SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Beware, these guys are scammers. I bought what was advertised as leather jackets, only to recieve 100% polyester jackets. My emails have been answered but they were only delaying tactics. Their website states returns are limited to damaged goods, and no money back will be offered, only store credit. I wish I'd read their reviews before buying.

to offer me a 25% refund to keep the product or 60% of purchase price voucher for a further purchase - which I declined given the terrible quality of their products. I was advised that I would need to pay steep return postage costs in an attempt to discourage me from seeking a full refund.
I persisted and paid the high postage costs and tracking showed the return package was received at Customs in Guangzhou a week later. Almost 7 weeks later with no update I demanded to know when the refund would be issued - and was told “we cannot issue the refund until we receive the product and have no control of when it is released by Customs. The same Customs that clears the millions of predicts shipped daily all over the world from a China is supposedly sitting on a pair of returned sunglasses made in and shipped from China. I have little doubt that a year later they will still be “holding” these glasses.
Will try the only avenue available which is a chargeback by my card issuer.
Though I have a good mind to contact the local Chinese Trade Commission and inform them how scam companies like State of Style are ruining China’s reputation and giving it a bad name. Hopefully once the CCP official pay a visit to the scammers who run this company they will be shut down permanently and punished accordingly.

Purchased 2 lamps, completely useless and not fit for purpose. Tried returning on multiple occasions through emails to them and they only keep responding with 10 and now 15% discount rather than refunding the product as they’re supposed to do because it’s not fit for purpose. This has been going on for six weeks now have to pursue with my credit card. Recommend not using this site and wish I’d come across these reviews earlier.
WARNING - Read all other reviews. This website and company are dodgy as. We ordered some shoes and after taking 3 weeks to arrive they were female size 9 and we had ordered male size 10. They kept saying they had sent us the right shoes and eventually proposed the perfect solution “a 15% refund” and we could keep the wrong shoes. A complete scam and we really hope they get shut down soon.
