Maybe pay your bills then you would get better reviews!! And stop blaming the logistics company they offered a settlement and you refused. I purchased a Spa in Dec 2023, the spa just over 6 months old trips the circuit breaker. they have stated they will be send out a new pump, no testing just sending a new pump. still no new pump. The spa is unsafe and unfit for purpose it was sold for. You cant talk directly to anyone to rectify the problem ONLY by email that they refuse to respond too when asking for updates. I cant even get this fixed under warranty. This company breaches all consumer rights in relation to consumer guarantees. Australian consumer law clearly state "When a business sells a product that later develops a major problem, it must give the consumer the choice of a refund, or replacement of the same type of product." This company should not be allowed to operate in Australia. Time for a complaint to ACCC, Fairing Trading QLD and a claim through the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
The Spool Of The Century – Once our Master Swim Spa was installed we literally filled it up put in some chemicals and turned it on and it was ready to go in 24 hours. The maintenance is minimal and our family enjoys the spa and pool all year round… We just love it. Show details

Great family spa – Absolutely love our byron bay spa, have used it every day for nearly 2 years, hose the filter out once a week and change the water about every 3 months. Easy to maintain and the lights and speakers are a great touch.
Cheap spa, no problems – We bought a spa from Spas Direct in March 2024. Everything went smoothly and the spa is still working well. It was a lot cheaper than from competitors. We use it all of the time. It heats quickly and keeps the water usable for much longer than our old spa did.

Worst rip off ever! – Paid in full on June 29th 2024 and here we are in February 2025 still without our swim spa and still out of pocket $15K. The Directors have removed all $$ from bank accounts so no one can get refunds. They aren't answering emails and or phones. Heard that the directors have skipped the country. Hundreds of people who have all paid are without their money or their spas/ pools. Save yourself the heartache and deal with a reputable company. Show details

Scammers – This company are frausters. They have taken hundreds of customers money and not delivered. Mufta, Greg Lord, John Back, Paul England and his wife are crooks and rotten to the core. They scam people, shut down the company and open another one. Do not engage with these criminals. They are involved with other companies to watch out for The Spa Co Australia for one. Be warned
UNETHICAL PRACTICES AND IGNORING REQUESTS FOR REFUND – Purchased (paid in full) in October 2024 for delivery in November 2024 - company is in dispute with logistics company and unable to supply and continued to sell to unsuspecting customers after the lein was applied in November 2024/ this company cannot be trusted and trading under numerous names -

AVOID THIS COMPANY – Stay AWAY from SPAS DIRECT...do not part with any money to pay for a product sold by SPAS DIRECT. This company has been collecting money from online purchases in recent months that are being held by a third party, cannot be delivered to fulfil purchase contract. We are a victim of this fraudulent trading as we are owed $6290 for a Spa ordered and fully paid for 30 September 2024.
Promised the World, Delivered Nothing – Ordered 04 November 2024. Paid in full ($15k). Promised 3 - 5 week delivery. Still no Spa (January 2025), Spas Direct will not answer phone calls, Text messages or e-mails. Spas Direct will not even respond to QLD Office of Fair Trading communications either. Selling products with no ability to supply – Zero star rating. Spas Direct Perth took full payment for Swim Spa in November 2024 with no ability to supply product as promised. This company has ignored all refund demands as at today's date 1st Jan 2025. Legal action will be taken now.
Delivery service non existent – Paid for Sorrento spa in full beginning of November on free delivery promotion...now middle December no spa ..no one answering my phone calls SMS or emails. Phone 1300 number voicemail says closed for holiday season.

EPIC DISASTER – PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Go to FB page Spas direct buyer beware - there are hundreds of people being ripped off. I was fortunate to get my money back through the bank but they are not answering calls or communicating with anyone. You will lose your money. Stay. Away.
Stay away – Hi paid a deposit for a swim up spa 4 days later they asked for the full amount 10 k they were somewhat forcing the rest of the money ! So I paid then 3 days later they having delivery issues! Then I turend into lawyers and issues were they store the spas ! So yer sounded like they were keen to get my money because of this situation! Avoid at all costs – This company will take your money with no intention to give you a spa. They are in litigation with their storage place 3sixty and will not respond to calls, emails, online messages. Thankfully my bank was able to reverse my payment. Absolute criminals, stay well clear

Beach Qld. NOT SO with our new SPA order at a new location, ordered and FULLY PAID FOR including transport to our closest depot 10 weeks ago. We are $6,290 OUT OF POCKET thus far. We were advised late last week that Spas Direct are in financial dispute and goods appear to be held by transport company. No timeline has been offered and communication by email has been vague...
Very unprofessional company – Purchased an Aquarius Spa. Made a money transfer straight away and delivery fee. Have had no communication. Been waiting a fortnight for any update, so I called them.
