Bad communication – Terrible with delivery times. Then when you do get the delivery a part of it was missing. Immediately sent an email and was surprised to have such a quick response. the waistband on the sides. I also find that the problem is more prevalent in "limited edition" prints compared to single-color undies. I don't know if they are meant to be worn for a certain period and then replaced, but I would have thought with regular wash and care they would last 2 years.

I am not sure if anything has changed in the production/quality process but I am finding myself looking at other brands again.
