Shazz went above and beyond crawling under the house which I thought was not accessible. Gave an in depth assessment to activity and additional pointers where she found excessive damp under the house . Superb customer service by Shazz , value for money I will use Stewart’s again as long as Shazz is available I also will be recommending this company at every opportunity Cheers Shazz excellent work !!!!!
I have nothing, but praise for this company – Called out Stewarts Pest Control about an infestation of termites. Wayne came out and did a thorough investigation, marking on a paper where activity was trouble spots. Johnny E. came on the day and did a marvellous job of drilling and spraying. Crawled into the loft space to check there too. Very professional and courteous.

Abbas attended our home on Friday and did an amazing job in locating and removing a dead rat from our loft. Well done Abbas, we can now sleep peacefully in our bedroom without the horrible stench of a dead rodent above our ceiling,

Very happy with the service provided by Stewarts Pest Control. Greg came out on time and did a very thorough job on the termite and pest inspection on my home. He went above and beyond to also help fix a loose floorboard while he was doing the inspection under the house. Great service and happy to recommend.

Great end to end service. Shannon managed our booking, she was friendly and efficient. Greg attended our property to conduct a termite inspection. Greg attended on time and was very courteous, and he cleaned up after himself during the inspection.

obligation quote. Stuart was very informative about all the options and what warranty each treatment came with! We booked in for our treatment for a time that was convenient to us. Stuart came out today for the treatment. He was very efficient, and we were most impressed with how clean and tidy he left all the drill holes and plugged them. Neat and tidy work! Wouldn’t have even known he was here he was that thorough. Thank you to you all! Wasp nest gone! – Wasp nest in market umbrella threatened our festive season. As Stewarts are my go-to contractor for pest control I rang them. Booked for a few days in advance (including a weekend) but due to a cancellation I was fitted in very quickly. The technician did a careful, thorough job of removing the nest. Thanks again Stewarts. Great work by Stewart’s Pest Control – Great service with friendly staff for termite inspection and spider treatment. Spider treatment certainly worked with numerous dead spiders by the next morning along with a few cockroaches which come under the boundary fence.
Seeing my ruined fridge "bugs" me – My experience with Stewarts Pest Control a few years ago was horrendous. When their workman moved my fridge to inspect behind it, he left a dent in the door where he'd used his knee to support the fridge! The fridge was only 3 years old & in immaculate condition. replace the door. After several emails & calls they finally told me that Samsung could not replace the door only & that the fridge itself would have to be replaced. You can guess it - I never heard from Stewarts again after they told me that. I didn't expect them to replace the fridge but they didn't even offer me any compensation for their workman's error in the way he moved it. Seeing that dent in the fridge door every day reminds me NEVER to use them again & I haven't.
Disappointed! – Complete disaster! First spray was not done well, and ants were back after one week. Contacted them for a re-spray as per their guarantee. Appointment was made and we cleaned the yard and prepared everything. Then they cancelled because they couldn't make it on that day. Second appointment was made, but again they didn't show up. they responded that they were running late. By this time, our patience had run out, and we cancelled the re-spray altogether. Waste of $300 for a botched and incomplete job! Time to find a better company for our annual spray.
