So I rang State Wide to query their $80 price plus shipping price. TWO Customer Service reps tried to tell me about THEIR business problems. I have spent a LOT of money with spare parts at Statewide Appliance spares in recent years but after this fiasco I will NEVER buy from them again and I would not recommend them as a supplier. Dont get ripped off. Shop around to other spare parts providers!

Statewide could supply but coming from interstate, and placed and paid for order. Next day found the cap and was able to cancel order. They have a wide variety of products available Australia wide, and their customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend them.

we're really dealing with. Statewide replied to my admission of a mistake within the hour with a plan for an order cancellation and refund. Best of all is that I now have a 'go-to' supplier that I can trust implicitly.
Follow-up · My mistake happened jumping from link to link chasing a (now) obscure vacuum cleaner bag. The part number was a digit off but (after 20 minutes of searching) digit-fatigue had set in.

People do not ring LG for your spares I made that mistake 1.1/4 hours on phone and got no where looking for a air conditioner part told the girl the part number I was after she told me no such part . Nothing was too much trouble and a credit was given immediately they found out the part had become obsolete...with no mention of sending the part we received back to them....as this was not in the best interest of either party. Ray the best customer service personnel – I specifically like to call out Ray who helped me in sorting out the spare part I ordered. Ray was so dedicated to look for info, sent me pictures and we exchanged the pictures of the product I received. Ray spent a lot of time trying to get this sorted out. So Helpful – I couldn't be happier with this company. They helped me search for the part I was looking for which wasn't easy. When it arrived, it didn't fit my machine but only because the part had changed over the years. Right spare part delivered in time – I ordered a water dispenser lever for our LG fridge which broke sometimes back (when would manufacturer's learn that making frequently stressed parts with plastic is a bad idea!). It was not in stock but at supplier; but still was delivered in a week. Excellent service; efficient, organised, well priced, helpful staff – I've ordered parts for old appliances and they have been able to locate them: I bought attachments for a Korean vacuum cleaner, clip for a dishwasher pull out tray (o's so took a while), stand mounting screws for an old tv. Awesome Service – I ordered some air conditioner filters and was told they wouldn’t arrive for 4-5 months. I decided to wait and they were sent early. Unfortunately I had put in an old address.
