Company is a scam. Needs investigating, confirmed fraud. Accept your funds and then block you from transacting any further until you provide ridiculous levels of KYC. They sent threatening emails to stop me from going after them and my money but i refused, and i am glad i did not regret going after them and my money.

I got scammed 50k by these Turkish Cyprus scammers. They ring every other day using a different land line number. Today they rang twice with a 10 second interval in between each call. although it seems they have an endless supply of new numbers. Theynever use the same number twice because I update my contacts listing them as fraud so I know when they call again. But they always ring using a different number. Anyway, the numbers they used tonight are as follows: (02) 7238 2088 and (02) 7238 2011.

Pros and Cons – Trading with mike specter form starlight capital has its pros and cons. I will say the firm overall provides good service from what I’ve seen with other firms. In my opinion they can do better with the response time and I feel like I was being pushed at times. Although I didn’t always give in but I would appreciate some more freedom in that sense. Wrong transfer – I accidentally made a transfer on the wrong crypto network, in a panic I tried to reach Mike on WhatsApp, and he immediately replied back and helped me to fix the situation. The best thing, he guided me to do things by myself, so in case there will be a next time I could totally handle it on my own.

One on One – If you’re looking for a service that is one on one and tailored to you then join STC. I wasn’t necessarily looking for this but now that I have it, I don’t know what I did before. Any questions or inquiries are directed to your account manager and if they’re not available you have an accessible chat option on the platform that can be a great help. Now that I think of it this Is a great firm for beginner traders.

A career – I never would’ve thought that I would make trading a career. By setting stop loss orders and tailoring my trading strategy to what fits me best I have reached this point. It’s tricky to rely solely on trading that’s why I have a backup but if I invest long term I can potentially consider this a career and its all thanks to the ease and accessibility of this trading platform.

I prefer – I prefer this one over the others just because they are truly costumer oriented, at least in my experience. As I see it this principle is effecting all other aspects of the company managemental approaches.

Still It's trustworthy – I believe this platform is worth recommending even though there are areas that could use improvement, like the customer service response time. Still It's trustworthy and only promises what it delivers.

My account manager [Name Removed] (not real name, read the intro page) said I needed to deposit more funds to make up the loss (that they lost) I feel pretty stupid! I withdrew money – I withdrew money multiple times without a problem and never experienced any serious issues with your firm, Only had a few technical issues that were resolved in a reasonable time by contacting the support. Happily recommend.

So far – So far so smooth, I no fit complain about the sign up and onboarding process at all. All the Doc's dey available online with ease. Make we just dey hope say na better tins dey come our way.

demo mode – I really respect the fact that there is a demo mode available. I realized that not every trading company offers this option which is a great shame. Novice traders like me need this safe place to learn and apply what is learned without unnecessary limitations and risks. In my view, this is a critical addition to any self-respecting company.

this, I would be called back by my assigned account manager. He sounded promising and legit. It crossed my mind that worst-case scenario, ill just cancel the payment from my credit card company. I have to say that my account manager Steve Nelson called me back in no time. He was kind and helpful and I’d like to thank him. We immediately checked into the market and looked into some important patterns that Steve explained to me. I now have a much better understanding of market patterns that are essential I should know when making trades.

Dealbreaker – I've used SLC a few times for some trades and generally have no significant complaints. I had a one-time issue with a transaction that didn't go through, but the customer support team did their best to resolve it as quite as possible, so it wasn't a dealbreaker for me. In general, I'm quite pleased with the level of service and the trading platform they offer.

respectful but savvy questions as someone reading too much into it and even went so far as to call me a time waster and wanted to know why I bothered filling in their online form.

I explained that their offer was attractive, so I filled it in online to see if it was true. I wanted to find out some details hence my questions about their brokerage, whether can I use my own account that I already have with the bank, and what criteria they use to choose their stocks. I think they are fair questions…

I couldn't get a single straight answer.

I asked them to please take me off their database but still today I receive around 2 to 5 calls every single day (Monday to Friday) from these people who clearly have no intension of taking me off their database.

If their opportunity was so good, they would not have to call me so much.

ARE THEIR REVIEWS FALSE?: As I research starlight capital online, I find that many others have had the same experience as I am going through right now. There are some really bad reviews about starlight capital.

I believe their 5 star reviews are false and here’s why… It’s IMPOSSIBLE to track a single one of the testimonials in order to verify them. Any good testimonial with a photo and first name typically is accompanied with a second name making it authentic. I can’t say for sure that the testimonials are false but when trying to research them I could not verify a single one where I have been able to with other companies.

When I look at reviews I also like to click on the 1 star reviews and see what they had to say. Many times it’s quite obvious that the person is only trying to lie and make false accusations but reading that others are experiencing the same as I am tells me the negative reviews are 100% true.

With some review websites it’s impossible to write a bad review because they require proof of purchase so anyone writing about their bad and harassing phone experience will not be able to leave their review hence some review sites only have a good rating for starlight capital. Are these sites and people write these good reviews owners of starlight capital or people who work there? I can’t say but I would gamble more money that they are employees or friends of starlight capital then to invest with starlight capital that’s for sure.

Further, they have clearly passed my private details onto other companies or have different company names as I now receive additional calls from people selling the exact same service but running under different company names. Is this what you want to sight up to?.

Save your money and invest elsewhere is my advice.
