Stratco QLD, Caboolture

Great Customer Satisfaction – I needed a fence and double gate supplied and fitted to my property. I chose Stratco at Caboolture, to supply and install. Unfortunately it fell of the track. Whenever the human factor is involved, mistakes can happen. While it was at the time frustrating to me, to Cory and his team they also felt the pain. However Cory and his team exceeded my… Read more ·  1

expectations to rectify the problem. I didn’t have to rant and rave to get the problem fixed, they didn’t let up till the job was completed to my satisfaction As a result of this, I have now chosen Stratco of Caboolture as my first choice of product supplied and fitted. It is reassuring, knowing before the job is started, the job is going to be to my satisfaction when finished.

Don't Use Stratco – Gave Stratco every opportunity to avoid this one star review but they weren't interested in looking after their potential customer. We put down a $7 deposit to lock in our price for a Sunroof. When the time came for us to have the Sunroof installed they refused to honor our agreement via our 7k deposit and wanted to return our 7K deposit and recost the Sunroof at current prices. We ended up giving our business to another company..  Show details

Excellent service! – We went to Stratco Caboolture 3 times to organize getting a single garage-sized shed. The first time to check what they had, the second time to order the shed, and the third time to change the position of the roller door on the one we had ordered. Every time the staff were friendly, answered all the questions we had and bent over backwards to… Read more ·  2

make sure we were happy. I had been to this store a few times before to buy things needed for work, and even then it struck me how friendly the staff were at this store. And you know hard rare good customer service is these days, right? Just to make it clear, we did not receive any incentive, financial or otherwise, for this review.

Addition after shed delivery: We had to hold off on the delivery due to delays with the slab, and this must have caused some confusion within the system. The delivery went out on the truck on the date originally scheduled, but thankfully the driver called beforehand and I was able to ask him to take it back. When we finally had the shed delivered, they forgot about the roller door. I called the store and they organised the delivery for two days later. Again the driver called ahead each time.

Communication between Stratco store staff and customer: full marks Communication between Stratco driver and customer: full marks Communication between Stratco store and dispatch: needs work.

We haven't put the shed up yet, but all the bits are there and the plans are easy to understand. They still deserve the 5-star rating I gave them earlier; just be aware that changing the scheduled delivery date may result in a few minor hiccups.

Felt good and listen too – Recently purchased $1000's of dollars worth of fencing. Expensive aluminium slat fencing. Person we dealt with was David at Caboolture store. He had to work out all our needs and parts from drawings that I had made with measurements. Well done David. Patient and polite to us which is very important to me.  Show details ·  1
