Slimy business tactics – Paid them nearly $7k up front for a pool that was never delivered! Promised that no council approval required. Spent 3 years trying to get approval all the while not offering any resolution or refund all the while charging me weekly storage fees! Slimy business tactics! Never would recommend using them!

I've been working in the water industry for over 17 years so I know a thing or two about water and how it behaves - I also can spot a man with passion for what he does and that man is Charlie at Splashes. He handled everything for us for deposit to delivery to even coming in on his day off to our house and running us through the chemical routine. Charlie lives, dreams and breaths his passions and I can guarantee you will not find a man as dedicated as he to making sure the customer gets all the advice they need at at very high level to make a long term decision. concerns, Charles accepted our deposit on the condition of installation feasibility. He personally visited our property and also arranged a visit from the crane company which gave us the confidence to proceed. Charles provided advice on site preparation, the use of EZpads, electrical requirements and a myriad of other questions.. The day of installation was not without some tension as our spa was craned over our neighbours house in a very tight fitting manoeuvre. Mick, the installer was great. Some phone calls were required to provide our electrician with some additional details but once sorted our spa was up and running. Charles came over after he had finished work late on a Saturday afternoon to take us through setup, operation and maintenance. I highly recommend the team at slplash brookvale over all other brands on the market. It's not just a spa to them but an experience everyone should try from sitting in the product on the show room floor as stock was all on display to showing all accessories and spares and technique with online tutorials. After sales service is really bad… – Be warned, don’t buy from Splashes…. We purchased a spa approx 3 years ago, we have had a technician out twice. We now had to replace the control pad on the spa now for the third time.. when we phoned Brookvake we were told no longer under warranty and it would cost around $300 to replace, as they have no record of the pad ever being changed..… Read more

We were advised that management would call back, but no call, we called the technician that replaced the pad, but he has not returned our calls…. So we are now looking to purchase control pad elsewhere.. the control pad that was originally on the spa is no longer being manufactured, which would suggest that they were faulty I the first place.. So don’t be fooled by their lovely salespeople, because their after sales is terrible….

Very poor post sales service – After sales service is non existent. Every time over the years when I called for service their answer was the same. We will put you on a list and will call you. finalise an appointment for a service. They recommended to me twice a person that was not part of Splashes Spa World that can do the service which I used once. Unfortunately, this service man said I had to replace my spa pump which I did however later an engineer informed me the old pump is in perfect working condition and the engineer was curious to why it was replaced. Also, after the replacement my spa still had the same issue. The Splashes team is very friendly when you buy the swim spa, however the service is non existent after they have your money. I will buy my next spa at another organisation.

Service changes once they have your money – I bought a spa from [name removed]. Everything went well, until I called asking about chemicals and a warranty issue. Then the whole demeanor changed. He was rude and abrupt and when I questioned why he was speaking to me like this? I said you were great when you took my money? And now you’re abusive? The phone call ended with him swearing at me and hanging up. I cannot recommend a spa from this store if you have any after sale enquiries.  Show details

Rick booked an afterhours appointment with us after 6.30pm and in the dark was able to clearly explain the use of all the bells and whistles our new spa has to offer, he was a wealth of knowledge and advised us on all the chemical levels and filter and general maintenance that is required for us to continue to use our new investment for many joy full years to come.
