Stratco at Thornton 3 times to follow up on the quotation and all I ever hear is "I will chase it up and get back to you" I have even sent them a copy of the auto response email and still I hear nothing, not even the courtesy of a phone call or email to say they are working on it. All I hear is crickets. For god sake, it's a standard bloody pergola kit. Sorry Stratco but I certainly won't be wasting "my" valuable time to call you again.

I so wanted to write a great review but the installers have let us down big time. installers. My father in his 70s has ended up finding his own installer for an exorbitant cost. If we had known it would be this difficult we have gone elsewhere. Costs more for the slab and installation than it costs for the shed. Shop around get guarantees, four months for a shed is dismal.

upfront the entire money for the product because Stratco will not deliver as promised nor have the decency to accept their error nor keep their client updated on the progress. They will take the money and forget all about you!

Bad after service experience – We had a pergola install 9 years ago. Whilst renovating around the pergola recently it was found that two of the five posts had rusted through and the others had surface rust. When I rang Stratco they asked all the normal questions like "do you have a male dog?","do you have a pool?","is there sand,dirt or grass near the posts?" etc. Basically… Read more

they explained once it's in the ground the warranty is all but non existent. When I asked can they send me information regarding that, they said they would. Weeks later I am still waiting for said information. Later I ended up speaking to an area representative, who heard what was happening an said he would help me out with a good price. I sent him what I needed and the quote came through, I was curious as the quote he gave me was higher than the quote I received just by ringing. When I asked the Rep he said I must have asked for the wrong thing. I rang back making sure I asked for the correct items and it was as I had asked prior. Overall, Stratco can't wait to sell you their products but the after service in my experience was absolutely dreadful. I will never buy Stratco again. As it turned out a was able to get the posts from a competitor at around 15% cheaper. Thanks for nothing Stratco!

Not watertight, lot of work to put up, not good value for money – We bought the Stubbie shed and were not very impressed. First of all, it is a kit but not so much as most of the holes are not predrilled and it would probably take the same time but far less money to build something similar from scratch. impossible to read. My major complaint is the quality of the construction. The side walls hang on C-shaped beams and after putting them up, I could see how they were sagging outwards. We build the shed on a concrete slab and the way it is constructed - it's not really watertight, especially around the door. We haven't put the window in yet but once again it's construction is not watertight. If I had known how much work it is to put it up, we would have constructed a shed ourselves for far less money and with better thought-through details. This is not a real kit and a real pain to put up. If you are able to put this shed up, you are probably also able to build one from scratch. I did not find it was a good value for money.

Back again! – About a year ago we needed to replace a carport. We rang Stratco and were lucky to talk to Louis Lahoud. He was very helpful and he assisted us to navigate through what was needed for our carport. Bruce Wiseman and the team at Stratco Huntingwood are definitely worth consulting if you have a project or are working for a client. I am in the northern beaches and delivery was only $220.00. Also the quote was way cheaper than my local suppliers including delivery.

I would highly recommend this Stratco outlet and Bruce Wiseman and his team.
