The way they operate - I have to say this is an absolute disgrace. From the originally agreed delivery date of the end of April to have that line pushed back over and over (now maybe by the end of May but not guaranteed – the spa was bought in October last year) is a horrible way of conducting business and extremely poor customer service.
And that generic excuse is used by almost every company that’s failing to deliver on its promise of logistics issues in relation to delivery – stop using that poor excuse – I bet if I was a celebrity or a pol...
Vortex has saved me!!!
We have had our Votex spa for several years now. We got it on Mothers Day a few years ago. My wife and I are older and have bad backs and sore muscles! We are in it daily and just love it. The folks at Spa World were the best!! It has allowed us both to stay active!!! Soo good.
Confidence inspiring so far
We were impressed by the professionalism and quality of Spa World's products. This is following on from a disastrous experience with another spa supplier. We have higher hopes this time.
Got to deal with Nick Whyte. He was awesome, very efficient & pleasant to deal with. He's a great asset to Spaworld. Recommend to anyone thinking of buying a pergola or spa.
New spa which we love
We recently bought a vortex titanium spa through Spa World and we now have a great spa that we love. Spa World were very responsive during the COVID delays and accommodated our needs throughout the whole process.
Poor after sale service
We purchased a spa from spa world Tullamarine. The sales team were very helpful but the after sale service from spa world is extremely poor. Our spa is one year old and we have had multiple problems with it since then and I have been waiting for over four months to get a panel replaced after their service technician didn't secure it in place after repairing a fault that I also waited months for the team to act. The panel warped and doesn't fit on the spa and every time I email them I am ignored for weeks on end until I email repeatedly. Their g...o to excuse is short staffed, but there are only 2 people who reply to emails in service and repairs and there are only 2 technicians who service a large portion of Melbourne. Very frustating after service. Would not recommend spa world their main office is based in New Zealand and all sorts of excuses are used for not replying or correcting a fault under warranty in a timely manner.

I use my spa Twice a week. I Needed advice on maintenance and Harry for as super helpful to get me back on track for the rest of the season.

We recently bought a swim spa through Spa World and it has just been delivered. Whilst there were COVID delays, we were kept informed along the way. Highly recommend Spa World.

At a time when spa's are in short demand - Michelle from the Underwood Store went beyond what she had to do to secure us a 3 person Fisher SPA! 4 months later (due to shortage beyond Spa Worlds control) we received our spa as promised! I had a hiccup with my payment - Michelle was there with me helping me through. Delivery was easy and everything was as promised! Would buy again! I just hassled her again this afternoon asking where I would find the Serial number for my warranty! Michelle was there again! Awesome after sales service x

never go with this company they said they lost our paper work but it was a lie suppost to get our spa in jan but we are getting it in march not happy with this
Tullamarine And State Manager - Edited Until Further Notice
I've changed this review three times and haven't even received my spa. I review from go to whoa, and this is all mid "go". Originally I had a five star preliminary service, but this is getting so ridic I have had to take this down until further notice. I originally dealt with [Name Removed], the state manager, and I was rapt with the attention, information and price I got. I'll keep everyone informed as I now wait for the spa to be delivered, but I am pretty sure I got top of the range in model - if not service - see below. I have read the b...elow comments and I must admit the after sales service worries me too (and the comments about delivery with the crane which was included in my swim spa) but let's see what happens. And I have had a couple of queries. Being given a "concierge" has been no help, she either does not reply or replies with "just what we taught them to tell everyone"(quote) which doesn't help us as individuals (I was pretty disappointed in that. I had queries about how to organise and prepare for when the spa came and got two different stories re the switch). So now I'm sitting on the fence. Now been sent an email saying the spa, which was paid for in December, is not due until AUGUST - an EIGHT MONTH WAIT - and it was bought for health reasons (quite serious ones) for which I needed to have good health by Nov 2022. That won't happen and could be quite detrimental. And on top of that, Tullamarine Store now marked off as permanently closed, and no one emailed THAT out or advised who we are now dealing with. I will say, though, that I refused to go locally (Bendigo) as the spa people up here (both companies) were either terribly impersonal, or didn't turn up to advise/quote, or they were simply rude and or undermining - and both were priced above SW. [Name Removed] at the time of selling to me, was good, loves (and lives) his job. I haven't heard from him since, so, I do hope I get a good response with after sales service. I want good service afterwards and I expect it. I believe all of us having to wait this long deserve that. My review however, for now, sits at 2 stars, not the five I originally put in.
Don’t know about the spas because after numerous attempts still never got a call back. Most of the time couldn’t even speak to an operator. I guess when your dealing with the big companies service comes second to sales. I would hate to think how bad the service would be if I had a warranty breakdown or even a user question.
If I could give ZERO stars I would - lack of service is attrocious
Bought a Jacuzzi spa less than 6 months ago. Lights were leaking and we advised this just after installation. Service technician just told us to keep water below lights.
We followed up and were advised the lights would be fixed. That was 5 months ago and we are still waiting. Now the SPA will not even turn on. We told we need new part and so have to wait for that.
The SPA technician that works for SPA WORLD is attrocious. He is rude, lazy and obstinate.
We would NEVER recommend anyone purchasing from SPA WORLD if they actually want to use their spa. Phone calls for help are not answered, messages left are not replied to and when they do contact you it is just to delay any help further.

I purchased a swim spa. Can someone recommend a contractor to do the concrete site work? I was wishing to put it semi inground but I will be happy with any options.

I purchased a Vortex Nitro HP spa and it was delivered in March 2021. The spa has developed a horrible white mark at the water line that I cannot get off. It seems as though the colour has faded and some etching has appeared. I know that is not a calcium build up as I have tried getting it off with vinegar and it does not budge.... there are places where there is no marks or very little marks, but in the corners of the spa, they are terrible. The shell seems to be faulty to me. I have done everything right with the spa and this mark has appeared and has got worse. After owning the spa at around 3 months I went into spa world in Fyshwick to speak with the sales team and the gentleman said it seems unusual and that he wasn't sure what it could be. he asked how much chlorine I put in and if I dilute it, I told him I do dilute it and use it according to the instructions, ie 6-10 g every couple of days. Please help. This spa cost me $15000 and to end up in a three month period with a horrible white line just doesn't seem right.
They havent looked at it onsite as a warranty review? I would think that is what they should do. Put your claim in writing.
