unit in an open area so it can breath, so I did. Tried again and it shut down again. Then [Name Removed] advised to buy a external cooling fan, I did . Same outcome shut down. Retuned unit back only to be told they have tested it and nothing appears to be wrong. So frustrated with the whole issue. I decided not use the amp over half volume. Then the amp decided to go into protection mode again and wouldn't turn on at all like the very first claim. Retuned the amp to [Name Removed] to be told it's out warranty. He helped me bring the amp in on the floor near by some speakers that I was told cost $150,000 he was going off at me. I advised [Name Removed] my amp is not on your speaker or touching he totally belittled me. I feel the review explains itself. I have been patient and understand but I feel I've been given the runaround. Not to mention the numerous emails and videos.Also having to carry and deliver a 40kg amp to space hifi door step not once but 3 times.

Reality check – I actually purchased a variety of different plugs & leads based on multiple reviews in place of far more expensive Chord cables from specialist hi fi retail stores. Price for the entire bundle was great, but for those who lay loam to these being the best thing since sliced bread... hang on just a sec.
