Hi I have the Stirling heat pump 8kg dryer purchased from Aldi. It is currently turning on, heat is working but no spinning?

I bought this dryer from Aldi 12 months ago and now all lights are flashing and the musical noises are different.

I have a Stirling STR-HPD80W purchased July 2021 which is having issues with no water condensing out of the clothes into the condensation tray. I can confirm it is not the water pump as I have tested this by pouring water into the bottom reservoir manually, after introducing water manually it pumps it back to the condensate collection tray. When opening the dryer door the clothes are still wet.

Hi Aldi, my question is specific to the SHPD80W, who can I contact to get a copy of the manual? I’m looking to install the drain hose. Thanks

I just found my clothes were not dry at all even after 2 standard cycles for about 16 hours. It seems that the vapor was stuck in the drum and the door without getting out. The water tank was empty. I have cleaned the filters in the door and at the bottom. I am pretty sure the drum is working and the clothes are warm when a cycle finishes. Have anyone ever met this problem and what the issue could be?

Hi I bought this unit but it has a code STR-HPD80C at the end of 2021 It has been a great dryer and we have been very happy with it But at the movement it has got noisy as the drum rotates and the unit is not drying The serial number 167720811 I can find the receipt But is was made in July 2021 Is it covered under warranty or if not how can I get it fixed as it is a great dryer? We are having issues with the dryer taking a very long time to dry? I’ve noticed there seems to be no heat, when opening the dryer mid cycle and the clothes nor the drum have any heat to them. It takes multiple runs for the clothes to get dry at all, no matter how large the load. Even for a few items, it seems to take hours. Any ideas on what could be the issue?
