manufacturers' warranty arrived as well. Unfortunately for me, the watch I had ordered was too small for my wrist and looked a bit ridiculous size-wise on my wrist. Wasn't an issue with the seller, I had just purchased one that wasn't the right size for me. I contacted them about a return, was given all the info I needed to set that up, and then given a bit more clarity by Deepak when I was uncertain about different parts of the process. Sent it off on the Friday and had the refund by the following Tuesday. All in all, very easy, a decent price, and a very responsive company. Can't recommend them enough and keeping an eye on the starbuy daily deal for my next watch.

Purchased a new Oris Pro Pilot X 400 which developed a fault within weeks. Despite this, I was required to wait weeks for assessment rather than being offered a refund under Australian Consumer Law. Purchased 3 watches previously. Signed up for the $25 discount which was never used previously but no email with discount code was provided. Spoke to staff who confirmed the above, but claimed I unsubscribed and the discount is void. How can this be considering I never received an email?? Staff unable to help and seem totally unconcerned their automated system is driving away repeat business. Will be shopping elsewhere.

Ordered fancy Citizen promaster watch. Took weeks to arrive. Watch was dead on arrival. Was told to leave it it in the sun to power up for the day but stil dead. Returned the watch for assessment and was eventually returned with a working battery but the price had dropped in the meantime while I had no use of it. Was told it was all on me.… Read more

Returned the watch and reordered.

Got the new watch. Within a month, watch kept changing daylight saving time setting randomly for no apparent reason. Contacted Starbuy who said it not thier problem , raise with Citizen as it's a warranty issue.

Citizen support had no idea about the DST functionality and told me to bring it in. Held it for multiple weeks at a time in a cupboard to test and returned the watch without fixing the issue but adjusting the time manually to negate the DST issue, claiming no issue. Brought it in 4 times with no fix. Very frustrating as I could not use the watch the whole time as the time would randomly switch but official technicians could not reproduce or did not understand the issue. Threw the watch as it was it was not fit for purpose.

Poor form from Starbuy skirting Australian Consumer Laws and passing the buck with terrible customer service. They are faulty seconds watches with no support, despite the assurances advertised.

Equally Citizen Australia has turned me off buying another Citizen watch. Incompetent and useless.

Don't buy from this AD. It's a scam selling faulty goods. Checking other low rated reviews, this is a consistent business practice.

Prompt response and delivery. Great product and service, saved $$. They helped in registering with Citizen for registration (5yrs) and warranty claim. purchases were 1 day deals, and have saved me about $1175. (I saved about $375 on a Citizen Promaster Marine "Coke" and I saved $800 on a Bulova Mini Lunar Pilot 43.5mm "Snoopy"). The other purchase was on a Ladies Citizen stainless steel, mother of pearl, gold tone, offset diamond set case, sapphire cabochon eco-drive watch for my wife on a weekly flash sale, and saved me almost five hundred dollars. So all up I have saved around $1675 on $3000 worth of watches. That is amazing value. I will be using Starbuy again, that's for sure.
