The website is ok, but when buying an Outback Patio, trying to select a pre-painted option, I’m in Victoria, it just said “Not available in your state”. created to get to the colour options which are clearly on the page, just not available to me. The delivery driver was extremely good. Rang to confirm arrival, and prepare gates, cars, etc. He was most careful with the pieces using his crane to place them inside the gate. Pleasant, and didn’t rush the delivery as many do. Careful, methodical comes to mind. Laid timber on the grass to keep the steel off the ground. Product looks good so far, not installed as yet. Reading the installation instructions, they seem clear and easy to understand.

submitted, and the delivery person was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond assisting me carry the boxes into the garage.
Assembly was quite straightforward, but it is a two person job as it requires carefully tipping the cabinets over to install the feet or castor wheels. Stratco has a helpful video on their YouTube channel that explains the assembly process in detail, and this helped uncover tips and tricks of installation.
I wanted the drawer unit on the left hand side instead of the right, but the feet cannot be adjusted from inside the cabinet on this unit which was the only issue I had. This shouldn't be an issue if the units are installed as instructed.
The unit has transformed the look of my garage quite significantly. The build quality is great, and the cabinets have ample storage space. My tools are well organised now, and the garage is a clean and tidy space that encourages me to work on my hobbies and projects.
I sourced a power strip and a light bar under the overhead cabinets. I wish they were available from Stratco as add-ons for the unit itself.
Overall, I'm extremely happy with this Garage Workshop.

Follow-up · 1. Delivery was prompt and on time 2. I know you can buy this cheaper but the quality far out ways the cheaper product at the supermarket which I purchased in the past. I feel my garden beds are going to last so much less Niger which will save me money. 3. Lots of wing nuts and screws, still very easy to assemble on your own.

Good quality product and suits my need well. Just let down a little in the communication. After a week all I had got was the "Ordered email" on the day I purchased, nothing else. I give u zero stars and will never purchase another product from Stratco. Over a month after payment & still waiting for goods. Customer service non existent & no one wants to assist. U guys are absolutely useless, hopefully would be customers stay clear and choose and a different retailer

We bought the handi pod shed. It's good quality and a very nice looking shed but installation and packaging could be better. Some of the holes on the panels didn't line up, with some off by over 5mm. managed to put everything together succesfully, and I'm very happy with the end result. Both barge panels were also slightly dented straight out of the box which was a bit disappointing, but it's not too noticeable. Even with these issues it's still a great shed and I can recommend it.

Ordered two products and both are great. Interaction with the delivery team was great. Only issue was that the assembly instruction pamphlet for the Single Door Utility Locker was abysmal. Nothing is labelled so you can’t tell what it is and the diagrams don’t show which way is up/inside/outside. Thankfully there was a video online. Without that I would have been stuffed. Show reply
Very pleased with the storage unit, only complaint was assembly instructions, found a video which helped. But what would help is numbered parts and arrows showing which way is up etc. After much head scratching and cursing got it together. And very pleased with finished product. Pleasant purchasing experience with an easy, hassle free transaction. The cabinets were packaged securely with ample protective packing. They arrived quickly and seem high quality, and well manufactured. Assembly was straight forward and very easy with all components fitting well. time. However, it would not have overcome the fact that the cabinet used in the installation video is not the same as ours. There are less screw holes to work with in our cabinet when it comes to securing the top/bottom panels. Also, with the top panel of our cabinet the 'H' tabs can't actually push into anything that would secure it to the front section. As for the bottom panel, there is nothing in the assembly guide suggesting that we lay the back side of the cabinet on the ground so that each of the 'H' tabs can be pushed in and secured via screwdriver.
The bottom line is this has done nothing to renew our confidence in Stratco products because no one seems to think about the end-user when these cabinets are shipped to people's home addresses. The problem with using generic assembly guides and installation videos is that they only benefit end users if they actually relate to the product you've bought. If not, you're out of luck. Our view is that Stratco should be more aptly named "Crapco".
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We bought a Cabinet 2 door Titanium Utility. Firstly, the instructions left a lot to be desired. They were very generic and purposely written so that they could be applied to a range of Stratco models. The top part of the utility cabinet was the worst to put together as there were no screw holes for the screws it said to put together with. This meant that the cabinet top was not secure and could not have anything remotely heavy put on top of it. All in all, it was a terribly frustrating experience that took nearly 4 hours to assemble and therefore we would not recommend this cabinet to other potential buyers.

