installers. My father in his 70s has ended up finding his own installer for an exorbitant cost. If we had known it would be this difficult we have gone elsewhere. Costs more for the slab and installation than it costs for the shed. Shop around get guarantees, four months for a shed is dismal.

Highly Recommend – I entered the penrith branch looking for a good quality custom sized shed and was given great information fair pricing and a quality shed. Disgusting service, poor management – I purchased an Outback patio with sole intent of having outdoor kitchen with pizza oven. I was assured it was possible to install flue thru Cooldeck panel. Once I paid I received patio within 4 weeks but could not get any help with requirements to install flue without voiding warranty. emails to finally get a letter with method and requirements. I complained multiple times and not until formally thru their email format did I recieve assistance. Even this took 5 weeks. I never received any apology but they did refund me $225 for half the flue cost. This was more of an insult than recompense. I would never recommend a company that treats a customer this way. The service was absolutely disgusting and totally disappointing.

Shed is lovely installation well! – Shed was a disaster from payment through to completion. Communication was appalling, she arrived with parts missing, installer managed to stuff it up twice, finally took two weeks to install a 3mx3m shed. It leaks like a sieve. Great customer service – We purhcased some slat fencing from Stratco at Penrith and were very impressed with the high level of Service from Sean. Sean was very patient while we designed the fencing and very accommodating with delivery/pick up options. My daughter left her drink bottle at the store and Sean called me to let me know. Good product. Unhappy with service – Bought outback allure louvered roof system. Delivery was missing a few prices. The instructions did NOT included a step by step guide. Lots of little things you only know if you build em all the time. Asked them to send a small truck due to battleaxe location. They sent a massive truck which almost got stuck and damaged the neighbours lawn… Read more

getting out. The roof leaks in heavy rain. The sales person told me they could have it by a certain date. Lied to get the sale. Missed the date by 2 and a half weeks. $20k later... it looks nice. Wouldn't do business with them ever again.

Poor dispatch – Why was I not notified of my delivery? Why did the driver not contact me? Why dif the drive drop off my delivery to the wrong address, when the address on the delivery docket was correct? Customer service at the store was fantastic. Show details

Great Cabinet – Bought a steel cabinet online and I changed my mind the next day, contacted the sore in Penrith and informed the customer support person of my concern, I was advised that the cabinet I wanted can be ordered and picked up from Huntingwood warehouse. After doing some measurements I realised that I have ordered the right size of cabinet in the first instance, collected the cabinet at Penrith store no problems. Show details
