trying to communicate with their aloof support which seems so bad, it's as if it were a strategic decision made by senior management.
So what does the support experience look like? First you get an AI-bot gatekeeper which only puts you onto an overworked support person in Cebu who will not raise a ticket you can respond to via e-mail, no - you have to sit on a chat window with them, and when you think you're about to get somewhere with them, they stop responding altogether!
Don't be fooled by the marketing, and don't for one minute think this company will deliver anything which represents a positive customer experience.

refurbished product for $10 less than a brand new device. When I said no to that offer they said the manager approved a new watch replacement. I sent the old one and didn't hear anything for 3 weeks. I contacted customer service again and they said there were delays in the assessment department and they would offer me a resolution soon. process. It says online that the sim registration should be 9 or 13 digits. The jumpysim card I have received with the smartwatch has 2 x ten digit numbers and 1 x 20 digit numbers. No amount of different combos or leaving the last digit off works at registration.

It’s now been over five days since I sent the initial help request and NOTHING. I’ve sent another email to follow up, still nothing.
Now that I’ve read these reviews, I’m thinking that I’m stuffed, and this is money down the drain. I’m sure if the watch all works fine, you’ll be okay, I have a friend that uses it for her son. But if you need help, you’re absolutely stuffed.

could be renewed (there was no way to proceed without doing this). I then saw that 2x $164.99 charges were made to my account on 25 December, plus the charge on 6 December. That is, I was charged 3x$164.99 for a single year's plan. To add to that, after charging then wearing and using the watch for a 6 hours, the Loop watch screen then went blank (it still had charge) and it won't turn on. When connected to charger it shows a charge symbol then goes blank again. I have tried calling, emailing and "chatting" to ask for a refund of the extra charges and replacement watch. I only get what are either AI bot or incompetent human answers asking for my DOB etc over and over then telling me my matter is now closed as I did not respond (which I did immediately each time). So, have resorted to writing a complaint here. Out of frustration I just want to send it all back for full refund rather than getting the watch replaced.

review of Spacetalk, I receive a serious email response followed by a refund. No further instructions were received regarding the decommissioning of my account. MONTHS 4-13. I continued to receive automatic spam SMS/emails from Spacetalk despite listing such messages as spam. MONTHS 4-9: I received several messages from the repair company to return my son’s repaired watch. No thanks! 401 DAYS INTO THIS SAGA (AND 270 DAYS AFTER MY REFUND) - THE FINAL SLAP: I receive an email receipt congratulating me on the recharge of the SIM card that was returned to Spacetalk/Repairer for 10 months prior. DAYS 402-420 I traded emails with Spacetalk, many of which completely missed the point. Eventually, in order to process my refund Spacetalk requested and I provided purchase receipts, credit cards transaction reports, SIM numbers, and the coup-de-gras was my date of birth (which I denied as a complete breach of privacy). A few days later I was told that Spacetalk had previously provided a refund for my phone/SIM/charger 9 months earlier, a fact that I did not question. When Spacetalk finally understood that I wanted a refund for the unauthorized theft from my credit card, they refused. It’s all so familiar. I’ve asked Spacetalk to refund my credit card, then delete my card details, then delete my contact details from their database. They have declined to do so. EPISODE 1 of DO NOT BUY A SPACETALK WATCH. THE PRODUCT IS POOR. DUE TO ITS’ HOPELESS HELP SUPPORT THE SPACETALK COMPANY IS TRULY UNFIT TO TRADE. (Posted previously March 2025). 24 DAYS from order of the Spacetalk watch until acknowledgement that the order was lost (citing ‘system error’), despite numerous emails/phonecalls over weeks. 3 MORE DAYS until delivery of watch just before Xmas. Son opened box Xmas Day. 3 MORE DAYS until code supplied to use watch (should have been sent on confirmation of order) so couldn’t use watch. Only able to be used for 10 hours over 3 days prior to New Years Eve before it shut itself down due to overheating and uselessly short battery life. The watch was so hot that it was uncomfortable to wear. 14 MORE DAYS waiting for and completing two sets of ‘trouble-shooting’ tips that were totally uselss. When I asked for refund procedures I was ignored and asked to supply more information in order to return and repair the watch. 2 MORE DAYS to receive Return and Repair link. Never received a reply from repairer despite electronic lodgement of form. 21 MORE DAYS to get replies from Spacetalk to my multiple emails about where to return the watch despite again stating that I wanted a full refund, and trying to clarify what would happen to the SIM and App subscription that were unusable for many weeks (and being informed that the subscriptions were not Spacetalk’s problem). My refund requests were again ignored as I was sent instructions on how to transfer a SIM from one Spacetalk watch to another, if the watch was replaced. I returned my full order (Watch, 2 chargers, screenprotectors, extra bands and SIM cards) using the postal return slip, having been told that the items were not being repaired but replaced, but stating that I wanted a full refund. 11 MORE DAYS to be told that a refund could only be considered after Chargeback procedures had been completed via my bank/credit card company. After 21 MORE DAYS I received a tracking number from the repairer that the watch was being sent back to me, despite earlier reassurances that this was not happening. The repairer had ignored the plan to return the watch to Spacetalk and suggested that it was not the repairer’s problem. Spacetalk stated that this was unfortunate but offered no suggestions as to what to do about a package sitting uncollected in a mail centre or post office. 9 MORE DAYS to find out that my credit card chargeback had been declined, and the matter had been escalated to the merchant bank/Mastercard, FOUR MONTHS after my original order. There was no offer to reimburse me for the months that my SIM was unusable. I’ve been asked to review quality of the responses of various Spacetalk staff replies, and continue to receive automatic spam SMS/emails from Spacetalk. What a joke! DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING FROM SPACETALK. MY EXPERIENCE IS AN UNCOMPLETED HORROR STORY.

There is no real customer support. The chat does not reach a human, and email responses are slow, generic, and do not resolve the issue. I have provided screenshots multiple times and formally requested assistance and a refund, yet I am still waiting.
This experience clearly mirrors many other reviews here — difficult setup, unreliable service, and deliberately difficult cancellation. A company should not make it this hard to stop a subscription.
If this is not resolved, I will be escalating the matter to Consumer Affairs and the ACCC, as this behaviour is unacceptable.
I would not recommend this product or service to anyone.

Subscription Services/Payments 4) No option to cancel Auto-Payments on prepaid plan via Member Account. One has to contact Customer Support and they can turn this off for you. As per points 1-3, there is no method to contact support.
Best Option (suggestion only): Via Member Account, one can terminate your number. This will delete your number from their systems (and any remaining balance). Best port away first if you need to keep the number. Very poor business model unfortunately, and unless anything changes, be warned that there is no customer service to here. Best look elsewhere.

Ran a promotion but failed to honour the original terms. Vouchers which were delivered were cancelled without notice. Other orders failed to have vouchers delivered at all. No communications for weeks following the promotion. Nobody answered e-mail or phone. Live-chat responses took over 30 minutes, indicating they would refund but did not even get processed in two weeks. They stopped responding to live chat. Had to file a dispute through PayPal.