warranty claim?
Two independent tradesmen, after inspecting the patio, made the same comment: "These issues would not exist if the install had been done correctly;" claiming the roof sheets were most likely not prepared correctly where they meet the fascia; - a view I presume Stratco would agree with on seeing the photos?
As many others have stated on these pages, there is absolutely no communication from these people. Rather than "standing by their product" they prefer to remain silent, hoping the issue will 'go away'
It would have been obvious from the photos, that the original install was not done in accord with Stratco specifications.
As a result, I now have a three month old patio; - with multiple "fixes;" that leaks every time it rains?
While I note Stratco has received many complimentary reviews; - and I am happy for those customers; - it is clear from my situation that this organisation has a long way to go if they value customer support and satisfaction.
They obviously churn out product in bulk, and it seems they are reasonably successful, but it is obvious, from other complaints here, that they have no interest in dealing with problems.
I note their usual PR response to claims of poor customer experience is to say; - "We are sorry for your experience; - please provide your contact details for follow-up;" but they cannot say this in my case as I gave them the courtesy of contacting them first! (The first time last November, after the first leaks shown in the photos; - and multiple times since; - all to no avail?)
Even this complaint on Product Review was provided to them a week before publication to give them a chance to comment, but they again chose silence; - after acknowledging my complaint and saying, yet again, "We are disappointed to hear about your experience!"
Given I asked about lodging a warranty claim, I am starting to wonder if these oft repeated expressions of sorrow are the extent of their so called "structural warranty?"
Here I am, in my fourth month after my patio was constructed, and after multiple "fixes"; - one on top of the other; - the patio continues to leak every time it rains.
For the record, the install was carried out by a Stratco authorised installer; - which means it is covered by their structural warranty.
If I had done the job as a home builder, and ignored their specifications the warranty would be void. This creates an interesting question that needs to be answered, namely: “What happens when Stratco’s approved installers do not follow those same specifications?”
I also seek their views on how much silicone, and how many flashings; (“patch-ups” over earlier “patch-ups;”) are allowed before they agree the customer is entitled to lodge a warranty claim for structural failure and poor workmanship.
The fifth or sixth attempt to rectify the leaking is still pending; - so the install is an obvious disaster; - yet they have nothing to say?
I now await their public reply with interest! (after first giving them multiple opportunities to deal with this matter privately.)

to say there are errors in the instruction manual, which we read thoroughly step by step, which meant even from the first step you have to go back and fix it. There was approximately 30 of the regular hex head screw missing, but our local store replaced them, and we had surplus of the wafer head screws. 2 sheets of the front doors were longer than the rest of the shed and therefore the doors were hanging crooked, we had to go back many steps and tin snip the excess off to get them kind of hanging straight. Probably doesn't help that the main support beam has joins in the middle of it, thus losing it's structural strength. It is just disappointing after all your effort that the door can't even hang properly. One still drags. The shed kits are all made overseas so perhaps quality control is a bit lacking? Staff do not care that the instructions are incorrect or parts wrong either.
For anyone that has one this can save you time: Figure 2.0 Channel Assemblies - it says Wall Channel Short - it means Wall Channel Long. (Wall Channel Short are needed at 4.0) Figure 8.2 - if you put Hex Head Screws on the Bottom Channel Assembly, under the Door Shroud, it will not sit flat. Figure 8.6-8.8 - There is no way the pad bolt could have fitted on the back of the door to go into the door shroud.
A general observation is the location for the screws to be put in as per the instruction is so they are butting heads from either side. It would almost have been better to have them going through holes that are off centre so they can go in straight.
There was definitely more things not quite right, but I am quite done with this project. We are so lucky my mum's partner is so handy because he had to go above and beyond to get this finished. It would not be doable for any first timers at all.

Average – Bought two small sheds from Stratco, approximately $7,000. The sheds came quickly, the frame is very sturdy, some of the flashings are flimsy, I was promised two $ 450 vouchers to purchase items in store, only received one voucher, tried emailing at least four times regarding this and only had one reply that they would “ look into it!” Poor after… Read more
