Not worth the cost – I selected Side Sleeper and entered my height and the website chose a medium profile pillow. It arrived and was too low for my broad shoulders. This all went smoothly and the high profile pillow was better than the medium profile pillow but the pillow was nowhere near as good as I was expecting, given all the hype about "Spinaleze" pillows and the excessive price tag. << The customer service was excellent but the pillow is the most uncomfortable pillow I've ever had. >> I noticed that after 9 months the website profile selector hasn't been fixed.

Since creating this review, Spinaleze contacted me and listened to my feedback. As previously mentioned..Great service but the pillow isn't worth the money. I've also since found a much better pillow and my Spinzaleze lives in the linen closet.

none of them provided me relief or improved my sleep . I have had tempur pillows , orthopedic pillows , physiotherapy pillows and more , and what was really annoying was that they were all made in China packaged in Australia . I spoke at length with Spinaleze to the extent that i drove to their manufacturing site in Sydney to see if Spinaleze pillows were made in Australia and they are 100% made here in Australia which is so refreshing . If you are reading this i have to emphasize the importance of your health in buying Australian made cause you know the strict compliance standards that need to be followed and the governing registration . Who knows what goes into China made pillows and if you google pillows you will see every other pillow has been made in China but packaged here , double check this cause i have . My children , neighbour and friends have all experienced positive results from using spinaleze pillows and they also were telling me the detailed clinical research done on these pillows to make sure in providing complete medical spinal support . As you can see i really got stuck into the spinaleze people questioning everything , and give them credit they were more than helpful with the vast questions i had . I was diagnosed 8 years ago with athritis in my neck and no relief was sought from seeing physio's or chiropractors . I call these spinaleze pillows amazing cause its like my neck is getting treated every night . I also read all these reviews (yes i know i have alot of time on my hands) and those people that winge i say get a life cause you will not find better than the spinaleze pillows . Pain gone – Truly a life saviour , suffered neck pain for many years without any success of getting rid of the pain . Years and years of seeing a physio with no long term relief. Amazingly who would have believed a pillow would solve the issue. Fixed neck – Have had my spinaleze for 5 years and it honestly fixed my neck. I am so happy and hope others with neck pain give this a go. It works and it’s sooooo luxurious

No customer service, Very expensive poor quality product – Had the pillow for a several months now, the first couple of weeks everything was great, was waking up not sore anymore, great support. to reply to emails and now they want me to pay for postage to send it back, they will send it away to get tested and only then if the test comes back that there is a fault then they will consider replacing it. I would never expect this type of service from a premium and very expensive product. I wish I never purchased

Disappointing experience – Bought the high profile pillow based off the website recommendation (over 180cm height). It is too high for me and being firm, It gives me a sore neck too sleep on. the point of being unusable. I spoke to customer service who felt this was unusual so I sent it back ( at my cost) for a replacement. Sadly the replacement was exactly the same and I now have a very expensive block of foam sitting in the cupboard. It baffles me how there are so many glowing reviews for a pillow that looses so much height / support once you lie on it. Obviously not for me and no trial period offered so just a note of warning for others considering this pillow.

have paid thousands of more dollars for an inferior mattress that was not also HAND MADE with the top layer being cashmere wool. It self contours and adjusts automatically around my spine. I’m ecstatic to say the least.

Mattress review – The mattress is the best I have ever used , it’s aligned my spine and got rid of pains in my spine . I’ve tried so many mattresses and this is very special . It has a button on either side that when you press it adjusts my side to accommodate my spine. It’s mind boggling how it works

the high arch so it for snug up against my neck, but the pillow now has no support in whichever way I place it, it just squashes pretty much flat and doesn't provide any support making it rather uncomfortable. Is there anything that can be done?

Terrible Pillow – This pillow is shocking, be very careful in buying one, they told me it will take time to get used to it, I persevered for 2 weeks, lost hours of sleep, it is giving me headaches. Fabulous – Mattress amazing pillow amazing , family has all the products. It really makes a difference buying medically made mattress and pillow.
