Warranty non existent

These guys have no interest in following through with warranty claims, they don’t bother returning calls or booking anything in.
We bought a spa and now have a short somewhere with the lights (which cost extra), we were told on the phone these have been a constant problem with other customers and therefore they would not repair them. Yep, that’s the service you can expect from these guys sell you something they know is bad and then refuse to honour the warranty.

Are not compliant

When purchasing a spa or swim spa the manufacturer and retailer should issue a design certificate and a Form 15 by the engineer to comply with council requirements for registering your spa.
Spa Industries don't not follow this requirement, therefore, your spa is deemed unusable and council will issue a fine if you install and use without it being certified, this is the same process with the compliance of pool fencing to which a Form 15 is issue by the distribution company.
Spa Industries refuse to issue the Form 15 to which is an extra cost (large cost) by the purchaser in seeking a third party (registered engineer) to complete council and certifiers requirements.

Spas are made from cheap Chinese quality & they don't even stand by their own product, Staff are rude and dismissive, unprofessional
Avoid at all costs
Paid $14,000 for a large useless pond

Excellent service and product

I recently purchased a spa from Kumar at Just Spa in Cheltenham. Kymar was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He provided excellent customer service and well above and beyond to ensure i had my spa for a special occasion.

Rude to patrons

Bad treatment by a staff member wouldn’t use their services as they don’t act professional in there job to patrons.

It’s unfortunate as I was going to bring many clientele to there stores.

Spa broken within weeks

After a few weeks of using the spa, the control panel stopped working. It's been over a month since I reported this and still don't have a date that it will be repaired. I keep being told I'll get a call back and no one ever calls back. I have to keep calling to try and get an update. Terrible quality and terrible customer service.

Poor quality parts.

We purchased a Sheridan Grande spa 3 years ago. It was $2466.00. We us maybe once a week and don't have the pump on for long. The pump has stopped working and even though Tradelink thought it would be under warranty it apparently only has 12 months. It is obviously not a good quality part.

Unexplained delivery and no email contact to rectify problem.

site is hopeless to send an email to. With virus not open tried all suggested sites on their phone to contact but round in circles . Have received a spar pump to my address that i have not ordered ( as do not have spa ) so now have pump at my house with name of no one we know and cant email and cant get any return info. Hope the correct recipient is patient waiting for his pump.

Concerned with their “Rights” rather than doing what is right.

Said enough in the title. Never experienced a company more concerned about their rights (their own remark) then doing what is right. Albeit we were 4 days late to notify them that our house electrical would not support a spa (reason for deposit was mutual agreement that we should first verify) they would not return deposit. Took
Us longer because we had multiple sparkys verify capability to support spa. Claimed their hardship outweighed our own and it is their right to keep deposits. I should have read reviews first as I found out we were not the first with deposit issues with them.

I do not understand what you mean by equal as you never raised this concern previously, apart from making the heater slightly smaller everything remains the same so it is completely equal with equipment.

Don't purchase from Spa Industries global in Melbourne

They lied about having part and pretended to send it to our business while trying to buy time to source the part. After many phone calls and emails over 3 weeks about where the part was they said it was Australia post that have it and not sending it. We made a complaint with Australia post and they showed us that spa industries global submitted paperwork but not the part. And mentioned that they do this alot.
Meanwhile our clients are loosing money and do were us as a business.
Nothing but lies. We asked for a refund and are still waiting for it. This now is going to the ACCC fair trading.
Order from a reputable company not spa industries global in Hallam in Melbourne Victoria

From buying to fixing, fantastic

We bought a spa from here 2 years ago, the installation/ delivery was easy, the guys very helpful. This year we needed a repair, it was repaired straight away with no problems. Always getting our supplies, has been no problems. They have always been helpful, thanks

Worst customer care ever

The service and first point of contact with this company is totally abysmal, as you can read about right here.
If you want anything prior to 2015 forget wasting your time asking here.
Inexperence of anyone you end up sharing emails in this company, coupled with terrible phone manner from female staff, equals a place you never want to deal with.
