Where can I buy a new belt ?
The belt on my dryer broke its just a year old I have the reciept for warranty how can I get a new belt?
Well you let aldi know and they will tell you how to get a belt it should be still unde warranty make surs you take reciept in when yoj go and see them in person
I set my cycle and this dryer always stops after 5-10 minutes! Has been doing this since it was installed. I’ve never had it run for a full cycle.

I've just installed and it's leaking water but I can't figure out where it's coming from. Noticed some water drips in the front near the maintenance door. any ideas?
It's a vented dryer. There shouldn't be water anywhere, although you will get some condensation in a non ventilated room. If theres water coming from the vented dryer.. then get straight onto product support. Its more likely if theres a puddle that something spilled or the washing machine is leaking
I have not had any issues with my Dryer. Mine is a condenser dryer, not vented. Maybe call the number for maintenance and ask them. Hope this helps.
Does it spin just one way (e.g. anti-clockwise) or does it spin both ways (e.g. clockwise and anti-clockwise) during a cycle?
Ive never noticed but Im sure it only goes clockwise
