requested photos of said damage otherwise a $70 charge would be made to come and inspect the cover. I emailed them a photo of the damage and an explanation as best to describe the damage which was then forwarded to spa industries, who then denied my claim on one… Read more
photo stating I put something heavy on it, something I strongly deny and if someone would have physically inspected it, the damage does not support this. Both the store and spa industries deserve this rating as neither are willing to do anything about this defect, without physically inspecting the cover, which in reality is a $20 bit of foam. I wish I bought a Chinese spa, would have got the same quality and service at much less cost.
Poor quality parts – We purchased a Sheridan Grande spa 3 years ago. It was $2466.00. We us maybe once a week and don't have the pump on for long. The pump has stopped working and even though Tradelink thought it would be under warranty it apparently only has 12 months. It is obviously not a good quality part. Show details
Unexplained delivery and no email contact to rectify problem – site is hopeless to send an email to. With virus not open tried all suggested sites on their phone to contact but round in circles . Clueless customer support and contradictory advice – We purchased our Spa Industries Global Cyclone spa from Just Spas at Brendale about a month ago. When it arrived, there was an operating manual that states clearly "If you don't maintain your water within these requirements you are risking voiding your warranty as well as making your spa a breeding ground for disease. Your authorised spa dealer… Read more
can guide you on the use of chemicals and what they would recommend." Well, our authorised spa dealer neglected to include the user guide on how to treat and maintain the water. Instead there was a document referring you to the Spa Industries Global 'test your water' site. I went to the site, entered all my details including the make, model and volume and the test strip results and followed the instructions. I spoke to Just Spas the next day and was told I had three times overdosed the chemicals - by following their instructions. It's a long story, but I have since been sent two more sets of instructions, (written by Spa Industries Global) both advising completely different dosing regimes. For example, one set of instructions advises a hardness level of 80-120ppm, another advises 200-275ppm. Well - which one is it? The 'authorised spa dealer' has no clue, doesn't own a spa and apparently their other customers just work it out themselves and never need to ring for advice. I've been told not to take any notice of the website advice. I'd be laughing hysterically if this wasn't a $10,000 investment.
Concerned with their “Rights” rather than doing what is right – Said enough in the title. Never experienced a company more concerned about their rights (their own remark) then doing what is right. Don't purchase from Spa Industries global in Melbourne – They lied about having part and pretended to send it to our business while trying to buy time to source the part. From buying to fixing, fantastic – We bought a spa from here 2 years ago, the installation/ delivery was easy, the guys very helpful. Worst customer care ever – The service and first point of contact with this company is totally abysmal, as you can read about right here. Very impressed – Service at purchase and after sales exceptional. Warranty work hassle free. Spa has lived up to our expectations. Definately recommend Oasis Spas, Sutherland.
The a worst experience ever ! – Spa sales team are just out to make a quick buck. We have had so many problems with this spa to many to mention. From instillation problems. Service problems Quality problems After they sell you a spa they just couldn’t care. Our spa sits idle longer than it runs due to breakages. If we had of known we wouldn’t ever ever have purchased this terrible spa.
We bought our Spa over 10 yeras ag.We have never had a problem with the spa,Just normal wear and tea – We use our spa almost every night.
