Step One Bamboo Men's Boxer Brief (Longer)

Just a warning to anyone purchasing from Step one. They now use Aramex couriers, this is the worst courier company around, it illustrates exactly how Step one view their customers.

Utter garbage. They used to be my favorite underwear but now they don't even last a year. The quality has plummeted since they changed how they are made. I now purchase a competitor for half the price and they seem better quality. Disappointed as I was a loyal customer.

would see that 5th star be awarded would be more transparency around the RND of their product. They do make active undies, for us that do fitness, I for one do strongman and powerlifting and found that my initial pairs had a lot of blow due to the stress. but the active pairs that they make- cap out at 3xl. I did buy a pair to try, and let's just say these are my "last resort, all the others are in the wash pair" purely because my quads get strangled.

It'd be great for StepOne to make the in a 4 and 5xl and if they want someone to RND them, reach out to StepOne, you've got my details.

2 replacement pairs were issued after 15 emails, and I appreciate that StepOne does its due diligence to ensure that its products and process' are being followed. But hopefully, next time I come to you with a similar issue it will be resolved in 1 email, not 15 + a 2-star review.

available. How surprised was I when my order came with a note to say what I had ordered was not available so Step One took it upon themselves to swap to other colors for me. What company changes your orders without notifying you? Too late they have your money and they just dont care. Multiple emails saying they everything from new ones have been shipped to finally sorry send thenm back and pick some iother colors (which they may or may not have). I have over the years spent a lot with Step One on these comfortable jocks but with appaling service and responces from them, this was my last order. Seems from other posts this is not the first time for this service.

Never done two reviews on the same item! Thing is, I did the first before my delivery. Just knew things would work out I suppose. Anyway they didn’t arrive.So Step One send me another order free of charge.Plus free delivery. It doesn’t getter any better. Thanks to you all for making this special for me.

SIMPLY THE BEST – Simply the best you can buy. After contracting contract Dermatitis I sadly had to destroy my collection and wear inferior and uncomfortable types until my new order arrived. Absolutely no comparison. Simply the Best!!! My Dermatologist thinks so too. Show details

Used to be great (2 years ago) but quality dropped off completely. Now get holes at the back near the elastic within 2 months. Clearly saving cost on production to maintain margin. Now looking elsewhere for alternative brands. Shame, used to love them. Shipping terrible, 3 weeks to arrive to Perth. Aust Post faster. Show details

Fits well but poor stitching, holes after 1 month – Quality has taken a colossal nose dive over the years. They are comfortable and fit well but I bought a 10 pack in December, right out of the gate stitching on nearly all pairs were loose in some areas. it's now January and I'm starting to see holes in a few pairs from the stitching coming apart. $30 undies should not have holes after 1 month.

Comfy but not the best build quality – Partner bought me a few pairs of these to add into my rotation. These were much more comfortable than my other boxers and didn't ride up just as advertised. very helpful and quickly noted that the lead time has expired and further investigation was needed. Within 48 hours John resolved the issue which was a simple postal error and gave me the option for full refund or wait another few days and they will express post the parcel. I took the express option and had my parcel within the allocated time. Not only do they have a great product, but back it it up with a fantastic support team. thankyou again John, you truly deserve this positive feed back!

Professional, fast, good quality – Excellent experience ordering through step one. Was missing one pair of boxer briefs. Step one was so fast to correct this issue, they sent out the missing pair plus a few extra pairs. Easy to deal with, no stuffing around. Super happy with all products received.

Customer Service – I would like to say how good the customer service has been, my original order arrived minus 3 pairs, I contacted Step One who asked for confirmation photos etc. then forwarded me the remaining 3 pairs that were missing without any hassle, which I really appreciated, as for us they are a luxury and only affordable when they have the sales. order not been delivered or shipped – ordered 24th december and has been stuck as label created on auspost, the replacement order i have no hope for as its doing the same for the past 3+ days, though given i ordered so close to Christmas that was my issue but seems im not the only one with issues

Feels like free balling – These are the best underpants ever. So comfortable, no more chafing or heat rash. I work as a tradie and these are comfortable all day long. Couldn’t recommend them any higher

Appalling shipping time and missing items – Shipping time is absolutely terrible. I ordered 10 pairs a month ago it took 2 weeks to receive them yet I was missing two pairs and was sent the wrong one. I then asked regarding this and they sent out replacement pairs that sat in their warehouse for 2 and half weeks before finally being shipped only for it to be missing another pair that I ordered which is disgraceful. Show details

Bad quality – So bought a whole bunch of new boxer briefs and to my horror the quality has gone waaaaay down. fabric. The out fabric is ripping along the seam line. All I can suggest is the stitching is weakening the fabric significantly. The last pair failed the most amazing, sat down at my desk at I felt and heard the rip, got home to find I was wearing a Step One loin cloth!!! What a waste of money. By late Dec. When we had not received it still, I emailed them again for an update as the courier website had no updates, the rep I dealt with was amazing. He actually organised a replacement order to be sent asap and apologised for the missing original order. I'm amazed at the service. Step one really are a pleasure to deal with. And we will continue to support them in 2025

generic email that basically just says keep waiting, emailed them back 2 times after their pathetic generic email with no response so far...

Been waiting over a month now with no signs of Step One actually dispatching my order.

have placed multiple orders in the past with great results and now very unhappy with this order, i thought it could be a one off issue with just me but i have 2 other people I know that have placed orders with StepOne around the same time, both with the same result as me.

PS - Dont bother sending me a generic response to this review unless you are actually going to assist me and resolve this issue. are really losing interest with the way you are handling your customers as i can see from your other reviews you are consistent.
