I ordered 2 x spas from Spa world. They were very helpful when they sold me the 2 x spas, but after the sale, they have minimal or no after sales service! spaworld and they have been messing me about, not responding to emails, and all i want to do is return the filters they sent out in error. I would recommend buying your filters and chemicals from Pool and spa warehouse. Best service and well priced!

It was tight to navigate our spa into position from where it got unloaded from, but the boys took the challenge on professionally, with a smile and had a bit of a laugh along the way. this company for an answer, nothing. Did it again out of courtesy, nothing.

Faded hand bars, bubbling head rests, and my red light continues to appear regardless of what I do.

It just doesn’t go the distance. Made in China, I expected more.

I’m really disappointed.

Perfect Fisher5d – Based on the reviews that I read here I chose Spa World to buy Fisher5d and everything till now goes very well, purchase, delivery and instructions. organised with the slab etc had we be told CORRECT INFORMATION...so to say the least we were VERY DISAPPOINTED........ We've not heard anything since the spa was delivered there was no VIP set up service and we had to delve deep into the internet to figure it all out plus the chlorine they give you is NOT suitable for spas ....so yes I love it and spaworld is the least dodgy of spa sellers out there ........it's a scary world of dodgy salespeople a bit like cars lol

Do not order from this company. Happy to pressure you onto a sale then no response. I placed an order for a 2nds spa on 23rd October. We were told in writing that we could use a crushed rock base. We provided dimensions for delivery On the 29th, we received an email with information about the spa however most the links didn't work. However one… Read more

link said we must use a concrete base. On 30th October, they asked for more clarification on dimensions, i provided this. On 2nd November they responded but still did not provide information required but doubled down on need for concrete. On the same day the original sales person came back and said crushed rock. Neither picked up on the contradiction. On the 3rd on November they asked for still more information from access in the form of a video. Note I offered this a week earlier. In each email from me i asked for a deliver date. On 7th November I called the sales person stating I still had no clarity on the base, no warranty information, no diagrams for electrical grounding and confusion over the base. For the entire day she was unable to get hold of the delivery team. She spoke to the driver who said delivery was scheduled for Wednesday the 12th and that I would get a call on 10th. She also confirmed in writing with her manager that a crushed rock base was ok. No call or email was received on the Monday. I messaged the sales person. I called and left a voice mail with customer care. Today the 11th I left two voice messages with customer care who never answer the phone. I called the sales person and my call was not answered. We did receive an email responding to an email from the 4th asking about the delivery date, however their response was we could not use a crushed rock base for a spa larger than 3.5m and we need to re do the surface. Our spa is 2m. The incompetence is staggering. We do not trust them with any Warranty issues given the experience we have had and will be cancelling the order. That is if they ever stop ignoring our calls and emails.

the time we purchased until well after installation the servcie has been amazing! All our questions answered, honestly, kindly and quickly. We are only sorry that we didn't use their installers, as our installers were a living nightmare and took weeks to complete and 2 attempts for passing compliance with alot of stress and they tried to charge us more too....for their oversight/errors! We had an after installation Platinum booking, which was free, too! The technician, Alex booked a timeslot, kept in contact re his arrival time and came out to inspect our spa. He was very friendly, helpful and had excellent knowledge and gave us great information and support.

Staff at Spa World Perth were exceptional with the dedicated service and assistance they gave. Firstly there was Angel, who looked after everything for my purchase and the numerous follow up questions that I had. Then Charm attended to organising a variety of things to ensure a wonderfully smooth delivery process. I purchased a vortex mercury spa from Spa World Osborne Park. From the onset everything was great. Information, payment options, and communication....up until the delivery. around bigtime. So, I finally got my spa delivered and setup - took approximately 45min. Got a good run down and advice from delivery guys. The real disappointment for me was that I got no follow-up call from Osborne Park like they said they would. "They couldn't wait to call me and find out how everything went".....well they never called me once. It's been about 6 weeks now. Also the pamphlet within the spa care kit...well spa store doesn't exist and the qr codes takes u to website that no.longer exist , so the vouchers of $25 off cannot be used. Also, the care kit has no Alkalinity Down, just Up. Well I needled the down version and had to go purchaae this to get my water right. So these few things caused me to only rate 3 stars I have used my spa so far on wkends and it is easy to use, great for sore muscles after exercise or gardening. I will change a couple jets around when I empty the water out in another 2 months.

contacted by the trucking company and they asked me if I had a forklift to get the gazebo off the truck, I was furious and told [Name Removed] that I had be LIED to, I asked her to cancel the transaction and provide me with a full refund given that the product had not even left their warehouse. I was then informed that there was 10% cancellation fee that cost me $300 for absolutely nothing!!! THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF LIARS AND ARE THEIVES...DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!

guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. I have lodged a complaint and am awaiting feedback but if considering a Vortex spa, I'd recommend adding $3000 to the price tag that will be payable every other year.

like a typical salesperson just trying to make a sale. Recently, we noticed a price drop before our delivery. I reached out with an inquiry late last Saturday after 8 p.m. during a long weekend in Victoria, and to my surprise, Theo responded positively within 30 minutes. I honestly didn’t expect such a prompt reply and felt bad I couldn’t get back to him straight away. So far, this has been one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I hope our experience using the sauna continues at the same high standard. Theo is clearly a professional, genuine, and customer-focused sales consultant—a true asset to the company.

We have had nothing but trouble since we purchased a pool/spa from spa world about 10 months ago. Still can't swim in it. $30k is allot of money for a lemon and now they are saying we are stuck with it. If you are thinking about purchasing a pool/spa try elsewhere perhaps you will have better luck and make sure they do a site visit before you pay and sign up what they tell you verbally is very different from reality. Show details

Beware, no after sales service. Warranties not honoured – Spa Worlds sale service is top notch, however the after sale service is not just lacking, but actively trying to undermine the consumer. Their refusal to honour booking dates, and warranties are backed by gate keeping customer service who will not allow complaints to be filed. Zero after sales service – Late delivery and poor after sales service. Despite a 5yr warranty on plumbing when our spa started leaking because of a manufacturing defect (they didn't glue the hose on properly) they wouldn't fix it. Instead they offer to send a $5 piece of hose to either glue on yourself or find an service provider to do it, who you will have to pay for.

Not honouring warranty – Purchased the J335 Jacuzzi in October 2023. Since January the heat pump stopped working. They sent their own electrician out to inspect and believes its burnt out due to having no water in it. I was asked by the electrician to drain the water and the power was off. The electrician advised me the jacuzzi spas have alot of various problems with parts. For $14,000 ive bought nothing but a headache. I would prefer a full refund and take the spa away.
