Beware! – Order a bunch of expensive computer equipment five weeks ago. Still not received any of it. Chased these guys up several times. They are very doggy.

Speedy Shipping were great - everything went as it should... an unfortunate mix up with the courier was all that slowed the process down.

IRONIC NAME, 11 days later good not dispatched and no refund either – They just kept me waiting and waiting with no updates... comments like they've 'Initiated a refund' - which means NOTHING as they haven't told PayPal to refund and that's super quick and easy to do by apparently that will take them 7 days and I don't trust it will even happen then. I find this very disrespectful to treat customers this way. I've had to open up a dispute.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! – A score of 0 is more appropriate. Don't be taken in by the name (speedy shipping)!! The processing system the company has in place is VERY inefficient. It involves an email back & forth to confirm you've made the order which takes 2 days alone. Still waiting for the order to be shipped.

Oh yes, they had my money for 9 days but would not send the order.

As a matter of fact my motherboard was ordered from the USA and I got that today and it was ordered only two days before the Speedy order and another order for a SSD from Kogan was shipped the the day I ordered it.

times to see what was going on and they couldn't let me know which courier they were using or when things would arrive. Turns out they used Toll - so they used a reputable logistics company - but it would have been good to have the details. The email verification thing caught me out as they sent me a 'dispatched' email almost immediately after the 'please validate your email' email. They said this was an error and apologised - I'm not so sure though, this could be a business tactic. In any event once I had 'validated' my email on the Monday the goods were dispatched that day and arrived at my home in Sydney by Friday. Interestingly they were shipped from Warehouse1 in Melbourne, not SpeedyShipping. This was a little longer than their promised 1-3 days but they did arrive nonetheless.

So in summary the prices are cheap, but it really shows. If you're not in a hurry and low cost is the top decision metric than they are probably OK to buy from but you need to be patient. It's probably worth the extra few dollars to go elsewhere.

4 weeks and still nothing – Ordered something almost 4 weeks ago and still don't have it. Whenever I ask where the goods are I am told they are sorry and that they ship it today. NEVER again.

As most of the reviews say, useless – Order my camera any pay with visa like you can do with every other company. However, here you later need to verify your identity with a business email which not everyone has. Cancel the order and ready to use paypal but the camera you previously ordered is now out of stock with a 3 week delay. Don't bother with Speedy Shipping

this company, totaling over a grand, no issues. Thought I should post my experience to be fair, although I'm a big believer in reviews and the law of averages. Hopefully they sort out their issues, because their prices are outstanding.

address "In order to protect your details and make sure no-one is misusing your credit card." Alarm bells ringing now - they've already taken the funds from my credit card 2 days ago. But anyway, I provided the business email as requested.

- On 28th Jan, received an email stating that "Our verification team have advised we are unable to verify your order based off the information provided, as such this order is being cancelled and refunded in full."

- I sent an email back and called them to point out that the whole thing was dodgy.

The funds did get refunded to my credit card - appearing on my statement on 2nd February but in fact showing as processed on 27th January, which is when they said they'd processed it. That's the only good thing about this experience, and I considered giving them 2 stars for that relief alone, but the problem with this "company" is they are misleading customers and people need to be warned about them.

I would say that this "company" has no stock. Their system is to take orders and payment immediately, then check if they can find the product at a price they can make a dollar on. If they can't find the product, they create an excuse to cancel the order. In my case it was the "can't verify credit card" excuse, even though they'd already taken the payment and delivery was to the registered address on the credit card.

Reading the various reviews here, it seems I got off quite lightly by getting my refund quickly.

Finally - Speedy Shipping wasn't my first choice but was the only retailer that had the laptops in the exact spec I wanted. Of course it turns out they didn't have them at all. I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering - lesson learnt, and I am leaving this review (my first) to help warn others off.

Did get my order at least – I ordered a mobile Netcomm USB fax modem and paid directly into the account of Speedy Shipping, as was preferred by them. I therefore, rang the company pretty much daily for about 4 days, and have to say that I was able to get through most times to speak to someone, who was quite polite. The product arrived at my front door probably about 3-4 days after it was promised, which is much better than I was expecting to be honest.

I agree with another review, that you have to keep hassling them on a daily basis to get them to take your order seriously, and I would only order small ticket items (as I did) from this website, as I wouldn't feel confident ordering equipment worth thousands of dollars.

business and today it still has not been responded to so I connected to online help again. They said the printer was on back order - didn't offer any more information or any help or an apology. I said I needed the printer immediately and asked about cancelling the order. They said they could do that. I also told them I had sent an email and had my calls go unanswered and at this point I started repeatedly getting sent the same automated message - "Agent (automated) At this point, we only offer delivery, not pickup :) Delivery is generally 1-3 days." - I just said "are you serious" and someone came back on line and said they apologised for the inconvenience. I said that is of no help to me, they shouldn't be selling stock as available when it isn't and they ceased communication with me.

I came onto this site to search reviews and leave one and saw how appalling they are, and got back on the online help and told them I'd read the terrible reviews and I was worried I was never getting this printer and that I would like a refund immediately and a confirmation of same. They have said they will arrange that by mid morning. I will update the status of this dispute with them and in the meantime head out to buy a printer in person.

I would recommend that people STAY AWAY from using this company.

Refund Request – I have been waiting a week for a printer part that is meant to be in stock. After several calls saying they would email the tracking note for me, I called again to be told they cannot supply the part. I have now been told that they will refund my credit card. 1 week after purchase, I have not yet received even the dispatch email. Calling themselves Speedy, I called them. A person introduced himself as [name removed] said my order was pushed through now. Next day no dispatch email either and I called them again and [name removed] said it should be dispatched today but I asked him to cancel the transaction as I felts something was not right. He said he has cancelled the transaction and money will be back in my PayPal account shortly. In the afternoon as I have not received the refund notification from PayPal I called him again and he said he was waiting for confirmation from his dispatch centre making sure the order was cancelled which sounded weird. Their internal matter of how to handle the cancellation order is irrelevant to the customer. 3 days later and I still haven't received the refund notification from PayPal. It was only then I got online to read these reviews about the seller.

I called their number (07) 3463 0747 three times and no one is available. So I prepared a dispute with PayPal and just before clicking the submit button I thought I'd better give them a call one last time. I did and this time a guy named [name removed] picked up. I told him the story and the fact I was just about to submit a dispute to PayPal and that I've read all these horrible reviews about them. He said he haven't read the reviews and I told him he should, it's very eye opening. In 5 min I got the refund in my PayPal!

I would have stayed away from this seller if I read the reviews before placing my order. I really recommend staying away this seller. Oh! and always pay by PayPal. At least you have some payment gateway to dispute to if in trouble.

Stock levels based on nothing – Basically if you order something its a fair chance you will just lose the money for a week... At best... That is if you chase them repeatedly. In short the stocking levels are a lie so maybe call ahead then try and find somewhere else.
